Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

This practice is a joke. They have cancelled appointment twice and I just showed up and nobody was here and I had to call due to the doors being locked. They are closed due to understaffing. Don't waste your time.

This office used to be a joy to work with. I'm not sure what happened. I have been trying to work out an improperly submitted insurance claim with this office for nearly two months now. I cannot get ahold of anyone, and when I finally do reach the office, they do not help me. All of that combined with their absurd business hours has lead to me finding care elsewhere. Avoid this dentist.

Dr. Ramesh was a profesional at his work and give the Perfect detail instruccion to my son!! I don't like when they are short of people and cancel the same day, ( need to let us know in advance ) I have and appointment at the office and they didn't my cleaning cuz they didn't have enough people and let me waiting until they said they couldn't do it.

This is a worst place for dentistry. I would suggest please look for other options if available for dentistry but don't visit this place .. I am a customer for Invisalign for almost 2 years . When I started they told me it took around 1 yrs to maximum 18 months but already more than 2 years I don't see any difference in my teeth.. more important they don't care and everytime cancel the appointment.. I told them to switch but they don't offer that as well.. I spend already full amount on it . They got their money and don't care about the services .. Again warning those who plan to visit this place .. Please go other place instead of this . If there is a rating score zero I would give .

Very professional and quality of service with a personal touch. I definitely highly recommend a visit if you need a cleaning or any dental care you'll be treated with respect and they really go out of the way to make you feel comfortable.

The pricing options for basic services are very low cost - however, the cleanliness and sterilization of surfaces seemed to be lacking. They also allowed a client to walk in wearing just a bandana. I started feeling symptoms the day after my cleaning a the Parker Office and it's fairly likely that I picked something up here. The nurse that flossed my teeth was also unnecessarily rough. I will also say the staff seemed very busy and the business was a bit overwhelmed during my visit, so it might not always be this way. I just wanted to share my first experience here.

My entire family went here for our routine cleanings. We were all told that we needed some very expensive work done immediately. While I was at my appointment I overheard more than one other patient comment about how they had just had good check ups with no problems but now all of the sudden they needed expensive treatments as well. I asked the hygienist named "Paul" if they had seen an increase in "crowns" and expensive dentals work being done and he said said yes and blamed it on COVID. Hmmmmmm. Did he really just blame COVID for people needing all kinds of expensive work done on their teeth??? I would recommend getting a second opinion if you go here and they tell you that all of the sudden you need expensive treatment like crowns and such. Also, the hygienist was very rough and rushed.

Went for my X-Ray and Consultation on Tuesday and I must say it was a great experience. I was greeted at the door by LaShanda who was very pleasant and detailed on the process and expectations. I also met Pinky who was nice and very helpful. Dr.Soter was very personable and explained everything in detailed. I must say I think we made a good decision on choosing this Bright Now Dental office.

Some staff was very friendly. The new assistant thats been in the industry for 8 years was so fun and the happiest one of them all. I liked her. The front desk checkout lady she was very helpful with a very uncomfortable situation. Some people definitely left me feeling very unwelcome and a burden it was very obvious. Perspective is reality. I might come back. Haven't decided.

Avoid these folks if you can, I went in for an initial appointment and routine cleaning, they told me a couple of old root canals would need to be retreated in order to do the cleaning which was fine, what was not fine was ignoring my calls for three months to get an appointment after I got the root canals retreated in order to get crowns. I called and left voicemails periodically for three or four months before one of the retreated root canal teeth split in half. I went to the Endodontist that retreated my root canals since unsurprisingly no one at the Aurora location answered their phones, and ended up making an appointment for my crowns with another dentist office since even the staff at my Endodontist couldn't get ahold of them either. The most galling bit however is that their billing department continued to hound me for the $90 I owed them for the X-rays they did at that initial appointment (the only thing they did at said appointment) WHILE ignoring my calls to actually receive any care.

It has always been hard to find a good dentist. Over the last two years, I've been trying to find one who could attend to my implants. Dr Soter was the first one, out of five. He and his dental assistant Diana, took their time. And I walked out of there satisfied & very happy. I highly recommend the Parker Bright Now Dental. Especially Dr Soter and all the staff.

I went there 6 months ago to get a simple cleaning. They took x-rays examine my mouth and then sent me on my way saying I needed to make another appointment for a cleaning. Then 5 months later they send me a bill for $38 for the remaining amount that my insurance did not cover when I asked them before I even made the appointment and then ask them again on the day of my appointment if my insurance covers the cleaning they say yes but now they're going to send a 38 bill to collections cause I refuse to pay for a company to scam money from me or insurance company. Do not go here

I was over charge 132$ and didn't recieved a call or a notice but when I recieved the statement from my insurance I notice the ripoff call them right away but very little effort was shown to help resolve. Currently have an open claim..

I came to the office for my dental appointment. My appt was schedule from 4 pm, but they let me wait to 5 pm to start seeing me. Great way to waste my time. The office close at 5 pm and they said they cannot clean my teeth today

I've had a crown, a root canal, a bone reconstruction, skin graft and a wisdom tooth removed all this year from Bright Now Dental Parker. I drive from Denver to go there. Thought of changing to something closer but the service I've received this year has been fantastic. The new hygienist gave me the best cleaning I've had in years. Dr Soter is very thorough with his procedures and explains everything very well. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. They are all very professional. He even gave me his contact info in case I needed anything after my extraction and replied to my questions the same day. Hats off to this group.
