Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Okay i wasnt going to complain but how I was talked to by front desk lady I'm going to. Front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Customer service is very important to me and unfortunetly this is what this office is lacking. I been trying to set up appointment for the past couple of weeks. I set it up and they always cancel. There is always some type of excuse. I wouldnt care but I have a job that I have to request to be off. I dont live close to office so it's a drive for me. They always tell me to call back and reschedule but when I do it always says I reached them after hours. I finally got ahold of someone today and it was front desk lady. She told me to call back because it's just her working and she has other patients waiting. I said no I will wait, I've been trying to call for weeks. But everytime I call office is always closed or idk what is going on. She raised her voice and yelled saying" our office is not closed, it's only me. We are in the process in hiring more people. I understand she is frustrated but she definetly needs to treat people with a bit nicer, its not our fault. All I want is an orthodontist appointment. My daughters hasnt seen an orthodontist in 2 months because they have canceled every time. She said if you are willing to wait I can help you. She put me on hold for 11 minutes just to get back on the phone to tell me she doesnt do orthodontist appointments. Same thing was with dentist. Took me a months to get appointment. Now I know this is a big company and you have to properly understand people frustration. Unless you do proper customer service training from front desk to back room, you will start loosing customers. And please dont respond by saying we are sorry about your experience. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Apologizing for other people mistakes is not the issue, please properly train your staff.

Rarely have I had a good experience here. The front office is not well run, I feel like we are always waiting to be seen, the dentists seem to come and go without any explanation - I don't even know who is working there anymore, our appointments have been canceled multiple times on short notice, etc, etc...

Everyone attentive and polite. Assisted me right away.Checked my temperature. Explained paperwork that needs to be filled. X-Ray tech came right away. Asked me how I was. Explained why x-rays needed. Was very cautious with being sanitary. When the Dentist came. explained everything that needed to be done. Apologized that I would have to see oral surgeon. Dentist said nothing left of tooth . For crown to be replaced. That was true. So far this is the best dental office.

Came to this place 3 times, all had terrible experience with the dentist J. Dubiel. He doesn't communicate with patient, and he has an attitude! I just came out of this place after dental filling procedure, it was a horrifying experience. I was not given consent for the use of local anesthetic injections, neither was I informed in any way ahead of time. I was told to open my mouth and close my eyes. But then I opened my eyes for a quick moment and I saw a needle was about to go into my mouth! I was shocked and I asked: "Am I getting some kind of injection for dental filling? Why was it not mentioned?" Then the assistant said "that's the trick we learned in practice to not tell the patients before we doing it, unless the patient specially told us they don't want local anesthesia..." Does it even make any sense to you? I was mad to be lied to, and I felt so vulnerable and scared. I couldn't trust this dental place any more, because who knows whatelse they are going to do to me without telling me?! The joint commission's standard of practice emphasized on information transparency, informed consent, and communication. I am sure this dental facility failed to compliant the joint commission's standard of practice for dental care services. I addressed the communication problems of the same dentist J. Dubiel on my previous visits upon checking out, and at the front desk they promised me to make improvement, however, nothing has improved, and this time they completely made me feel uncomfortable and lose all my trust! I will not be coming back to this place for any of my future dental care needs, and I will tell everybody I know who needs dental care services to avoid this place.

I was not happy!!! because i had an appointment today at 2pm i usually dont give reviews! we drove 30 minutes to oceanside location? and when i got there they told me that the periodontics is not there anymore! dang do not go to this dentist at all! then they will charge you alot! i just needed one tooth fix and they kept sending me to different locations!

It was a good visit. Everyone was polite and efficient. The only thing is I wish they would steam clean the chairs in the lobby LOL other than that everything was great:-)

They have cancelled three time now so far on a cleaning appointment for my mother. The first time they called and cancelled. The other two times they never informed us about the cancellations. Please don't waste your precious time with this establishment. There are a lot of dentists around, find anyone else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

My daughter used to go to this place. But always pack, never took the time to explain what they were doing to her braces. They jump from one to another one always in a hurry. BUT TODAY I brought my CLIENT thats in a wheelchair she couldn't get out off the room. She ask for help ,, The LADY assistant there was rude said no thats why you should always have her to Help you. Unbelievable!!! So rude no MEAN...YOU KNOW who you are.

Waited nearly two hours for a routine dental cleaning. Had an X-ray, and the pieces were not working well in my mouth and it was painful when it shouldn't be. Ridiculous that a routine cleaning wouldn't even occurs until nearly 2 hours after a scheduled visit. Tried to sell me extra add on's. Still waiting for my cleaning. I'll never come back.

1st appointment scheduled, confirmed multiple times through email and text, show up to the appt At 9am Fri morning and office is closed?? No notice no call, rescheduled, routine exam, dentist is there, maybe 7 or 8 employees there, no one can do a dental cleaning?? In 3 tries going to this place I haven't had a tooth cleaned yet. Just do the basic please.

I have never left a review in my life but this place needs a reality check. Don't go here, this place is rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to do their jobs either. One of receptionist gave me attitude for asking a question and sighed in my face. I was supposed to get a cleaning and a root canal today. Told me the dental hygienist was running behind and if I could come in a little later, I said thats fine. Right when I agreed, they told me "never mind you have to reschedule." I then asked what about my root canal appointment? They told me the doctor wasn't in the office today. Bright now dental why did you even schedule me? I did my part and you guys couldn't do yours? I had to call off work multiple times to fit your guys schedule and this happens. I've read the comments, I'm not the first person they've done this too. Anyone from Oceanside do NOT come here. They'll waste your time and your money. By the way they signed me up for auto renewal...I did not ask for this. They told me it was the price to see the dentist but instead it was a subscription plan. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.

My appointment was at 4:30 I didn't get seen till 5:00. This was my first cleaning here. The hygienist didn't even clean all the surfaces of my teeth. She didn't use any tools to clean between my teeth and didn't floss my teeth. It was a rushed process and poorly executed. I wouldn't trust my oral health to this place.

The doctor and assistant did a great job ONCE THEY GOT TO MY ROOM. My appointment was at 9 AM. No one showed up until 9:05 AM and then took 16 minutes to set up the office while 8 of us sat waiting. I was provided a room at 9:30 BUT, the doctor, nor anyone else, showed up until 10: 05 AM. I The office understaffed and is struggling to maintain their clients. I purchased a dental plan from them and am stuck working with them at least for the year. I'll see how the next 2 appoints go before I decide whether or not to continue the plan and their services. My time is valuable too.

I love Bright now. The office is very clean and tidie. Going to the dentist is hard an uncomfortable for me. They are very friendly. I definitely recommend Bright now.
