Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient with all the paperwork that I needed to fill out for my appointment. I also appreciated the great attention and information the dental hygienist and dentist Jose Lugo gave me about the condition of my teeth and the plan to fix the problem with them. I'm happy to recommend Bright Now Dental to others that are looking for a good dentist.

I came in for a cleaning and they identified a possible filling replacement or crown and where immediately banks to get my temporary crown done that same day. Amazing service!

This dental office is the best I've ever been to. The doctors and assistants are so compassionate, kind, and gentle. Dr. Lugo is amazing at what he does and the assistant, Charlene, is as well. Charlene is one of the nicest people I have ever met and made my visit so comfortable. I will absolutely continue to use this dental office for all of my dental needs. They work with you and your financial needs, offer dental savings programs, financing, and accept carecredit. All of which make my life much easier. I'm so grateful for the experience that I had today.

They charged me $350 for tooth extractions and putting in a retainer. Told me that once the retainer tooth comes in they will schedule me for tooth extraction. Waited 1 month and called in to know whats the status. I was committed for a call back with details but no one called. Called back again after 2 months to get the refund of what I paid and the lady on phone was not helpful at all and hung up on me. I am going to a different dentist for sure but I need my refund.

I am going to rate this place a 1 star. This place is so unprofessional and the provider Jose Lugo is so rude. My parents have been going here for months now and my dad has been getting crowns and they kept falling out meaning he had to go back to the provider that did them. Provider got mad every time due to him coming back well maybe if you did your job right the first time he wouldn't have been going back. This provider is rude to the patients and the front staff is rude as well no hello or how can we help nothing just looking at you. My dad got another job done recently and they left a huge gap in his front teeth and the provider and staff just kept saying well it's just temporary... temporary or not it's not fine there suppose to be fixing smiles not ruining them. My mother was asking the provider a question and he tells my mother "I'm talking to the patient not you" this is the reason why I had to go this time with my father cause that's insane. You will not disrespect my parents. My parents have paid over thousands of dollars for work. I am just waiting for them to finish the work permanently to transfer my parents else where. This place is really bad and the office is dirty so unprofessional. I don't recommend anyone to go here. Save a trip from going here!!!

Came in for a followup appointment, and was scheduled to have a cleaning I was pleasantly suprised by Sarah she was very thorough and personable throughout the cleaning.

Do not come here at all! I scheduled an appointment for regular cleaning and went. When I got to my appointment they told me they don't have a hygienist and because of that, there was nothing they could do. A couple of months later I get a bill from them for the cleaning I did not receive!

They worked very hard to get me in quickly due to a servere tooth abscess. I went to the Spotsylvania office for my initial visit and then had to go to the Stafford office to have the extraction done. Though I really hate the fact that I lost a tooth over all of this, the professionalism and caring of both offices were outstanding. The Periodontist (Dr.Shaddam...*not sure I spelled it right) without a doubt has been the most gentle and best of the Dental field professionals I have ever been to. I only hope when I get the rest of my teeth fixed from the massive infection (that impacted more then one tooth) that I could request him to do any procedure that I may need.

This once was the best place in Stafford for dental procedures. Lately, it seems to have fallen off a cliff. Everything from not having a hygienist on site, overcharging customers on their pay flex cards, untrained staff, and hiring from temp agencies. I would not recommend this office. The dentist seems a little high-strung. Makes it nearly impossible to relax. Arguing with staff around patients is very unprofessional. The billing department either doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't care as most of them can be seen on cell phones scrolling away. The handful of people (3) that are decent need to look elsewhere for employment. This place is done. So I spoke to the office manger two weeks after my initial review and still no change to date. This place is officially the worse establishment in the area. Thanks for the standard follow-up email with no resolution.

Whoever is the blonde grandma that works the desk is super rude. I will never come back to this place again. She is totaly unprofessional and a disgrace to real professionals. Maybe its time to get out of dealing with customers if you refuse to talk to them as people
