Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I love my dental hygienist. This office and I had hiccups during my 1st visits, 6-7 years ago. But every time I go in, something is different and in a positive way! Thank you for taking care of my pearlies!!!

They will only offer a quality procedure if you pay up front, however, you must be a mind reader because they fail to communicate the information to you, so you can go prepared to your appointment they expect you to have payment at time of service, if you don't they will tell you they can remove the numbing solution and quality rinse. They fail to communicate what was found at the initial appointment or give you the dental work plan breakdown on how we are going to proceed and when you resist out of confusion because pain is located the opposite side of what's being worked on, beware because the dentist will get nasty with you and scoot back and rudely say, "Let's just let the cavity grow and let's just let your tooth ROT! I don't want to be treated like that you shouldn't either!

The doctor was awful!! He caused me extreme pain and ridiculed me for experiencing it. He gave me gas and I could still feel the pain. I had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes before I could drive , because the gas was still in my system! I left there in tears feeling as if I had been violated!! They also tried to charge me multiple times for the same services. Dentist said I had 10 cavities and 3 crowns to fix. I only had 3 filled and 1 crown done. Six months later at my new dentist office, low and behold, 5 of the 7 cavities and 2 of the crowns, that he said were there, magically mended themselves!! THIS PLACE IS NOT ONLY RIPPING OF PATIENTS AND INSURANCES but they treat them horribly. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Very unprofessional and dishonest! Pricing literally doubled for the same procedure from Thornton location to Longmont location. Not filing claims with Ins Co when benefits were available. Told me they didnt cover the procedure when they did, charging me $650 out if pocket. I had to report them to get my money back. Makes sure to check your Ins benefits before you go. My advice, Stay away from all Bright NOW DENTALS.

Have been going to this dental office for a couple of years now. Dr. Emmons is very acknowledgeable and professional. Very easy to work with and very nice always. Shermay is my go to lady for teeth cleaning and whitening for more than 5 years( Yes, I followed her from other office to longmont office). She is the sweetest lady I ever worked with for my teeth, and she take good care of all your teeth needs. And she can speak Chinese so its easy for my mom to communicate with her when she go get dental works done at their office. My friends are always so impressed how white my teeth are, I would send them to Shermay to get their teeth cleaning and whitening, everyone gets satisfaction ALWAYS!!! oh watch out, the front desk lady is very bossy! hahaha

Dr Emmons has a great chair-side manner, explain things well, and makes sure that your questions are answered. Shermay, a sweet oriental lady, is the hygienist who always works with me. She's great, always remembering my son's name and asking about him. She knows my dental history very well so that she can keep good track of progress and changes in my dental health. The whole staff is pleasant and professional. I would gladly recommend anyone to go to these fine people for their dental care.

Bright now cannot be trusted!!! I had an appointment months ago left having paid my bill in full. I just received a bill saying that I owed $278 saying that the insurance denied the claim. I was told that the insurance had approved the treatment before I gave the go ahead for treatment. Not only was I billed for this but an over 90 late charge. THIS CLEARLY INTENTIONAL FRAUD. I work for my money not CHEAT people out of it!!

Don't recommend Bright Now Dental in Longmont. They're very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 4:40 5/4 when I got a call 5/3 asking if I can do earlier. I told them no I couldn't and had to explain my personal situation for them to consider my "no" as an option. I also told them I could reschedule if needed for a different day and they told me no, we'll keep 4:40 on 5/4. Come 5/4 they called me again asking if I can once again move my appointment but this time later at 5pm since I couldn't move it earlier on 5/3. I once again told them no, and once again they needed to hear my personal reasonings. I find it rude to keep calling a customer over again on a time and date of an appointment that was approved. I get things happen but the way I was talked to about why I couldn't do it made no sense to me. We make appointments for a reason - to match your schedule for that day. Not to mention previous experiences, I'm always waiting 20 minutes before I'm helped and had a horrible experience with having someone floss my teeth for over 10 minutes because he was nervous. I understand things happen and we're all human at the end of the day but constantly giving chances to a business over and over again is very frustrating and unprofessional.

I'm changing my review to a 0 star! I gave this company my insurance information. They calculated my cost and what my insurance's cost. I singed and had a tooth extraction. Months later I get notification that this dentist office has billed my insurance company thousands of dollars. This was denied by my insurance company. A short time after I received a call and was told I owe a balance. This is called bait and switch. I do not recommend.

Insurance fraud!!!!!! I would give no stars if I could. First time coming here and they tried to charge me $306 for a deep cleaning service and gave me lots of grief when I asked about the costs and what was necessary or not. I will be getting a second opinion on that, ESPECIALLY after seeing the other horrid reviews. It's clear this company only cares about how much money they can make off of you. Save yourself and your wallet the hassle and GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Updated review. I went and got a second opinion from a REAL dentist and just like I thought, bright now dentals hygienist tried to give me services I did not need. She should be out of a job for trying to scam patients into thinking they need more work done than they do. They ALSO charged me for services I did not authorize and without my knowledge, now I have to write an appeal to my insurance. I left the office with no charges, a few weeks later I started getting collection calls saying I owe them money. How this place is still up and running is really blowing my mind. It's clearly malpractice and they get away with it.

Very good experience getting a back molar crown replaced. Dr. Emmonds seems to be a very good "mechanic", which is what I look for in a dentist. Very quick, little motion wasted, knows just what to do, and gets a very good result. Also a friendly, no nonsense bedside manner. Very pleased with the result: A Zirconium crown which seems better than the one it replaced. BND also accepted my dental insurance (a DHMO from Cigna) which made the whole thing possible. Three thumbs up. Only thing I would change: The cleanings (which are 2nd level) are quite expensive, and not covered by the DHMO (regular cleanings are). Somehow, I would like a less expensive option here. The actual dental work has been excellent.

Bright Now Dental provided me with the most positive experience compared to all other Medicaid accepting offices. The front desk always has a fantastic disposition. Dr. Emmons and his assistant Luna and Kristin, (apologies if spelling is incorrect,) definitely made my dental experience a memorable one and rebuilt my trust with dentists, which was not an easy thing to accomplish due to previous traumatic dental experiences.
