Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

I doing the review because this place needs to get better. Appointment was for cleaning and exam. Only received the exam. Dr parikh only looked at my bottom teeth told me I need a root canal and a cap over a cap. My insurance covers the root canal but not the cap and it will be 1400 and I can get scheduled for November 25 because of the Black Friday sale and it will be 698. I'm like hold up are you gonna look at this tooth at the top back. She did and said we can do the same thing to that tooth. I asked about my front tooth and said since it already had a root canal years ago I have to refer you to a specialist. Do you want me to do that? Then it was ok let's get you scheduled I'm getting up thinking they were gonna take me to another room and I said to the assistant isn't she gonna clean my teeth today and she told me oh no not today. I said well I made an appointment specifically for that. She said well she is behind and you will have to reschedule. You can reschedule for Monday?? You all are not touching me. Very poorly handle situation all around. Having caresource will get you treated any kind of way and they will do anything to you. What you all fail to realize I'm in healthcare and I'm not a desperate uneducated fool. Just because she is behind has nothing to do with the service I was scheduled for the cleaning. . They went right for the money maker. What if my only means of transportation was provide a ride, Uber, Lyft. Will not be back. If I have to go somewhere and pay out of pocket I will!!

The place is clean, they called me back pretty timely. The problem is that I called for a yearly exam with cleaning. When I was getting my X-rays the tech stated that it would just be xrays and visit with the dentist. A cleaning would not be done on the same day. I'm 53 years old and I've never not had a cleaning at a six month visit, after X-rays and speaking with doctor . This was a waste of my morning since I only had pictures done of my teeth. I am very disappointed. The doctor and staff were nice and professional, but they need to change the way they do visits.

Bright Now is awful! I've been going there for years only because its hard to find a dentist that will accept my insurance. You make an appointment I don't care what time your appointment is you WILL wait at least 30 mins or more well after your appointment time. They also have a bad habit of canceling your appointment and not notifying you of said cancelation therefor that results in either being late or leaving your job early just to arrive at the dentist where no one can give you answers as to why you were not contacted about the cancelation! Also be prepared according to a receptionist there they have ONE hygienist!!! and the hygienist is only part time! Good luck if choose them as your dental provider!

I took my son here only because they were a cheap option and I needed paperwork filled out for school. Upon arrival the receptionist demanded I put a mask on or they will refuse to see me. I went ahead and did it, and proceeded to fill out paperwork. As I read through the paperwork, there were two papers that she told me were required to be signed or they would not see me. The papers were asking parents to sign a waiver for their child to be seen without the parent present. I don't know who would willingly sign this! I crossed out the parts I did not agree with and wrote notes on the paper. It also had verbiage about their discipline, very disturbing for a dentist office! After being seen by the dentist and dental assistant I walked back to pay. Another patient (father) and children came to the desk to check in. He had no mask (and neither did his children) and the same receptionist that checked me in was checking him in. She did not say one word to him about a mask and did not even offer him one. That is discrimination plain as day! What gives him the right to not wear one but I am forced to wear one against my will? Don't get me wrong I think a mask is a person's personal choice, but for a business to refuse one person and allow another is absolutely discrimination. I don't know what kind of establishment you are running, but I will never be back. Honestly if I didn't need papers filled out for my kids school, I would of walked out as soon as I seen the paperwork. Parents be careful what you are signing. I haven't had any issues being present with my children at any other dentist office. Don't waste your time by coming here.

If I can give ZERO stars I would but it doesn't let me. First of all, what kind of place doesn't let a MINOR child I'm talking about a 7 year old CHILD go back there to see the dentist with their parents? My son had an appt today to get some fillings done and I was told that I couldn't go back there with him. My son was nervous, scared, crying and they REFUSED to let me go with my son. The excuse they gave me "it's our policy" parents can only go with their child if the child is getting a cleaning but not when they're getting a procedure done. Am I crazy or should it be the other way around?! They also told me "theirs two year olds that go back there alone" I don't care if there's two year olds, five year olds, fifteen year olds going back there alone! MY child is not going back there alone. Instead of making an exception this one time being that my son was crying his eyes out and clearly didn't want to go back there alone without me they insisted in giving me a referral. If you offer pediatric dentistry then maybe you shouldn't make this a "policy" I don't trust anybody with my children. Why wouldn't they let parents back there with their children? Hmmmm I wonder what they do back there with them, or what they tell them back there? Some kids do better with their parents being around them. You guys are strangers to our kids. No way in hell ID let my kid go back there alone. This place is garbage and the receptionists (except for the one who schedules your appts. You know who you are ) are all RUDE and it all begins with management. Whoever is managing this place isn't doing a good job at all and maybe they should consider taking a course on how to be a business manager. I don't recommend this place at all.

We love my daughters pediatric dentist, so I decided to switch which was a bad choice. I ended up having to reschedule because computers were down, which happens so I wasn't mad. Then when I came back the doctor hardly talked to me. Had gloves on but was going back and forth from scrolling on the computer X-rays to my mouth without changing gloves. Then just said you have cavities, plural, so you need to come back. Didn't say where or how many and that was it for my yearly cleaning.

My experience with Bright Now Dental in Lorain; the orthodontics side was wonderful. Treatment went well the entire time. I am getting my braces removed next month, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. B and his team were friendly, patient, nice, and they made sure my needs were met before leaving that chair. If I didn't understand something, he had no problem explaining it to me. They were very professional.

I finally decided to take my familly else where , i am sick and tired of stacey's nasty attitude toward my familly and me , im tired of her hanging up phone calls and pointing fingers at everyone else, im tired of getting my appointments canceled without notice , always have to find out about cancellation when i show up for my appt lol then i decided to call to confirm my own and familly appts since they never do , because it seems is a habit they have of cancelling appts , idk what kind of business they are running , but is not a good one , i called coorporate for complains but apperantly they are just as bad , they never return my voicemails , in general bright now dental in lorain has to be the WORST DENTIST FACILTY IN THE AREA! I do not recommend therefore you get one star, if i was able to i would give you 0 stars!!

There may be other dentists around the area though I wouldn't recommend this specific one (Bright Now Dental). As far as how the reviews seem to look, this dentist is more of an impolite place to visit due to some of the front desk ladies being disrespectful. For example, I got one of my appointments canceled by one of the ladies at the front desk WITHOUT NOTICE. The great client that I am, I had to wait another (SIX MONTHS FOR A CLEANING). While the six months passed, my appointment arrived and ONCE AGAIN MY APPOINTMENT GOT CANCELED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. This place is honestly the most dreadful/awful place in Lorain it's almost as these reviews are fake to begin with. Also, the horrific attitude that this lady "Stacey" carries is honestly something else. In my opinion, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless if your trying to get smart with one of the Ladies at the front desk LOL.
