Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. I'm astonished this place is allowed to continue operating. Every peice of dental work I have from them is painful and deteriorating. The doctor has shot me with novocaine and then left me unattended for over an hour, then attempted to start the procedure with the drug fully worn off. Months following that procedure, that I paid for in full the day of, they have the nerve to send me another bill for "adjustments to insurance". Abysmal service by a rude man with no business in other people's mouths. Save your money and your teeth. Go elsewhere.

This is my first time using their services, I had to use it because it is where my insurance assigned to me. I booked an appointment for an exam and a cleaning. Got there fill out all the paperwork and was waiting in the lobby while the rest of the staff went inside for a brief party. Another gentleman came in, after they got done and came out, this gentleman got handed his paperwork to fill out. I was a little upset and surprised that they decided to attend to this gentleman that clearly came in 10mins after me even though we both had the same 11am appointment. When I eventually got seen, I got the x-ray and exam done, preparing for them to start cleaning my teeth right away. I was then told that they don't do exam and cleaning same day( well this is new and strange to me because my previous dentist Boulevards dental at Burien does both X-ray, exam and cleaning same day), I told them I was disappointed but since I was there, I should just book for the cleaning. Guess what, the closest available date they have for that is mid-December and here we are in September that barely just started. The lady that did my X-ray was really pleasant though and she is the reason I am giving this place a star at all .

Not good at alI I was there for a Cleaning. I was Xrayed properly there was a look on student present that was okay. I still did not get a Cleaning though. That's the reason I was referred to this place by my job. NOT ANYMORE. I will not recommend this place at all. I hope this is not a American (so called Af_Amr) place of buisness that would be disappointing. My expectation was a regular cleaning I came for I was offered a Deep Clean not a regular cleaning. After I inquire why not I was told 2 to 3 months out schedule. The best they can do was a cancelation openings at this time. I call BS and I feel I was not helped. My teeth are I pretty good shape as per the dentist.

After being lazy and not behaving like I should as an adult dental patient, I timidly returned to Dr. Nguyen's office for a much needed cleaning. Not only was it nice to be greeted with pleasure and fondness but they all bent over backwards to erase my guilty mood. I left cleaned and restored!! Thanks!!!! I am happy to witness to the compassionate care and concern given to me by the kind staff at BrightNow! They all went out of their way to see that I was comfortable and informed at every step. They also had several options to overcome my financial disability. I love these guys! khnyuMsrlaanyqnkdaaMngqsgnaa toi yeu cac ban See you for my next appointment!!!! Bright now Tacoma is clean and bright. The staff is respectful, courteous and professional. Dr. Wan is a magician when it comes to straightening teeth. I thought because of my advanced age and extremely crooked teeth she wouldn't be able to help. But I started seeing results right away. I am extremely pleased with her and the staff. If one of the staff members is having a bad day, you'd NEVER know it!

New patient and I had to come in for a consult they are making me come back separately for a cleaning. Not sure why these couldn't be done at the same time. I came in early and completed all the paperwork and then was told the dentist was running an hour behind. I tried to reschedule and get an appointment with a cleaning and they said they didn't have any appointments for the cleaning for 4 more months. Will be looking for a new dentist - what a horrible experience and I didn't even see a dentist at this location.

On 6/3 my daughter had an appointment. She encountered a dentist who made verbally abusive comments regarding the health of her teeth. My husband is in a wheelchair and the staff wouldn't allow him back with my daughter because "his wheelchair didn't fit". Why is a medical office not ADA compliant? My daughter was left waiting for an hour and a half. She texted my husband for help. My husband asked the staff what was taking so long and they told him they were getting an estimate. My husband asked why he was being given an estimate when he hadn't been spoken to by the provider. My child is a minor. The staff member told my daughter that she had 11 cavities but never informed my husband. My daughter and husband abruptly left due to the unprofessional and unethical behavior at Bright Now Dental. My husband took my daughter to another dentist and she does not have any cavities. I'm filing a complaint with the state dentistry board. This office is absolutely corrupt.

Went in for a crown 2 months ago and then started having discomfort on the tooth the dentist "worked" on I came back for him see what's wrong for him to tell me there's nothing he can do and doesn't know why don't not go to this place they are about speed not quality
