Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I originally had to go to Aspen Dental. To make a long story short it was like night and day. Everyone at Bright Dental from the check in, back office staff, doctor & office manager was so amazing. Worth the 20 minute drive for sure.

I wouldn't give any stars if possible.Do not go to this dentist they will charge your for services that were never preformed. I was charged 200 dollars and my insurance to do a deep cleaning because I was told I needed and that was the cause of my pain when in reality I had a cracked molar and They never did a deep cleaning. Fast forward 2 months later different dentist tells me the deep cleaning was never preformed and my molar in fact was cracked. Thanks bright now dental I will be reporting this to my insurance. Also the dentist was super rude talked down to me like I was some dumb ignorant person a deep cleaning that lasted 18 minutes.

I would give this office a zero Stars if I could obviously they gave their own five star rating because I did not , somehow they applied a 5 star rating on my behalf. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. They we're very unprofessional and the dentist was very unprofessional he stood over me rather than sitting down and introducing himself to me. He ask me what he areas of concern were ro me ,I had to lean back and point out to him. They attempted to maximize my insurance on unnecessary treatments Also the higenist applied floride to my teeth without my permission, I have health issues and I don't want floride in my body.When I left the office I had a anxiety attack and was in a state of total confusion. Working with this office has been so awful, I can't wait to change my insurance and go somewhere else. The one saving grace is the receptionist, he is very accommodating and friendly enough. However, the office schedules your cleaning separately from your exam (due to staffing issues? Not sure how scheduling twice as many appointments for people helps with staffing problems but ok.). The dentist did not even speak to me during or after my cleaning, set things down and left. She and the dental assistant did my cleaning together and the sweet assistant was a bit hopeless- couldn't get the water to work, didn't understand that the dentist was asking her to change her gloves several times, etc. It was a very forceful cleaning and the appointment was 18 minutes total. To top it off there were ants all over the exam area floor. When I pointed this out nothing was done about it (moving to a different station maybe, as no one else was there that I could see). We will not be back.

The staff is so wonderful! Ricky, at the front desk, is willing to help with difficult schedules and he doesn't even get upset. The staff that works on your teeth are great too!

One star is one too many. Worst dental experience ever. I was there last year as a new patient. The best I can describe it is drive through dental care but being a newer office I chose to give them a second chance for my 6 month return appointment. I received an email to confirm the date and time of the appointment. I showed up at least 15 minutes ahead of schedule to a locked door and a sign posted that they are closed now several days during the week to include my appointment date scheduled 6 months ago. Nobody bothered to contact me regarding these changes, and the receptionist was rude. My family will never go back to the Spokane Valley, WA location.

The dentist here was really nice and seemed to do much of the dental assistants job. The dental assistant was terrible. I seriously got the vibe she was TRYING to hurt me as when it came time to polish my teeth she smacked the polisher across my teeth, barely poliished them at all but would hit my teeth so hard n then act like a child scribbling a little piece on each tooth as if she was in a major hurry. She spent less than 2 mins polishing THANK GOD or i prob wouldnt have any teeth left.i think she may have been his daughter Ive NEVER been so horrified by a dental assistant in my life and i will never go back there because of her!

A wisdom tooth had to be pulled and the Dentest, DDS Abualshar did a great job of keeping the process as painless as possible. Everything went smooth. I was, am fortunate to have him as my dentist and was glad they opened a new office @615 N. Sullivan rd. Its now even more convenient , even though we will miss the North side staff on Division. Both Bright Now offices are awesome I highly recommend either office, though I now go to the Sullivan office.
