Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Everyone in the office is real nice. My only issue is they are always about 30 minutes late every appt min I have. I usually have to go back to work so it can be an issue sometimes.

Staff is very caring and helpful. Hygienist and dentists make one feel comfortable. Accept Careington 500 dental discount plan, which gives good discounts. Also accepts Dentegra, a discount plan, offered by Medicare United Health Care supplemental plans.

Best dental experience in my life!! I was comfortable and everyone was so friendly!! The dentist was very informative and listened to my concerns. I was so happy with Bright One Dental of Spotsylvania that I have scheduled my children for their next cleaning. I know they will like it and you will too!!! Call them!!

My daughters previous Ortho wouldn't call us back for an appointment for her braces... this office was EXTREMELY HELPFUL for my daughter and I am glad to bring my family to this office! Hats off to you guys very professional and courteous so far!

The dentist broke the new crown when adjusting the bite. The office manager told me that they double and triple book the dentists. Maybe this is why the dentist broke the crown. Rushed. The office manager hung up on me and the receptionist was rude. Now I have to go somewhere else to have the work re-done. I don't recommend this office.

The staff is super nice however I gave a 4 star because my appointment was dropped and I did not like that. So I had to reschedule my appointment and after I did someone called me and I confirmed my new appointment. The day before my appointment I called to confirmed my appointment again and the lady told me I wasn't on the schedule.

I am a new patient, my first visit was awesome! I loved my doctor he was kind, knowledgeable, and patient! After my first visit I scheduled to have crowns. The morning of my appt. I woke up excited to began my dental work again. My day had other plans for me though, my tire was flat. I immediately called the dentist office to reschedule because I knew it would take time for me to get the car towed and the tire fixed and probably prevent me from meeting my appt. I live in the country Uber isn't an option so when an emergency arise it takes time to address especially when it comes to transportation. WOW I was shocked when I called to reschedule and I was scolded! I was told "the doctor set aside 4 hours for you, we don't do that we made an exception"! Well first of all I apologize, I can't prevent an emergency, secondly don't guilt trip me for something I was not aware of and third stay consistent, why are you making unknown "exceptions" for me I'm a new patient you don't even know me! If I were going out of my way to do something for someone that could potentially have a huge negative impact if not followed thru I think I would express that to the person! I was not told when the appt was made that the doctor was blocking out four hours for me, and even i did know it was an unpreventable emergency! Now this receptionist has made it awkward and I don't want to even go back to the office anymore. Update. I have since gone back to this dentists and I'm glad I did. I LOVE him he is the best!
