Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I had a screaming tooth ache and they got me in as a new patient the next day. After X-ray and inspection they found that I needed a root canal and an extraction of the adjacent tooth. They attempted the root canal but the pain tooth was cracked and had to come out. The treatment plan had to change. They didn't charge a penny for hours of work. Without going into detail the Sam thing happened the next morning (they squeezed me in at 8:00 and after 5hours work they had to stop and reevaluate the plan through no fault of their own. 5 hours work no charge. When I'm seeking professional services, skill and character are equally important. Dr Samir and his team are great and will be our choice for future needs.

Awful place. My husband needed an emergency appointment and they were able to get him in 2 days later at 4 pm. They call us back the next day because they could not figure out how to bill my husbands insurance. We called and got all the information about the insurance and even got a special number for them to call to speak with someone at the insurance company. Since they could not figure it out for themselves. They suddenly need to cancel the appointment because they have a meeting. Seriously? This is the worst dentist office we have ever dealt with. The woman who answered the phone seems to have no clue what she is doing and no care about patients.

My dentist does very good work! However last year the office missinformed me on the amount of work my insurance would cover - cost me $750 extra. This year the office was going to bill me $1,095 for replacement of a denture, claiming that my insurance would not cover it. I called my insurance and they assured me it was covered - so I asked the office to check with them. When I came to get the impression for the replacement denture, the office overbilled me (40%) of the cost. I had to correct them as I was only to pay 30%. I think these problems could be avoided with better training of office staff.

If i could give this office more than 5 stars i sure would...Traveling nurse asst needing help w/partials ALL the employees were so nice, friendly & helpful! Readjustment made i was finally able to have something more to eat than soft foods. They give a whole new meaning to "way back when" they could've turned me away instead they slipped me in the same day I called AMAZING DENTIST ALSO THANK YOU

Our entire family goes here and we have never had a bad experience. Today my son had to have a tooth pulled and he was scared and anxious but dr.kumar treated him with kindness and patience. I already recommend them to everyone I know but I want to also recommend to everyone I don't.

Their dental service is poor. Their employees aren't adequate at their jobs. Says they're open until 5. Called around 3pm, and their scheduling office is closed. Well, if they want to charge me a late cancellation fee, they can do it in court. Because I've left two voicemails and have tried calling for three days, but nobody checks the voicemail and they don't explain the hours online or in the phone tree. If I could do zero stars, I would. Also very bad for nervous patients. The hygienist make me more anxious than I already was.
