Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I've been here over 4 hours waiting for my son to have his wisdom teeth removed. We've been waiting for almost 30 to get a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds. So far the receptionist has rolled her eyes twice and told me after checking that the "doctor" that he's not ready to give the prescription and walked away. The sports service. Good luck if you waste your time and money with these clowns

I hadn't been to a dentist since COVID started, and everyone here was super sweet. Marissa (Marcia? Didn't fully catch her name, but tech with short auburn hair and dark skin + eyes) was awesome. She's so funny and really helped keep me calm during the x-rays. Had a great experience :)

This was by far the best care and experience my husband and I have ever had at a dentist office. I don't typically write reviews but I really want these employees to know how much we appreciate their hard work and kindness. I have never learned more about my teeth and gums health than I did this last appointment. Not only that but they were actually GENTLE in cleaning and checking my teeth. I'm not one to squirm at the dentist but I do know how aggressive they typically are, so having an experience like this really stood out to me. Thank you to all of the staff at the Tualatin Bright Now Dental! You're doing an awesome job

My first visit as a new patient was less than ideal. I set up my appointment (for a basic checkup and cleaning, I had not been to a dentist since COVID started) online, then when I arrived I filled out the new patient paperwork then waited about 45 minutes. When I was finally called, they asked to confirm I was there for orthodontia (braces). I said no, a basic cleaning and checkup, so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. I was finally called back, the technician taking x-rays was very friendly but was really struggling with the machine, and had to call for help from a few other techs. The x-rays took another 20-25 minutes of 2nd tries before she got it right. The dentist then came back and reviewed everything, had some small talk, he seemed friendly but did not recap anything with me as to my results. Another technician then came in to do my cleaning, no talking just cleaning. I then had to sit out front for another 15 minutes until the front end got my bill ready and I paid. The last straw, I was called a couple weeks from the office asking if I was ready to get going on a "treatment plan" for several cavities. I told the caller no treatment plan was ever discussed with me. NOTHING about this 1 visit gave me any confidence to return to this practice and have any kind of procedure done whatsoever. I will find a better place (hopefully).

0/3! I've tried to go in for three cleanings now and each time there was an issue. Will be finding a new dentist. 1. once I got there the let me know there wasn't a hygienist available but didn't call ahead of time 2. called an hour ahead of time to let me know there wasn't a hygienist available 3. schedule an appointment for next day and showed up and they said my appointment was for next week. hard to get "next day" wrong on the calendar

I have had multiple occasions where I showed up for an appointment and they said a hygienist wasn't available and for the second time I showed up for my appointment and the office WAS CLOSED. Meanwhile, I have a broken ankle and my husband had to take time out of the work day to get me there. Such a waste of time. When I DO get a cleaning, the hygienists are good as well as the orthodontists. The office drops the ball.

I really enjoy the staff. They've always answered my questions. Dentists here are amazing. I now have braces and love the ortho team! I'm always comfortable and there's never anything to be nervous about. They're very caring.

They were able to get me in with a broken tooth right away which I really appreciate. I indicated on the paperwork I filled out that I was a cancer patient and had radiation and chemo therapy 3 years ago. I'm a little concerned about the amount of drilling and work we did on my lower left jaw because of the radiation but the dentist assured me that he would call my oral surgeon and make sure we were OK and he said he would get back to me this next week I just hope the healing process will work in spite of the radiation that I received on my neck and throat during my cancer treatment. The Dentist was concerned. Great office and great staff

My appointment was at 1:30, cleaning was great and quick. I was then to wait for Dr. to check my teeth, waited in the chair for almost 20 minutes before leaving because I could.not wait any longer.
