Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Had a nice experience on the dental side. Ortho side not so much. I was very clear that I didn't want to begin treatment that day and that I wanted to do the consult and compare financing options. The woman helping me said I could do an interest free credit line (which I thought would be a loan not a card with sky high interest rates after 6 months) or finance through them. After an hour of wait for her to give me a quote on the two breakdowns she tells me I need to answer some questions on the phone to which I hear "congrats you've been approved your card will mailed to you". After I tell the woman on the phone I was just trying to gather information to compare financing the woman at the desk was irritated with me and claimed she gave me the info I needed to know and that I knew I was applying for a credit card. Very scammy way to do business. I was there for an hour and a half and I never received a paper quote. Unfortunately I'll be moving my dental care after this experience.

Absolutely horrendous place staffed by evil people. Took x-rays then left me sitting in a chair for an hour, and when I complained they said "well you don't have to schedule." This is no way to treat anybody, let alone a new patient! Close your business please.

Dr. A is hands down the best dentist i've ever gone to. i felt embarrassed about all of the work i need and she was gentle and non judgmental when i told her that. her staff is helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need before you walk out the door.

Dr. Ahuja was so nice! Her assistant Sam was so informative about procedures that I needed walked me though everything. I got everything I needed done the same day. Defiantly recommend!!!

Going on vacation, scheduled a cleaning. The hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning once I got there. I explained that I couldn't get Novocaine that day but to do a regular cleaning and I would do the deep cleaning on my next visit. They refused to clean my teeth. I'm all for the deep cleaning but just couldn't do it that day. Just seemed very weird, like some corporate extortion tactic. Never had a problem with the hygienist before and suspect she has no say in this tactic. Needless to say I feel compelled to change dentists now so as a money making tactic it seems counterproductive.

Unprofessional environment and Assistants. (Those who don't do much) Went in for an appointment and they were under some assumption that they can pick and choose what teeth to pull and which ones they won't. I had pain in a tooth I wanted removed and instead they insisted on removing my wisdom teeth instead. No issue whatsoever with my wisdom teeth. **Also notice that all the women have tattoos, just goes to show anyone can do their job even those who have made many bad decisions in their life**

Waited 2 hours for an x ray that I had appointment for. Open dentist rooms so u hear everything, and have called 2 different times 2 get them to send antibiotics to cvs still haven't. Going on day 3 and in crazy pain... they don't care about u..

Every time I go into this office, there are scheduling issues with the dentist not being available. There was one time that they called a couple of days in advance for a reschedule. Twice, I have shown up at my appointment to find out that a dentist was not available for the exam. The first time, they were up front about it when I arrived. The second time, they did not tell me and I was halfway through the cleaning before they shared that the dentist was not there and I would to come back for an actual exam. So they chose not to give me the option for a reschedule by calling or notifying me upon arrival. The hygienist is wonderful, but the office has a serious problem with either understaffing of the dentists or administrative mishaps. So although when I get care it's always been great, I will be finding a new dentist because this is just terrible coordination and service for patients who plan around scheduled appointments.

I had only seen them once and at that time they tried to sell me procedures that I chose not to have done. I went for my second appointment today, six months later, and they told me that there was a company policy that if I didn't agree to the recommended procedure that they had recommended, they wouldn't clean my teeth. I was upset that they hadn't notified me of that before I went to the office today and then I learned that they were dropping HMO patients at the end of the month. So, they tried to get me to spend more today knowing they would drop me at the end of the month.

This is the first dental office I have been to since I have been In Phoenix, AZ. The customer service and the friendliness of the Dental Assistants was great. I believe the one that assisted was Brenda, she was absolutely great. Great attitude and constantly working hard and has great direction for the Doctor. Sam, the other DA was helpful. She was able to professionally assist me and answer any questions or concerns. Great office and hard workers you have! Looks like you are managing a hardworking team Ms. Margret! Good Job!
