Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The people that bright now dental have always been professional, courteous and communicate well for me to understand my dental care treatments. Dr. Hashemian has been wonderful, caring and informative. Best dentist I've ever had.

I had my deep cleaning service 2 days ago and I was charged $140 for the irrigation. A receptionist said the dentist wouldn't do it without the irrigation. I asked her if it was the required procedure that other dentists would ask to pay for to do the deep cleaning; otherwise, I would cancel the appointment and went to another dental offices, but she said yes, so I paid for that. After talking to medical today, I was confirmed that irrigation was not a procedure that every dentist would require to pay for. I called back to the dental office to see if they could do a refund because the receptionist did not listen and understand my question correctly, and gave me the wrong information, but she refused to solve my problem and tell me to call the corporate office. During the whole conversation, she always jumped in the middle of my sentences to argue with me and she ended up hanging up on me. So disappointed!

I visited this place for a regular teeth cleaning but they suggested a deep cleaning, which I accepted but then they place a condition that if I didn't get other stuff for my gums like fluoride varnish and irrigation the lady said they wouldn't do cleaning..and the whole cost will be $450 with insurance ,finally they didn't do my cleaning.

By far the worst dental office I have ever been at, I have been waiting to hear back for status on my pre-auth they supposedly sent to my insurance since SEPTEMBER!!! I come to find out the the receptionists never sent the claim over TWICE! Making me wait 4-6 weeks each time here we are in December still nothing. Absolute worst dental office with absolute worst front office workers! Big mistake going there!!

Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I would definitely rank them a 10/10. I wanted to add another review for my visit but it didn't give me the option. So here I go. So far this has been my 4th visit and honestly have nothing but great things to say about my experiences. Stephanie the receptionist is great. She has worked with me for my most of my visits and is extremely patient with answering all of my questions. The Doctor that did my dental work was working with someone, who appeared to be new, did a great job with making me feel at ease and was always making sure I wasn't in any pay. Even though the Dentist and the dental hygienist seemed to be fairly new working with each other, they worked extremely well with each other! I wish I was better at remembering names! I do want to say thank you to the Dental hygienist with the pink hat. She always makes me feel at ease and comfortable.

I hate going to the Dentist! Not my favorite thing by far. However, this particular Dentist office is amazing! The customer service is as good as it gets, dental assistants are top notch and the Dentist was great! An office of women run by women and they rock!

I am a mom of 2 with limited time as I think many people can relate that time is precious. I really did not appreciate that I had to make arrangements for my kids to be babysat in order for my dental work to be "done", and all for it to be rescheduled for the 2nd time. I am never one to even leave reviews but this I thought was VERY unprofessional of the dentist. Also, recently there was a provider change and I was not notified which again being a busy mom I was focused on my dental work being completed. With that being said the former provider's treatment plan and reporting were VERY DIFFERENT to the current providers reporting and treatment plan. The current provider stated I needed a lot less work than the first one and I don't know how cavities "disappear". At this point I do not know who to trust in terms of the dental work I need and quit frankly I do not trust this new dentist. I am very unhappy because the location is convenient but having experienced all this I do not trust the treatment for myself nor my family. I will be changing dentist due to this current one being the only one there. One last comment about this is that patients around me were complaining. There was another mother of 2 there, her daughters appointment was at 3:30pm and mine was at 4:45pm. Her daughter was still in the waiting room because the dentist was so behind. Her son was in the car waiting to also be seen but who knows what time his appointment was. The staff is great. The dentist is not!

Came in hoping I'd get my filling fixed, they had issues communicating with my insurance. I ended up changing to a different provider, came back hoping I'd be able to get my tooth fixed and they still were unable to contact my new insurance. I called my insurance without any issues and confirmed everything but for some reason on their end they couldn't. Everyone was polite it just sucked how much of a struggle it has been for them JUST to confirm insurance.

Recently I had a dental emergency, the temporary crowns/bridge I had while I was waiting for my permanent one's for MY FRONT 4 TEETH, came loose; and to make it even worse, I'm a patient of Brite Now Dental in Clovis, Ca. (300 miles north) but in Santa Ana for business. I called several Brite Now Dental locations that each gave me excuses as to why they couldn't help me, or one in Costa Mesa that wanted to charge me $200 for what was supposed to only take a few minutes. When I called this Brite Now Dental, Stephanie answered the phone and she was kind, she patiently listened to my challenge, and I immediately knew all will be well, as she booked me an appt that very day. As I said, this was supposed to be just a few minutes to rebond my temporary crowns into my mouth, but it turned out to be much more complicated and took more than an hour, where finally Dr. Choi came up with the solution I needed...This man is just awesome! I write this today because this specific Brite Now Dental did for me what others wouldn't, they showed me nothing but kindness, professionalism, and generosity as they took care of me without charge as a professional courtesy to my Brite Now Dental in Clovis. Please, don't read this and hope for free dental care - what I need you to know is these people are kind and fair, they do great work, and if you or anyone you know needs dental care this location of Brite Now Dental is GREAT and I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Think twice about going to this dentist office. They will charge overcharge you for everything. They will charge all they can from your insurance company and then charge you for every last cent. The sad part is that once you sign the paperwork, there's no way you can fight it.
