Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Great first time patient experience. I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and needed to create a treatment plan moving forward to get some work done that I've been putting off. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, and there's an office closer to my home, but the doctor, her assistant, and Gina are all so nice and welcoming that Idrive the extra miles to come here. They all always try to make you feel as comfortable as posssible. I highly reccomend this office.

Dirty & straight up denies you dental care. Small note: I watched as a dental assistant touched the inside of my mouth, then the wall, then the X-ray button, then the computer, then the little thing that goes in my mouth, etc. In general, this is disgusting. You have one gloved hand for a reason, do not touch anything other than the patient's mouth with this gloved hand. And especially during COVID? I had to speak up and ask her to change gloves and be careful. THE WORST PART: I was denied a basic teeth cleaning after not having one for 2.5 years because I couldn't afford the expensive one that they were recommending. My insurance denied the expensive one and I can't afford to pay $700. I told them I wanted the basic one instead and they DENIED ME CARE because I couldn't pay for the expensive one. This was after I went to my check up and had absolutely nothing done but xrays. Sent home while waiting for insurance approval. Called me saying the insurance needed more xrays to review the submission. I had to go back and take more xrays then was sent home again. insurance denied request. Wasted my time, per usual. I asked the associate taking my 2nd set of xrays if the insurance usually requires this set when reviewing submissions for the cleaning requested. She said that yes, this is routinely requested for this request. Soooo... why didn't you do these when I was there the first time?? And why the F**K would you deny a patient a BASIC, INSURANCE COVERED cleaning because they can't afford the expensive one??? I hadn't had a cleaning in 2.5 years because of this establishment and developed gum recession as a result. I had absolutely no problems prior. When I had my cleaning after I turned 21, I was told by a dental assistant that my insurance only covered cleanings once every 2 years. Then COVID happened, so I didn't schedule an appointment until 2.5 years after my last cleaning. And that's when all this BS ensued. Don't go here if you want care. Because they'll flat out deny you it. Oh, also. I got a letter from my insurance afterwards with approvals for cleaning and fluoride treatment but not the other half of what they requested. I have a frickin letter from my insurance with approvals for a basic cleaning and fluoride treatment, yet because I can't afford the expensive part I was flat out told "the doctor will refuse to give you a basic cleaning". Rudely, at that. Screw you guys, genuinely. P.S. Thanks for sucking because now I found a great dentist that actually provides all the care they can within their limits!!! Insurance denies something? No worries! Let's see what we can do for you! But we definitely won't let you go 2.5 years without a cleaning! They were more than appalled when they heard how long I'd been left without a cleaning.

The dentist was very kind and professional however after my first exam X-rays and the dentist detailed tooth by tooth exam and what I needed the receptionist told me my medical wouldn't cover root canal crowns and fillings total cost! When I booked the appointment she knew I had medi cal . She gave me a breakdown of 4K plus my cost I left and called medi cal to find root canal crowns and filling gs as well as cleaning IS covered 100% ! Medi dal gave me another good dentist we're my work is being done now and approved all total amount! Do not go here if you are in medi cal I reported this receptionist to medi cal she is very un professional and the dentist all are very good so they should consider finding another replacement up front for good of them. She's very in kept looking and rude but all the staff of dentist are wonderful if you can afford them!

Very poor knowledge of what they offer and how they can help their clients. I call asking for a teeth cleaning and teeth whitening if it can happen. They have no idea if they can clean my teeth, because I'm military and say I won't be covered. Then I use my mother's insurance which I'm still under, then say we can't get you in today after I called hours in advance and drove down once I was told I'm good to come in. Poor experience and I won't be back, I wouldn't recommend this place. Go to breathe easy dentistry for a much better experience.

My dentist of 30 years retired and I spent 4 years trying to find another with whom I would feel comfortable. Dr Parray was my 4th try. Will not go into those negative experiences because we have probably all had them, but now am comfortable with my choice. Dr Parray allowed me time, support, and ways to overcome pain in one of my teeth. When nothing else worked, I did need a root canal. Her recommended endodontist, did a wonderful job. The next day, Dr Parray did the work of making a new crown. I no longer have a lifelong dental phobia. Very grateful to have found her.

Went there for a teeth cleaning. The staff were friendly and they made sure that I got my teeth cleaning that same day as my exam and x-ray even though it took them a long time to get my X-ray done. The hygienist was really nice, she really cleaned my teeth thoroughly with the stains on my teeth for a year not going to the dentist. They made sure that everyone follows the protocol since Covid is still going on during my visit. They also don't push me to do treatment that I don't need and want. Very honest which I really like from a dentist. Definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a dentist who is caring and honest.
