Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Patient privacy is a huge problem! Request a copy of original treatment plan, receive someone else's plan, cannot get anyone to provide statement of charges with treatment plan. Should I reach out to the person whose records I did receive? Hmmm no words...

Please do not think that you can rely on having an appointment here. You will make one MONTHS in advance, coordinate orthodontist appointments and your work schedule around it, to just get called the day of to hear that there was a scheduling conflict and they can either do in 2 days or in another 5 months. Unreal.

It was a horrible experience just removing 1 temp Crowne and placing a permanent one on. The dr was very rude no bed side manner. I even said can you please explain what you are doing as you do it ? and she got snippy and didn't. I said this is a horrible experience almost traumatizing and she didn't care that I said that. I'd advice going some where else!!!

This was the worst dentist experience I've ever had! Apart from coming on time to my appointment and letting me wait in the lobby for over an hour before I got in, the doctor was not following infection control protocol, she gave me a lot of unnecessary anesthesia without consent, there was no isolation during my restoration and no finishing nor polishing! I went to this clinic with no pain, now I have pain on hot and on biting. They have unqualified dentists. Horrible place!

Two month wait for an initial consultation and they won't do a cleaning during that appointment, so, at least 4 months out to actually get anything done. They can't schedule the xrays, exam and cleaning at the same time due to "not knowing what type of cleaning you'll need." Excuse me, what? I've had a lot of dentists, due to moving, and never have I ever ran into a situation where they cant book a cleaning during the initial visit. I don't have any issues with my teeth, I just need them cleaned. This place is a mess.

New patient, even though staff were nice. That fact that they still try to go against state law and force you to mask is ridiculous. It is a matter of principle now and I can't work with that so I canceled and will find another dentist who doesn't try to enforce foolishness. If you want to wear one then do it, your choice I have mine and I choose not to and not to give my business to those that go against state laws and violate people's personal freedom of choice. Oh well, I had hope for this place as it was close and took my insurance. From here I will be making a complaint to the Governor about it.

I was so reluctant to even find a new dentist. Bright Now was so much better and more comfortable than I've experienced before. I was lucky enough to be assigned to JACKIE to get me started with my information, doing my x-rays, and explaining everything to me. She made me feel so welcome. I wasn't hesitant to meet the dentist, who was also great at her job. Thank you, Jackie, for going above and beyond and looking out for me. You are all very professional and make me comfortable like a friend. I will always go there for anything dental that I need!

I used to go to this office on Pt Malabar many years ago and had a bad experience. Since last year, as my Mom joined Wellcare, we have been back and it is a totally different place. I like the doctor and the entire office staff. They see you pretty much at your appointment time. They also offer a savings plan that helps a lot in covering the cost of procedures, supplementing what your insurance covers.
