Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

1st time patient wont be back. Went for tooth extraction, was taken to the room within 5 minutes. Waited close to an hour for someone to come back all the while hearing the oral surgeon work on another patient. If they can't work on you within a reasonable time at least let me wait in the lobby. Receptionist finally walked by said it wouldn't be long asked her if knew how long, she went to ask dentist, came back said 5 minutes. within 5 minutes dentist was there numbed me up, removed 2 teeth, which was expected. Dentist said back tooth needed removed also because it was mobile. I mumbled my wisdom tooth (because you know numbed up) he said no you already had your wisdom teeth out. I waived him off because I think I know if I have already had my wisdom teeth out, which I haven't and some of them are impacted. Feel like they are overbooked and rushed.

My daughter went there for a chipped tooth and they asked while she was there if she wanted the $10 add on for cleaning which was fine but then they said they didn't have time to fix the chipped two causing her pain and then said she had to have old filings redone which were just done a few years ago. The day before she was there and got scheduled but they didn't have anyone available to do filings or fix tooth so this was second visit and problem wasn't solved. Felt like a used car experience. The office staff was nice but the rest was terrible! Never fixed what they were suppose to so she left with chipped tooth and in pain. Called the original dentist that did fillings 2 years ago and said no way they are bad already. If I could give them ZERO I Would.

Now, this is what quality care and bedside manner look like. I have been here just a total of two times; the staff here are simply remarkable and personable. They make you feel comfortable and explain your oral health and treatment options in great detail. LOVE IT!

I went here bc I was having tooth pain and they said I had cavities and did the opposite side of my mouth that I had been complaint about. Then when I went to close my mouth (which I had put on the paperwork I filled out that I had jaw locking issues) my jaw couldn't close when I was done. They did great putting it back into place, which possibly might have not happened if they actually paid attention to my paperwork. THEN afterwards they didn't even check my bite so my bites been off ever sense bc they didn't want to obviously deal w my jaw locking issues so instead they sent me home at the time I had no knowledge they were even suppose to check my bite. THEN I had scheduled two appointments after that I needed to reschedule due to babysitter reasonings and they couldn't even answer the phone so they said I missed my appointment and of course that was my fault. Worst experience ever.

We had a great experience! Victoria was so amazing with my daughter! She was kind, genuine, and made my daughter feel comfortable! You can tell she absolutely loves kids and her job! Dr. Galvez was fabulous too!!! 5 star experience!!:)

Draconian covid policies, I'm a veteran with ptsd and was told immedietly to wear a mask, and they removed all the chairs so you have to sit on the ground What a joke on veterans day no thanks

Wouldn't recommend. I got a filling done Monday they had to use the needle 3xs I have had a constant pain in my tooth and the filling looks horrible. I didn't really smile before because my teeth are so messed up but im Definitely not smiling now!

I was happy with my visit at first, but after getting a second opinion on my husbands needs, it seems that bright now is out for the money rather than the proper care of their patients. Run while you can!

I have always been an anxious person by nature, and dental care has always made me feel super nervous and uncomfortable... but everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at Bright Now in Medina has been fantastic. The woman who did my X-rays was so professional and really helped ease my nerves and made me feel so much better from the beginning. Tooth ended up needing an extraction and they scheduled me for the very next day with their oral surgeon. The surgeon and his assistant were very kind, and worked very carefully to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They ended up placing a dental implant the same day as the extraction to help save my other teeth from further bone loss. I had no idea my teeth were in that bad of condition and without the help of this FANTASTIC TEAM, I don't know where I would be. Thank you so much for being so professional, kind and caring during such a nerve wrecking experience. I seriously cannot thank you enough!
