Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I just changed my Dental to Bright Now !!! They are wonderful so far !!! Friendly caring and helpful . I had oral surgery with them all went well. They also helped me with how to apply for CareCredit so to make payments. Thank you so much Bright Now!!!

I had to have oral surgery and was scheduled at the Bright Now Dental Clinic in Lakewood, WA. The atmosphere there is wonderful, knowing full well that was NOT where I wanted to be. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ashour and he was incredibly helpful. He confirmed the process that his Associate, Sheila provided me, at length. I was advised what to expect, the difficulties and came away with what I hope to be a perfect setting for my final crown. I am so pleased with the offices of Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor & Lakewood, WA. I highly recommend this company.

Required multiple teeth extracted and upper and lower partial. The partials required adjustments and the Lakewood office where my surgery and services were performed was able to see me the next day! I feel so much better. Thank you Bright Now Dental Drs and staff

I was disappointed by my dentist- I didn't catch her name in the brief 2 minutes of her rude presence but she's what motivated me to find a new provider. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were professional and nice. That dentist was sooo rude though! I felt she was unprofessional and couldn't trust her to do my cleaning next time. Then there's the fact that they messed up the XRAYs when they took them so charged me twice for them...even if it's covered with my insurance I plan to fight that cost because it's not my fault your tech did not take good pictures the first time. I understand the tech is still learning and bear her no grudge but I should not be charged twice because of this. The second tech re-took a few scans and my bill shows 2 xray charges which I find abhorrent. Also, that was the most painful experience to take XRAYs and I felt like my teeth could be damaged holding on to heavy metal in my mouth when they took pictures (even the experienced second tech). I have never had that experience before! Even with old technology from over a decade ago. After this experience I went to a new office and they use these small things and no issues. I just imagined if I actually had already painful gums and teeth taking XRAYs here would be a nightmare since I felt it hurt my normal teeth. Like this metal would snag and hurt your gums and teeth like a blunt knife. Even though this place is like 5 minutes away and covered by my insurance after that experience I was like, "Hell no!" Requested my XRAY scans, bill to debate with insurance later, and left. Again, everyone was professional but the rude female dentist who's name I don't know. She looked at my teeth and aside from when she commented to her assistant that I have gum recession she never explained anything to me and was pretty rude. Oh, and she also blamed me for the first tech getting bad scans as if I did not cooperate painfully throughout that process. All in all, never again! I'd rather pay out of pocket than go back here. Also, despite making an appointment I had to wait nearly an hour to be seen which was inconvenient for my work schedule.

Dentist would not remove the tooth needed taken out at that time of visit. Insisted I needed to go to an oral surgeon to remove. They convinced me into being fit for dentures after the teeth were removed. The assistant doing the scan on the dentures was not at all one that cared about this procedure at all. The dentures they produced were a joke. The person who shoved them in my mouth and cut my gums doing so was another who cared less. This was a total mistake going here and a total waste of money. I put those dentures in the garbage disposal. Really disappointed in this whole process and the quality of this facility

Absolutely rude Customer service and no communication skills. I walked in to Bright Now Dental yesterday in Lakewood, Wa to make an appointment and June at the front desk recognized me when I came in today for my scheduled appointment. She noticed I had my daughter with me and my paperwork and let me check in. I waited over 20 minutes until I got called back by the assistant named Mina and was told I couldn't be seen because I had my daughter with me. It was very apparent that June knew of this rule to and said nothing to me. I was also told in a very condescending tone that they've never had a parent bring their child to their appointment before. So not only was my time wasted but I was judged and shamed as a parent by their staff. I will never come here to the Lakewood location again.

Worst dental experience I've ever seen. They brought my 7 year old back, immediately tried to force tools in her mouth before talking to her, then got angry and told us they would refer her to a children's dentist. To be clear, we were back there maybe 120 seconds tops. But they made sure to let us know they would bill insurance anyways. We didn't even see the dentist. Just the dental hygienist. Frankly, it felt like they were trying to scare her with how it went. The lady talked the whole time about how afraid her grandson was and how it hurt her to have to do those things to him... I wish I could rate them lower than a single star. I could hear them talking about how busy they were while we waited the 15 minutes to go back. I felt like they treated my daughter horribly. The first thing my daughter said to me when we left was, "That lady seemed mad at me, but she was trying to force me. I was scared."

What an awesome experience!! Love my new dentist, they really are hard to find. Dr. Ashifa Nurani and Jessie are amazing. Made me so comfortable and they were concerned with my pain. I so recommend them you will be so happy you did. Also the staff is amazing!! So helpful & knowledgeable!!

The most pain free dental work I've experienced in my life! Dr YAMADA is very gentle, kind, informative and professional in his work. I had a root canal that was needlessly dreaded. Thank you Dr and your assistant for a comfortable and positive experience.
