Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. This location has been hard to work with regarding getting them to work with my dental insurance provider. They charged my insurance a full claim for an exam when my son did not even open his mouth and put through a pediatric hold. I have been calling for over a month to try and sort it and never get followed up with, just a usual line of "we will follow up with you tomorrow", but with no call. Canceled my appointment the day of and no one followed up to reschedule. Edit: Thank you for your response. I have sent the requested information to the email provided.

This is one of the only doctors offices left in Seattle that treats you like your family. Scheduling or staff aside they hear you and they want to help. Not to mention the talent. Not everyone likes going to the dentist but they make it easy

The people who work here are lovely but the Bright Now organization as a whole was disappointing. The online scheduling forced me to misgender myself to make the initial appointment. I scheduled my first appointment online for a "Dental Checkup" expecting a dental cleaning but instead had x-rays and my gums measured which was not disclosed at any point in the scheduling process. Afterwards, I was referred to schedule a dental cleaning and periodontist consultation. The office does not allow scheduling online after the initial visit and only takes appointments over the phone, unfortunately only during my working hours. The periodontist only has Monday availabilities and the dental cleaning was unavailable for several months on my weekdays off. I'm a minimum wage worker and cannot take time off work to schedule a dentist appointment or meet this limited availability.

The staff at Northgate are very friendly, and the dentists (while busy) are professional and collaborative. The DH conducting the review was thorough and friendly. My only concern is their capacity- they are a busy spot but they are good at what they do. I am glad I took the chance on the Northgate location, I have been very satisfied!

Dr. Jasper is the best. He's super funny and very friendly. Understands patient needs and wants. Highly recommend. Mimi the hygienist is fast and efficient. She's sweet and can keep the conversation going while getting a cleaning. The only hygienist I've ever gone to and felt like I got the best cleaning. The front staff work hard to make sure patient needs are met and go through lots of difficult insurance plans everrydayyy. Highly recommend this office. (:

Hygienist is really good. Staff members put in good effort. I've had 4 different dentists in just over 2 years so no real familiarity. It feels corporate. Rethinking if I want to continue being a patient.

Dr. Jasper was great! He is smart, personable, relaxed, and an excellent communicator. And he was not at all defensive when I asked him relatively detailed questions about what was going on in my mouth. Not a scary visit at all. Very pleasant.

Was on time for 10 AM appointment, finally asked back into the room at 10:40. Not super clear about pricing, and receipt was just thermal paper from credit card charge, no printed details. Failed to initially send after care prescriptions to pharmacy. Then sent the four of them with my first name as my last name. I spent 3 hours at the store pharmacy waiting for them to fix their issue.

One of the more enjoyable dentist experiences I've had in my life. Very attentive and professional hygienist (Mimi) did a great job with ensuring I was comfortable throughout cleaning. Dentist (Dr. Jasper) was great at providing me details of my mouth and options on how to change things up to support more healthy teeth in the future.
