Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

They have been amazing about everything. Scheduling, staff and service are all wonderful. I had lots of cavities. When I first went in they took x-rays and we got a plan going . Gentle and caring and very personable. Would highly recommend.

Caring staff. Got appointment for my emergency quickly. No sitting in waiting room. X-rays, Doctors exam with diagnosis of problem and treatment took less time than I expected. A pleasant surprise in this post pandemic situation today. Office and treatment area very clean. Slight smell of disinfectant in air; which was a plus to me. They are still following strict guidelines ensuring patient safety. Would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done.

I was told on the phone that I'd be put under for my wisdom teeth removal surgery. I was not. My appointment was at 7:30am I taken to the back around that time. But I wasn't seen by the doctor till an hour or so later. Once we we're about to begin my surgery I was told that I wouldn't be put under. I was wide awake during this surgery. Not only was it extremely painful but they didn't even numb my left side correctly. Would not recommend going to this dentist for any type of surgery.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hygienist and dr. were also very friendly and both were very gentle and communicated what they were doing every step of the way. My experience here was top notch and I can recommend them.

I have gone to Bright Now! in the past and gotten very good dental care. Unfortunately, the two dentists I'd seen there in the past, Dr. Shay and Dr Zaid [sp?] are no longer at this location.Dr. Shay is at a different Bright Now! office and Dr. Zaid left to join another practice. I would recommend either highly. Not so, the older dentist by the name of Dennis Adair who saw me this week. I'd suggest avoiding this dentist. Here's why: My first concern was that he didn't put his blue latex gloves on until AFTER he opened the sterile packages with the dental instruments, but I let that go. I now realize I should have seen that as a red flashing warning sign. I had five teeth filled on the outer surfaces, the part of the teeth people see when one smiles (as opposed to fillings on the chewing surface of the teeth). Adair worked extremely quickly, and never stopped chattering throughout, mostly about issues that were not relevant to my care, and sometimes about matters that made me wonder about his mental state. But, I thought, he might just have a quirky personality. I, again, let it go. He filled three teeth in the front on the left side, then two on the right in rapid succession. When he was done, he didn't ask whether the fillings felt okay, which every dentist I've visited in the past has always done. But I noticed that the ones he'd just done on the right felt very jagged against my tongue, and told him so right away. He ground down the ones on the right, though still, not to a completely smooth surface. By that point, I was concerned enough by his lack of interest in getting the surface smooth and his constant jabbering, that I couldn't wait to get out of the office. I paid and left. As I got in my car, I ran my tongue over the first fillings he'd done, the ones on the left and noticed that those also felt chunky and uneven. I looked in the car mirror.The new fillings appeared as protruding white chunks on my teeth. Not only were they bulging and uneven enough that it looked as if something were stuck on my teeth, but the color of the fillings was quite different from the color of the teeth he'd just filled. While I was in the chair, he was telling the hygienist that the filling material he uses comes in a number of shades of white, so he clearly could have matched the color to my teeth. He simply didn't bother. So, he didn't bother keeping his instruments sterile. He didn't bother to match the shade of the filling. And he didn't bother to smooth the surfaces. I have to wonder what else he doesn't bother to do. I suggest you wonder, too, and find a different dental practice until/unless, Bright Now! Wilsonville hires a new dentist. I understand that, with the pandemic, everyone is shorthanded. But that's no excuse for this kind of care. Fortunately, when I called to tell the office manager how badly Adair botched my fillings, she offered to refund my money. I'll have to have the fillings on the left removed and redone because of the gross mismatch in color, and that's annoying, but at least, I won't be paying twice for the same fillings. Though I tried to impress upon her that this was beyond just a case of neglecting to get the surfaces smooth, I don't think she understood how bad the situation was. I did forget to mention to her about his handling the sterile instruments with his bare hands, though, and that's something that's important for the practice to know. Maybe she or her bosses will see this review and realize that they have a problem.

Excellent client services team. Usually a Dental Visit is a bit uncomfortable but I truly forgot I was at the Dentist. The whole staff, including the Dentist, are super nice and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend Bright Now Dental to my friends and family. Thank you for your patience and excellent service all around!

I would give it higher except my primary doctor asked if the office would use a manual blood pressure cuff which the dentist office didn't want to do cause the electronic blood cuffs the dentist use always have dead batteries. And my primary doctor said its medically impossible to go from 149/178 down to 122/77 in such a short time hence the manual blood pressure cuff that the dentist office wouldn't use

I have been going to Bright Now Dental in Wilsonville for 2 years now. I went in after not going to the dentist for longer than I want to admit, I went in with a large part of my tooth broke off. The initial care I got was very helpful. My situation and options were explained, the doctor took time to listen to and answer my questions. He was able to fill it and didn't have to do a crown. The front desk staff was so helpful working with me to find an affordable plan as I am self pay. I have found them very competent and enjoyable during all my interactions. My hygienist was AMAZING, working hard to get my gums and teeth healthy again, mixing encouragement with a firm hand to help me change some habits. Recently again they showed excellent customer service as a challenge came up. Highly recommend this office for your dental needs!!!

I liked the whole team but I really liked Dr. Egge. He was busting jokes and I could only laugh with half my face since the other side was numb. He has a good sense of humor. He was fairly gentle extracting my teeth. I will go back.

Lexi and Jamie are great. I really appreciate the excellent care and attention to detail. Lexi went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining every step and! she really cared about my comfort level. On August 5th, 2021 I had a dental emergency, a huge abscess that made the whole right side of my face swell up. I didn't have a set dentist at the time and called at least eight different dental clinics trying to get an appointment. All of them said they couldn't help me, they don't really do emergency visits or take Oregon Health Plan. Eventually I was lucky enough to find this dental clinic. They gave me an appointment that day. I found that the staff were very considerate and eager to help, especially because I was feeling so miserable. The Office manager, Jamie, was especially wonderful and very gentle yet thorough while taking my x-rays. She also covers the front desk and as far as I can tell, keeps the entire clinic running in ship shape. The dentist I saw, Dr. Zaid, was very thorough and incredibly informative. He was very concerned that the infection would have serious complications due to my immune deficiency and told me to go to the emergency room right away for IV antibiotics. I did just that and got the care that I needed. Dr. Zaid even called the next day to see how I was! I highly recommend Bright Now! Dental Clinic. They do all the regular dental care there but they also do orthodontics, extractions and implants. Unfortunately, I just got word that the dentist who was so amazing to me, Dr. Zai, is leaving the practice. Hopefully he will be replaced by an equally competent dentist.
