Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Very poor and bs service. Sons had appointments at 930am and 1020am. 1055am comes around. Asked receptionist how much longer. She said it'll be another 30-60 min before anyone would be seen. But other families who arrived after us, went back for their appts. Beyond unacceptable! 0/5 stars if I could.

Just Nope! From the front desk employees lacking kindness and organizational skills (they were sending me from one front desk to the other because they couldn"t find my appointment, that I made a month in advance; just like in a governmment office in a banana republic) from the loooong waiting time to finally see a doctor, just don't! Go elsewhere.

Arrived at 2:10 for 2:30 appointment, then got called back at 3:30. Dr. Chen was extremely rude. After x-rays and exam they began to lead me out and I asked if I was getting my teeth cleaned and was told no, the dental hygienist left at 4! I've wasted 2 hours for nothing

I arrived at 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment. After filling out paperwork and having x-rays taken I sat for 50 minutes waiting for dentist. I finally got up and left and I didn't see anyone to let them know I was not waiting anymore . If this is the way you manage your business I want nothing to with you .

If I could give negative stars I would. I cannot believe this place is able to operate the way it does. I tried for 2 weeks to get someone there to answer their phone and no one ever picked up. My husband and I left voicemails and no return phone call. I even went as far as reading these Google reviews and emailing "Charlotte" who seems to be leaving her email address on here to offer a solution - she never responded either! On week 3, someone finally answered and I told her my son had a procedure scheduled and I wanted to discuss changing the procedure. She was immediately short, rude, and frustrated with me - I was nothing but nice on the phone. She rudely told me the doctor would have to look at my sons file and call me back. Guess what, they never called back until the day before his scheduled procedure that I wanted to have changed!! I found another pediatric dentist in Tiffin called Cudra Pediatric and they are amazing!! Give them a try as Brite Now obviously doesn't understand customer communication or business ethic.

The staff on the orthodontics side is unbelievably rude. The receptionist is always unwelcoming, but this appointment was worse than usual. When I walked in, she just started at her computer without addressing me for about a minute. Then, someone else walks in behind me and she checks them in before me. Not sure what she has against me, but it's extremely unprofessional. Save your money for a business that deserves it.

They canceled my daughter's appointment the night before without notifying me. When arriving at the office the receptionist was very rude and I was told they would still do my appointment. After waiting past my appointment time we walked out.

They make you wait in pain then they make a mistake and schedule a appointment on a day they're closed then reschedule me for 2 months later and make you wait 2 extra months 5 months all together really they should have the pain they expect others to live with

Took my son here to get braces after we moved here. I understand places are short staffed but they are now only open for orthodontist 3 tuesdays a month and can never seem to get my kid in. Nor can I call to even schedule except on tuesdays. He should be out of braces soon and his teeth are horrible. Tried for 3 weeks to get my son scheduled finally got ahold of someone today and they can't see him until August 30th...... mind you they had no problem collecting the $3000+ For braces and billing my insurance. Would not recommend. Shop around and find someone who can actually accommodate the amount of patients they have.

I went to Bright Dental in Sandusky (biggest mistake ever) they did two fillings on the top of both sides of my mouth. Afterword's I ate lunch and discovered both teeth that were worked on were now sensitive to hard items being eating. Felt like a nerve was being struck. My right side wasn't so bad. I went back to Bright Dental and they said something about I have pockets and my teeth needed cleaned. I went back twice and they wouldn't do anything. I knew they did something wrong and they didn't want to admit it. 1 year and a couple months later I had been chewing only on the right side only all this time because it wasn't as bad. The right side started hurting bad, really bad to the point where I had to have the tooth pulled. So it eventually destroyed my tooth. 9th Street Dental pulled it for me. I then had them clean my teeth. Sensitivity still didn't go away on the left side so once again Bright Dental lied. The dentist here was kind enough to try a refill, she got rid of an old filling that had the old black filling color and replaced it with the white colored AND she redid the tooth Bright Dental screwed up. Guess what? I have no more sensitive and I can eat on that side now. I am forever grateful for them doing this. It's just too bad I lost what was a perfectly good tooth over this. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT DENTAL. GO TO 9TH STREET DENTAL!!!

Phone communication is horrible!!! And got scheduled for wrong thing back in nov. I've been calling for the last 45 min today and no answer. Really considering takin my family to a new dentist. Really tired of waitin forever for one of us to be seen, sit and wait for ever. And they always reschedule appointments on you. Freakin ridiculous.

Can't imagine going to this dentist factory on purpose. My apt was scheduled for 2:45 yesterday. At 3:45, I asked how much longer I'd be waiting and was told 30min to an hour. I asked the receptionist why no one contacted me to let me know the dentist was running so late? I work at a salon and if I'm running even 15mins late we call to let our guests know. She did not even apologize. Instead she offered to reschedule the apt. Which is when other waiting patients started to chime in. "Don't reschedule!" They said. "It'll be 6 months before you get back in." Why would I reschedule? Bright Now does not want my business and they will not respect yours. There are plenty of locally owned and operated dentists offices that will respect their patients and keep our business local. This place is garbage. Avoid at all costs.
