Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

First let me affirm that I have no issue with the dentist. However, I had understood from reading the website that they were offering free exam and xrays at first consultation visit. At the appointment, the tech dismissed my concern about the amount of pictures she was taking and confirmed that there would be no charge. After this, I texted and asked for copies of these records to be emailed to me as I needed them for other office consultations. I received 2 xrays copies, a doctor check list and a copy of the fees for the treatments. I called several times again, the office manager kept saying she would send the rest, still awaiting. They billed my insurance for exam and for complete set of digital Xrays.

Pretty frustrated. Called in May for these appointments. Online said open, but system was already set to after hours message. Had to wait until next day to make them...ok, not a huge deal, but irritating. Then today, they canceled my appointment about 2 hrs before (hygienist was out, NOT the doctor). When calling to reschedule, their phone system was again being sent to after hrs message for about an hr after they opened due to "technical problems"... not a great experience unfortunately. Realize this may be a string of bad luck to me, but frustrated

The hygienist was very gentle, and very effective. This is the first time in my life I'm looking forward to my next dentist visit. My teeth are super clean, and my mouth doesn't hurt or ache. Thank you!

This is the worst dental office in the world. The from desk staff is horrible. They will book you an appointment have you confirm it and then cancel. This has happened multiple times. They've even failed to tell me before until I showed up. During covid I understood but they would say oh we're going to contact you once we can see patients again. They never would then I'd book again and they would have another excuse and over and over. Two years later the same thing is happening and they now say I have to be considered a new patient. I've been going there for 10 years prior to this!

DO NOT COME HERE Extremely unprofessional staff. They've rescheduled and canceled my appointment 3 TIMES!!! I've been waiting 2 months for an appointment to get my teeth fixed, and every single time they've called me an hour before my appointment is supposed to start to tell me it's been canceled or rescheduled. I'm so over it.

Got stuck on an endless loop between them and my insurance (who referred me to them). Lack of communication was frustrating. Wasted three hours on the phone and eventually had to cancel the appointment because they needed a fax confirmation.

The dentists and hygienists are all good at what they do. The problem is that they are very unreliable and not always honest. I had to get several teeth pulled two weeks ago and had bone implanted in my gums to prepare for implants. I was supposed to get a temporary denture in the meantime, but the one that was made supposedly from the mold they took of my mouth was completely wrong and now I'm waiting for a new one and I don't know how long before it will be ready . In the meantime I can only eat soft foods. Today I am supposed to get the stitches out and I got an automated call 20 minutes before my appointment that they are canceling because the periodontist is not going to be there today. Another thing ; don't get comfortable with any particular dentist, because they might not be working there at your next appointment. The turnover is a lot for some reason.

When there as a new patient but all they saw me was business (means getting money from me not care at all). Firstly they ask for my co pay before I receive the service and I believe they charge me for cleaning but I didn't receive any. Also wanted me to sign some papers about assuming responsibility incase my insurance didn't paid ect....really felt like all they care about me as a customer is the money they will or can get. Would not recommend them.

My experience with Bright Now! Dental in Lynnwood has been awesome since I started. The people are nice and friendly. They truly care about their patients well being and always treats me with respect. I have always loved getting my teeth cleaned, and I find that with the right staff, such as those at Bright Now! Dental, make other procedures more agreeable.

I was recently a patient at Bright Now next to the Alderwood Mall. Finding the correct door leading up to the clinic itself was a bit challenging, but once I did, I was checked in fast and taken back by the Hygienist for a very thorough cleaning. After that, my x-rays were reviewed and teeth looked at by Dr. Jamali. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and has a very friendly and warming personality. I felt completely in good hands with her. My experience here was great overall. The clinic is pretty big, but it feels well managed. I will continue to be a regular patient here!

Terrible service at bright now. They don't know what customer service is. I agree with 1star reviews published by patients and do not believe the 5 star ratings as they seems to be paid reviews. I had very bad experience and resonate with other affected people here. You will be sorry for going to their office and be treated badly. Extremely rude people, never saw such uncaring reckless team. Save yourself, I usually don't post reviews but for this one wanted everyone to be aware of what they are getting into.
