Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. the worst dental office. The hygienist always cancels on appointment day of i rescheduled my appointment once and they kept calling me day of appointment saying the hygienist wasn't coming in cause she's "sick" my claim supposedly expires today when they told me october 18th the receptionist have some ugly attitudes and aren't helpful at all and i missed days of work to just get a call morning of appointment saying "oh the hygienists isn't coming in today sorry" ridiculous and unprofessional, they don't care about their patients or their time. i don't know who hired the receptionists with bad attitudes but the bright now company should evaluate this site cause it's completely absurd

Always a really long wait time. I always wait about an hour to get my x-rays completed. Then another for the dentist to complete the exam. Waited 3 hours this past Saturday for them to tell me they couldn't do my cleaning and I would need to reschedule. They should always let you know up front that it'll be an extra long wait time instead of wasting my time.

3 stars because I waited a long time just to be told a hygienist wasn't in when I could have been called to be rescheduled ahead of time- I missed work for this and planned my entire day around being local for my visit and it was a very stressful moment on my end. I guess this is one not great experience (you can expect to have a wait most places) but staff and workers are friendly.

My daughter is super phobic of dentists. We went in for procedure and she freaked out. The pediatric specialist and his team were patient and encouraged her to get it done. The ortho team is also the best, Ruby is my girl! They are awesome!! They also have great flexible payment plans. 10/10

Very clean & nice work area but, Waited an hour just to be told what my insurance covers. Wanted to get charged for things my insurance should cover. Not even at my old dentrist would I get charged for cavity fillings. The lady who had me waiting for an hour doesn't know how explain the insurance coverage and prices.

I had a terrible pain across the side of my mouth. They were able to see me that same day, and they had the procedure done two days later. Happy to say I have been pain free since! The staff was super friendly the entire time, front office, nurses, doctors, all of them! They even have a benefits coordinator who explains your charges in detail before the procedure gets done, just to make sure you are okay with the cost or to help you with financing if needed. 5/5 experience!
