Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

This is my second review of Brightnow! Dental of Santa Ana (Bristol street), and this office portrayed a pleasant, positive service. The waiting time was very brief, which I appreciated. The only negative thing , and as a suggestion was that it would be nice if they gave the patient the option to receive the anti-microbial agent application at extra cost, instead of automatically including it in the total cleaning charge.

The employees are nice but they always seem to be short staffed. Waited nearly an hour after my appointment time. Not the first time this has happened. I understand maybe 15 minutes to clean and prepare the room but nearly an hour is unprofessional. My appointment last year, they had to reschedule me. I make my appointments 6 months in advanced so it's a little frustrating. I can't plan on anything else after my appointments because I have to plan on being there all day since I don't get called back for an hour. I think they could be more professional if they planned their day a little better. They must be using an old scheduling tool based on full staffing. They need to reevaluate the time spent per patient. It's definitely a domino effect - if Patient 1's appt goes 10 minutes late, then Patient B's appt starts 10 minutes late. And if Patient B's appt is also 10 minutes longer, then Patient C doesn't get seen until 20 minutes after his scheduled appt. I feel bad for the employees because by the end of the day they could be nearly 2 hours off schedule. And of course they will stay and see each patient. But then the next day it starts all over. Based on their staffing, I think they overbook themselves. And definitely underestimate how long their appointments run for.

veronica was very helpful with my situation. i had started a root canal service and a new crown but i never got my crown. every time i went to my appointment they couldn't it. It has been almost two years i just got frustrated with this problem. I asked for a full refund, and Veronica took care all about that. customer service can be better if they had followed my case, i never had call about my missing crown.

I went to bright now and they failed to tell me that I was not being covered by my insurance. They clearly left this piece of information out so they could take my money.

The office manager Imelda is so nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She seems to know all her patients and explained my treatment plan and payment options very well. Monica, the person who took my X-rays, was also very sweet and patient with me. Yvonne, the hygienist, was also very nice. When making my appointment, they did mention cleaning might not happen first visit because the office is busy and the hygienist is fully booked as well, which is understandable! To my surprise they were able to do my cleaning that first visit! They were able to schedule me within the week to get my filling done. Dr. Zapata was AMAZING. Barely felt when he was injecting the local anesthetic and completed my filling very carefully but quickly! Amazing office with an amazing, caring staff. Thank you!

What I experienced was near torture. Towards the end of December I came here for an emergency dental issue. My tooth broke while eating over the holiday. One Bright Now Dental technician had xray-ed me, which caused me much trouble and extreme pain. Rather than take note of my injury, she was already attempting to jam xray slides into my mouth while I had a broken tooth. They did not find the fracture that lay center of tooth number 4, and instead of using science, medical ethics, or logic as a guide to proceed, the dentist decided to give me pain pills and try to do a mold for teeth grinding- all while parts of my actual tooth was painfully falling out. THE ASSISTANT took me aside and TOLD ME TO LIE- told me to tell the dentist we took the mold because she saw how much pain I was in. Towards the end of this extremely painful and unprofessional session, the dentist finally asked to actually look at my tooth, and asked where it hurt. I showed her, and she PRESSED DOWN on that spot, causing me deep unrest and pain. She said that the food that broke my tooth could not have done that, and told me I was just stressed out. I found this lack of ethics or empathy particularly disturbing even right now. She then recommended I go to an endodontist (who also was crooked), and was not able to administrate treatment of any adequacy whatsoever. Their lack of treatment resulted in the loss of my entire tooth. This dentist should immediately have their license pulled. It's sickening to know psychopaths can get away with what they did here. Protect your family and seek treatment where it is truly offered. It was surely not found here, in my painful experience.

Waited over 40 minutes to talk to the dentist and he only gave me 30 seconds of his time. Didn't ask if I had questions and didn't wait to see. Completely unprofessional.

My wisdom teeth were getting to the point where I would pay anyone to rip them out of my skull. However, Bright Now took medi-cal and all I had to pay for was the bone grafts. They got me in and out same day, and if I could treat the ones that took my teeth out to a beer I would. I'm currently waiting for the holes to heal up and have a post-op appointment next week. Woohoo!

Had my appointment on saturday at 9:30 am arrived at 9:00 time when by. It was 9:30 and they were still closed time when by 10:00 and still closed i called to see what was going on. They said sorry we are closed we could reschedule you tuesday so i said okey i was mad already.. so tuesday at 4pm i arrived al 3:30pm i was out at 6:00pm with nothing done to me. 2:30 waiting and they only checked in w me 2 times to tell me what it need to be done w my tooth and to tell me how much it would be.... never again coming back Worst dentist i ever been too

Appointment for 9 am. Not called back until 9:30. I was told that the person who was do do my periodontal cleaning was not in and was it ok if the dentist did it or did I want to reschedule. I agreed to have the dentist do it. Staff said they had tried to call but couldn't reach me. I asked to check the number they had and it was incorrect, numbers transposed. The procedure itself was very painful. Something I had not experienced before with this type of cleaning. I was not offered anything to numb the pain. I was charged $95 for the medicine applied and had not been informed there would be a charge before the work began. Staff are all very friendly at this office,
