Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. This place still tries to follow government mask mandates. However I saw multiple staff with masks either only half way on or not on and resting on their chin. Plus, what's the point if people walk in without a mask and have to get one at the counter? Then only to go back for their procedure and take the mask off? Mandated mask policies are a thing of the past. Yes we can choose to wear a mask, but in my opinion you can be 6ft away from someone with a mask and still smell their bad breath. But again, this place doesn't even consistently follow the mandate. Next time I go in I'm not wearing a mask.

Not only did they keep my daughter's braces on over 4 years but now she has a retainer she just received and it's fitted incorrectly. It's stabbing her in the mouth and she has to wait a week to be seen, while bleeding and in excruciating pain. Worst place ever. On top multiple problems there's nothing but attitude from front desk.

I had good experience with this dental clinic from location, office and staff except dentist. The Dentist that checked me stand next to me for 20 seconds including checking me and if I had question. He is already walking away while asking if I have question.

I felt like I was being ran through almost like cattle. My husband and I have always had good teeth, but for this new dentist visit we've both been told that we need a "deep" cleaning = extra charge and extra visit. We have insurance but we are still wondering why we both suddenly have "issues" that warrant the additional work. I worry that it's up-charging, and contributes to high insurance premiums. Not a bad experience, but certainly not the greatest

I am unsure what her role was, i think she was a dental assistant but she wasn't confident in her work. She reviewed my chart and sat there thinking as if she didn't have a clue on what she was looking at. I repeated myself to her to make the correction, still, she kept thinking. It was very worrisome. Maybe she's new but if she isn't she needs more training. I am not comfortable enough to return here knowing someone can potentially messed up my teeth or mouth. I don't know how much the Dentist trust the assistant with the chart sooo no thank you!

I will never go back there. My encounter with Joy Snider was horrible. She has the worst attitude. For some reason she put me last, other people that got there after me were going before me. Then at the end when my folder was in the folder rack, I saw that Joy took my folder, put it back on the rack then helped the folders that were behind my folder. I truly believe that it's because she did not approve of my race

My new relationship has been a very positive experience. While close to home and a little more planning involved it has been a very positive change from what I had been experiencing with a longtime provider that was close to my work for 'lunch time appts' but had started to slip.

Thank you Dr Jung! I'm a new patient who's had HORRIFIC experiences in the past at other places. In fact, I haven't seen a dentist in 30 years because it's almost impossible to numb me. I had work done yesterday and again today. He saw how difficult it is to numb me and then how quickly the novacaine wears off in minutes. Today was absolutely seamless. I will not see another Dr and will wait however long it takes for an appointment with him. He's attentive and his bedside manner is wonderful. So if you're reading bad reviews please make an appointment with him but also keep in mind that not many people will take the time to give positive feedback but almost always have time to complain and put places and people down. Thank you, Dr Yung, for your patience with me and my issues and for your wonderful bedside manner. You talked me through everything and made me feel welcome and at ease through both appointments.

I was a bit disappointed that I had to schedule a second visit with the hygienist. I also found the office temperature extremely cold. Otherwise Dr. Bae, the staff and the technician were very friendly and efficient.
