Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

At this time I am not happy with Bright Now. I recently took my son in for a night guard and extractions. He had extractions at that location before. He saw the dentist who referred him to a pediatric location and said that if couldn't be seen at the pediatric office then he would send him to the orthodontist with their office. We called the pediatric and that place didn't accept our insurance. So i called Bright Now back and they are saying the current dentist doesn't feel comfortable working on a child where they clearly accept children or else why make the appointment for him at all?? I asked for a referral to another of their locations that has a dentist that can work on my child. I was informed they have none and that unfortunately need to find a dentist that will see my child. This is my final straw with them. I've had issues in the past with this location but then was contacted by management a few years ago and the begged me to give them another try because they had done a lot of changes. I see now that every few years is going to be a new issue. I am now having to search for a new dentist for my child. This is delaying the the healing of my child which is why we made the appointment in the first place as per recommended by my child's surgeon. If you are looking for a place for kids, this is DEFINITELY NOT IT!!

Told it would be a 1.5 hour multi cavity filling appointment. Was there almost 2.5 hours. Doctor complained the entire time about my mouth not being big enough and producing too much saliva as if I have control over either. She kept redoing several fillings multiple times. My neck and jaw hurt really bad by the end but she kept being really impatient with me anyway. Left a sharp angle in the filling that now I'll have to get a different dentist to fix. The assistant (Juanita I think) was spouting insane politics saying that the US needs Trump to be King and voting for Biden was the worst mistake of her life while working on me. Additionally they were constantly running out of items and the place looks cheap and like the equipment hasn't been updated since the 90s. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 was another assistant (Shanika I think) who was very kind, funny, and competent. Overall definitely DO NOT go here for dentistry needs. Unprofessional and incompetent.

45 minutes wait after assigned appointment time we get seen for x ray which took longer than usual. others waited for 2 hrs. but theres 10+ ppl waiting when i arrived. i was surprised i saw only 1 dds (maybe more dunno) but staff trickle in to help with inside. front desk staff friendly n helpful but doesnt appear to be too knowledgeable :( hoping for good dentist with experience trump the wait n all the downfall if not going to hv to find different dentist

I was seen quickly. I got a good cleaning, fillings and x-rays the same day. No unnecessary work was recommended or done. Staff was polite and efficient. I would recommend this office.

I love the hygienist Lena :) she helps me with important tips about how to brush and floss correctly to prevent cavities and other future issues and is so gentle and kind while cleaning my teeth! The front desk staff were also helpful and fit me in when I had confirmation of a booked appointment but for some reason the appointment was not in their system. Thanks for the great care!

My Grandfather went and has some emergency work done and.they totally botched the job. No x-rays. Just a physical inventory and a referral to yet another office who although they did x-rays followed the referral instead of the patient request. They PULLED THE WRONG TEETH! IN A SENIOR PATIENT. WHO DOES THIS? Who doesn't do x-rays for surgery to ensure the proper work is referred out?

My experiences at Bright Now Oakland have always been a positive one. Everything from check-in, to the actual procedure, and check-out is ran very smoothly. Staff are friendly. Office is nice and clean. Most of all, I feel as though they have good Covid procedures in place so I feel comfortable and safe coming in amidst these times. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for dental work.

Very nice office staff clean office space and procedure rooms. Lina particularly was my dental hygienist and she was very warm and pleasant and went in-depth with detailed answers to my questions regarding caring for my teeth. I'd definitely recommend them and props to her!

Great place, they've been my familys regular dentist for almost 20 years. The whole staff, headed by Kelly is way above board, and their customer relations is without equal. I live over 80 miles away and drive the 2+ hours for my appointments. When you find a dentist that you like, you tend to stay with that office.

I'm writing a review today because in 58 years of going to the dentist chair I really haven't had a doctor like Frazin Khashayor . Going to the dentist chair is one of my least favorite things to do and yet this doctor gave me an injection I barely felt . I'm just saying he's experienced and it showed he's also very professional in listened to what I had to say why I'm putting this review today thank you doctor

I gave a 2 because my daughter was squeezed in because she couldn't bite down on 1 side of her mouth. The doctor that saw her wasn't helpful at all. My child was referred over to a children's dentist and I wasn't given enough information to make her appointment with the referral doctor. I had to call them back to have the xray and tooth # emailed to the doctor. I am shocked that my child received minimal service. Bright Now was not helpful and I'm bummed about it.
