Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Going beyond my periodic cleaning, Dr. Shin at the Maple Valley, WA office also made a small change on one of my crowns so I no longer feel any discomfort when I chew on crunchy stuff, including nuts and even salads. The result of that small change was immediate. Now, I eat my favorite foods, with and without crunch, in comfort. Thanks Dr. Shin!!

Great Customer service, Great dentistry. My original appointment didn't allow for all of the work I needed to be done, however they moved things around enough to get everything done. Additionally, Dr. Shin fixed an issue that had been bothering me for many years, including multiple visits to other dentists that didn't/couldn't correct it. Highly recommend, will be going back for sure.

I was over-billed twice in the last couple of years and lost confidence, so I decided to switch providers. I liked the staff but unfortunately the good ones have moved on.

From the front desk to the end of the appointment was excellent. Greeted by my name which makes a big difference because they make you feel you're that important when you walk through the door. My actual visit was awesome The doctor and the DA was excellent team. We're highly recommend Maple Valley right now dental!

I have been going here for 4 years. The staff are friendly and the doctors are professional. Never any problems afterwards. Just visited again for my 6 month cleaning and my experience yesterday was the professional. I'm a long time satisfied customer.

We have had several appts. Canceled and/or rescheduled due to staffing issues. My son's 6 week appointments are pushed back so often it is infuriating, just terrible! Although staff is friendly, I 100% would NOT recommend due to the mismanagement. It has added unnecessary stress to our lives trying to take off work and shift schedules around to make things work.

This place is run horribly. I went in for a RCT. They put in a temp cap till the permanent one comes. The cap came out the same day, i went back and they started questioning me what did i eat as if i was the culprit. I told them some soft rice, they put it back on. Next day it came out again, twice on the same day. Had to make several trips before they put permanent glue to fit the temp cap. After a year they have sent me a surprise invoice for the times i went in for temp cap fixing which was their fault. Called in and the lady front desk lady, Amy and she said oh i will talk to office manager and call you back on Monday. No call, i called and she said oh i will call back on Wednesday. Never got any call back. I am going to report these people to state health department under surprise billing act if they don't call me in a week's time. Will just avoid this place in the future.

The doctor is nice but it is weird that they put the fluoride before they clean my teeth instead of after. They charge me $270 instead of $130.

I have seen a degradation of service since we started at the maple valley bright now. We use to be able to get appointments easily. When bands on braces would snap we could get in next day or even within the week. Now there are only few days a week that someone comes in to ortho. I had to reschedule a meeting and in order to do this I had to push out almost a month and a half just because of all the restitution in day. Mind you I wanted the soonest possible, no restitution on my end. When you pre pay for orthopedic services there is a level or service and expectations that need to be met. I wouldn't have gone with Bright Now knowing what I know now on how hard it is to get an appt.

I check with my insurance If this place was 100% covered, they confirmed it. However this place is still making me pay out of pocket for extra expenses. Super expensive not at all affordable. The dentist assistant( I don't remember the name) wasn't very nice either.

Staff very nice, hence the one star. However, I didn't appreciate being informed of additional services (went from $700+ to $3,200) required or would compliment the services I was about to have at the time the service was about to occur. Additionally, I had asked for General anesthesia, so I would not experience pain during the procedure. I was given local. The local anesthesia wore off during the 2nd extraction (holy moly, what excruciating pain) and I was told by the dentist it was because I had infection in that root area he was extracting. I was in pain excruciating pain about six minutes, which is a life time when in that seat. Very disappointed

Staff are always really nice and patient. I appreciate the time they take to explain procedures and always checking in during any procedure. I appreciate the one hygienist I've seem several times, I believe Karen is her name? She is very nice, professional and makes you feel comfortable in a not so comfortable time LOL

Karen, the dental hygienist, is very gentle and experienced. This was one of the best cleanings I have ever had especially that I have a very sensitive mouth and a fear of dental work.

The front desk guy was amazingly bright and nice. Dr Monaghan was very nice and direct with his assessment. The hygienist, however, was very curt. People already don't like going to the dentist, I don't think being rude is the way for people to feel better.

Very happy with this dentist office. Everyone has always been respectful/professional and made me feel comfortable. Karen in particular is wonderful! I never feel pressured to buy anything "extra" and I feel like I understand my billing statements. Doctor has done good work so far Always makes sure to explain before and after and leaves me time to ask questions. Honestly, my appointments normally don't start on time but I don't mind if that means they aren't rushing their work. I want it done right the first time, just like everyone else. They have taken precautions to make me feel like not only myself but all of the staff are as safe as possible during this pandemic. Easy to schedule, too. They send reminder calls and confirmation texts for your appointments which I find very helpful.
