Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I came in with a coupon for $59 exam and exray. The exray was the most painful exray I've ever experienced. They use equipment from the 90's. I cried during it from the pain and also gagged multiple times. I almost walked out from the pain. The dentist was kind and considerate and was trying her best. But the equipment is very dated. Then my $59 exam somehow turned into $154. The exam didn't include a cleaning. Which I was not made aware of until after they did the cleaning. The guy at the front who does the billing seems nice but he doesn't make things easy to understand and I felt like I was tricked into more than I thought originally. It was very confusing the way they do the billing.

I have been going to Bright Now dental for about 5 years and see Dr. Nallavalli. She's the best dentist I have ever had, and I am pretty picky. She's extremely competent, caring, and efficient. The rest of the team is good too. It's nice to go somewhere that everyone like working there and works together well. My only complaint over the years has been the billing department. I've had several errors in billing that have required some additional attention and time on my end.

Loved the periodontist there only issue I had was I wanted to take MY wisdom teeth home since they were in my body and they wouldn't, would have been 5 stars.

Do not ever go there. I had a worst experience , They don't know what customer service mean. And when you want to make an appointment you would have to wait 3 week or sometimes a month , bad service

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Doctors were thorough and explained exactly what they were looking at and why the recommended my follow-up sessions. Front Desk team and financial team were wonderful and explained what I needed to know for insurance and personal costs. The best dentist experience I have had in my life so far!

I don't usually post reviews but I want to warn others. I came in twice to this place. The first time for basic consultation and photos. The nurse was so rude and mean. I usually just ignore rude behavior but this is beyond that. I have issues breathing in certain positions so i asked nicely if i can take a break to catch my breath. She was super rude about my request and called me "difficult" keep in mind my very pregnant and laying on my back is hard enough so taking a break is a need. I didn't even need a long break just a second to get air. She began aggressively adjusting my chair and calling the doctor because "i was having a hard time" the doctor comes back and has no issues with my request and finishes the rest of the work. I come back a week later for a deep clean. The hygienist when i warned her i might need a break midway and that i have issues laying way flat pregnant she said she won't be able to do that. The whole cleaning was extremely painful which i ignored thinking it was normal. When we finish i leave and go home. I notice my bottom gums are extremely inflamed. I assume thats.normal and it will go down. Its been over a month and it hasn't. I didn't have inflammation on those teeth before coming in only on my top right side. Its still swollen and theres a split in the gum probably permanently there :( I also threw up when I got home due to being pregnant and staying in that position so long. Im a very patient person but don't go here. Don't waste your money or time. Even if they accept you to pause and take a sec they are super inpatient and judgement and have 0 education on pregnant patients. They didn't even know that when you're pregnant you have sensitive gums due to blood flow I actually had to tell them. Super upset :(

Do not ever go there. We had a worst experience ever. Their Orthodontist and nurses were so rude. They were sending my father back and forth for almost 4 months, wasting his time, for a making a denture which usually only takes 1 month. And at last the denture was awful that he couldn't even use it for one day. But the doctor didn't do anything about that. The staff were also so rude and didn't respect us. They don't know what customer service means, and I wish I could sue that Orthodontist for her awful service and her behavior.

Was the worst cleaning I've ever experienced. The hygienist didn't even floss all of my teeth. I don't know if she was new or not. Had to be told to check her hoses, polished my teeth b4 they were looked at by the dentist, let water run all down my back from the hose. It was not a good experience.

DO NOT COME HERE! I went to this dentist as a new patient and everything was smooth AT FIRST! I rescheduled my appointment which I missed and payed the 50$ missed appointment fee with no problem. Come to find out the cleaning they performed on me was for GUM DISEASE. I am 20 years old I don't have gum disease, nor do my x rays show early signs of it according to my insurance's on call dentist. Therefor my insurance is not covering the service. Isn't that convenient? These people will smile in your face when they're pulling one over on you. They will make you feel like you have to get a service done when it's not necessary. Go to a trusting dentist not these low life's who either don't know what they're doing or are trying to scam their patients. I came in to get a referral to a wisdom tooth doctor and tooth pain from of my wisdom teeth. Now I have a $200 bill for a service that was not necessary. $200 I could have saved for the wisdom tooth surgery that I STILL NEED!

Update: After doing some further research I found out I am not the only patient that has experienced such outrageous services from these people. There is another patient at the Dun Loring location who wrote a similar review to mine. He was charged for the same gingivitis cleaning when it was not necessary. I find it funny the business owner replies to the reviews yet does not contact anyone to do damage control. The fact that the BBB has multiple complaints filed against them is even more concerning. You can view all the complaints by simply searching "bright now dental lawsuit". Not sure if this is just a bright now cultural thing to take advantage of their patients or not but it sure seems like it.

The office is very clean and welcoming. The receptionist was very polite and greeted us immediately upon our arrival. The dentist has very good communication skills. He explained in great detail to us all the options for needed procedures. Everyone was extremely nice to my elderly father who is the patient. He was very nervous to see the dentist but everyone made him feel so comfortable.

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this unethical practice. I waited to post this review until I received a second opinion from another dentist, after being told by this office that I had six cavities that would need to be filled. My radar immediately went up as they were also trying to upsell me on a gum deep clean, and I have always had good dental health. The fact that six cavities popped up out of the blue just did not seem feasible. My exam today from a reputable dentist revealed that I have ZERO cavities. These crooks were prepared to destroy six of my teeth for nothing but additional profit. Obviously I am angry and disappointed that a healthcare provider would conduct themselves in such an unethical manner and will be reporting this horrendous breach of trust and confidence.

In this digital day and age verifying authenticity is not as easy as before . Bright Dental is exceptionally unique in there own league. Everyone is Covid alert and the door to the practice is also open to circulate fresh air . Staff and front office is clear as a bell so there is no surprise to your treatment and out of pocket expenses . All of my questions were answered prior to m asking them . Dr.H is thorough and meticulous with his touch and furthermore explaining what all exactly is going on and so forth . Very down to earth and utmost professionalism at its finest . If you need a good Mouth Doctor and are anxious or stressing ., simply don't . Call and get yourself in here to relieve the anxiety and keep the smiles alive . I will be going back and sending everyone I know if possible :) 10 stars
