Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. This organization, along with the entire dentist industry is a scam. I went in for a random check up; because I was convinced this was the right thing to do. I was told I had cavities and the only cure is getting them filled. I didn't think much of it; because I thought they cared about healing people... No, it's all about money and getting you back in to get more work done on your teeth. 9 years later, my fillings are failing and all my teeth that got a filling, will most likely need to have crowns done. I never has issues with my teeth, till I got my teeth filled and now I'm realizing it was a scam and the doctors in this organization are either evil or don't care. Saltwater and coconut oil will help your cavities, better than almost any medically backed product. These doctors should all be ashamed if they ever put fillings in people who truly didn't need them. These mandatory X-rays are a scam. Only go to a Dentist for teeth cleaning and if you have severe damage to your teeth. Don't believe this liars. My perfect teeth we're ruined and I'll always have health problems now; because of them.

Sitting out here at 2:30 pm on Thursday 8/4 for a 2:30pm appoimtment and the office is closed but their hours per the website and their door says they close at 6pm today. Very very unprofessional to 1. Schedule an appointment when you're closed and 2. To close the office without canceling existing appointments.

My cleaning appointment was at 11:00 a.m. and started on time. The cleaner took less than 5 minutes to do what she was going to do, said it will be another 10 minutes to wait for dentist. I was up and ready to leave the room when the dentist finally showed up. I left the building by 11:50! This was very poor scheduling to say the least of this experience.

I went in to this office because it was one of the few available when I needed to get in. I got a laundry list of "issues from this dental office including that I needed a root canal. I spent close to 1300$ just on the root canal and crown. I went in to get my permanent crown put on and it was so poorly fit I couldn't close my mouth completely. I went back the same day and they barely did anything to the crown and then just started drilling my healthy teeth around the $1300 crown I paid to be put in. When this occurred I decided to leave this office and seek out another professional opinion. The next dentist was appalled that that happened and adjusted my crown so that I wasn't almost cracking while I chew. Also the 6-7 other cavities that bright now dental said I "have" were now cavities at all it was just them trying to get more money. If this were my business I would be appalled and embarrassed by this type of issue. I want my money back but I doubt since this place lacks a moral or professional standard they won't give back money for faulty work.

I made an appt. 6 months ago. They sent me texts everyday the week of appt. to confirm for Friday at 1:50. I arrived 20 minutes early. The front door indicated they are Closed on Fridays!!

Well, I'm not sure if the dentist is any good because I couldn't make it past the rude front office girls. I decide I wasn't going to use them. Tip for the owner you might want to hire someone that knows how to respect and talk to patients if you want new business. Look at your reviews on Yelp! I couldn't even make it past the snotty front office "girls"I won't use your services nor will anyone in my family.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I cannot describe how disappointing and frustrating it is to have to get continued care here for Invisalign. Extremely disappointed. MULTIPLE cancelled appointments with no call. I have shown up for early appts to find out their office closed for the day despite getting confirmation texts. No one calls to tell you!!!! Then they recently started closing their clinic on fridays and they don't even allow you to transfer treatment to another office. So I then took time off work to then find out they will be closed that day. This place is extremely unprofessional, does not care about their patients, and does not respect your time. Do not get your care here.

They are confused and waste your time. You can't get the same story from one person to the next. Most, not all, of the staff don't know what they are talking about. They wasted over 2 hours of my time even though I fully explained my situation and had records from a MD and an oral surgeon plus a disk with a CT Scan with me. They cannot read a CT scan, unlike most professional dentists. I'm glad I found this out before I went any further. If you go there, turn around and run.

First time I have ever felt the need to report a business. They cost me to use sick time for no reason at all. Don't waste your time. Scheduling doesn't know what procedures they do or don't do. Totally unorganized and a waste of valuable time. I waited a month for my lady appointment due to work scheduling, only to have them refer me to another practice altogether.

This place don't communicate with each other, I was there for my crown and the dentist assistant started to set me up for cleaning. Then when they put a temporary crown, it came out next day. I was not happy and I am never going back.

This is the first and last time I go to a chain, strip mall dentist. I went in with extreme pain in one of molars. I booked this appointment out of sheer desperation and drove about an hour in traffic just to be greeted by cold and dismissive hygienist and dentist. They proceeded to take two X-rays of the reported problem area and looked around for all of about 5 minutes before passing me off to a specialist. I haven't seen a dentist in about a year due to Covid and was expecting a full examination and cleaning. I was not offered either. These people aren't working to retain your business. It was very apparent that it was the end of their day and they were rushing to get through their last patient so they could go home. Facilities were dirty, everything was crammed together. Nothing about this place felt comfortable. I am willing to bare the pain of this tooth ache another week to wait for an appointment with another office/dentist.

Good for general cleaning and minor dental stuff but don't go to them for braces! We've already had to go back for issues with braces 3 times and he's only had them 5 weeks. There's only 1 orthodontist and they are there only once every 2 weeks and are usually booked so when my son's bracket popped off while eating mac & cheese our only choice was to have the dentist cut the wire and wait almost 3 weeks before he can get it fixed properly! My young special needs son is the one suffering :(

I went to the Woodinville office after cracking a tooth. The dentist gave me a 5-minute cursory exam, then sent me to Kent for a root canal. When I tried to call the Woodinville office for a follow-up, they just ghosted me. I made several calls over the course of a week. No answer, no callback. Went to a competitor and got excellent service.
