I'm one of those who are terrified of the dentist and usually avoid it at all costs... but had a great experience!!!! I highly recommend going here they delt with my anxious butt in a very professional way and made sure I was comfortable the entire session! Just like any business out there these days they can be a bit short staffed at times and may need to reschedule, but hey 10/10 worth it if you want a great dental visit. I'll be going back permanently.

Bright now does not give you all the information you need. The orthodontist is only there one day a week -on Mondays and he frequently calls in sick so your every 6 week appointment turns into 12 weeks which prolongs time you have braces on. You pay up front 5600.00 and they dont tell you tis does not cover dental in many instances. The whole experience has been a a nightmare. But once you pay you are stuck with alot more than you thought. Extra money, inconvience of changing appointments and length of time it takes to get braces off. I would definetly check around and find find a regular ortho and dentist that work 5 days a week and make them spell out cost and pay monthly not all at one time (or should be one time-which they do not explain). Once you have paid-you are stuck. What was to be two years turns in to many more months. I am well over two year mark and they cannot tell me when they will come off. But they have no problem cancelling at last minute or charging you more than high price already paid.

My interactions with everyone there during my visit was pleasant. The unfortunate thing about the visit and why I'm rating it 2 stars is because I needed a cleaning with the checkup which is what happens everytime I've ever gone to the dentist, and when I got there, I was told the hygienist was on vacation and I needed to reschedule for a cleaning. When they called me twice before the appointment, they should have told me that, so I could've rescheduled the appointment. I left work and used personal time off to get this cleaning done and I'm honestly not impressed by the communication.

I received a flyer in the mail saying they took my insurance and offered 0 copays for filling and since I needed a filing and didn't want to pay I called them to see if they could book me for a filling. They made an appointment and said they would email me the paperwork but I didn't receive it. I called back twice because they kept misspelling my email. They spelled yahoo "gmail". They called the night before my appointment at 5pm saying there was a problem with my insurance and I needed to sort it out or they would cancel my appointment at 10am the next morning. I called my insurance the next morning and verified all information and the called the office back and gave them all the same info but the insurance person in the office didn't start till 10:30. I booked an appointment for a filling and verified at least 5 times it was for a filling with all these phone calls but when they took me back they said they had to check it out first and then verified I needed a filling. I was expecting them to do the filling then but they said I needed to schedule it and I was scheduled for an exam only. Apparently exams are an hour and a half and they don't even do a cleaning in that time. They had me wait to schedule it and while I was in the waiting room the front desk staff gaslight a poor woman about her appointment time saying she was 15min too late for it but she showed a text message saying she was 15min early. Front desk staff shoed her out of the office. It took longer than the exam for them to talk to me about scheduling it but they didn't have anything for a few weeks. She said I did a partial exam that day and I needed a full exam and at that point I realized they were scamming me and my insurance. We shouldn't have to pay for an exam when I was scheduled for a filling that didn't happen.

A great place to get ripped off, dentists staff is a revolving door, never know if your next visit is with same dentist or brand new one for that week until they quit too.

I have massive anxiety when it come to dental work. I haven't properly cared for my teeth and with the medications I am on, my teeth are in bad shape. Went in expecting the worse, thinking I'm going to need dentures. I left feeling confident and excited to get the work done that is needed. These ladies are amazing! No judgement, extra gentle, and super kind. Never thought I'd ever day I love my dentist. From scheduling the appointment, to verifying benefits, to seeing the dentist, all staff was delightful. Highly recommend!

DO NOT become a patient here! They have horrible staffing that cancel your appointments on a CONSISTENT basis and won't reschedule you until an opening four months or more out! They cancel on cleanings and in the orthodontic field. They do not care or respect your time and schedule. This is the most horrible office I have been going to for 6 years now. I'm finding a new practitioner. Don't waste you time here. Additionally, their teeth cleaning is subpar, they don't even do a great job. They never have your dental records squared away and there is always confusion on whether or not you need x-rays. They don't care about your health, spend your money at a better clinic. You'll never get seen here, and when you do, it will be a disappointment.

I had a terrible experience at Bright Now today. Waited for 45 minutes in the chair. An evaluation was eventually done but I didn't actually see the dentist because she didn't take the time to walk around the chair an introduce herself. I last saw a dentist 6 months ago and was given a clear exam. The dentist today recommended 2000$ of crowns on teeth that seem fine. It felt like I was cattle being processed through a factory purely for profit. Oh and they offered to clean my teeth at their next open appointment which was 5 months from now. I left feeling awful and like I had just wasted time.

Worse customer service ever. Been going to the Lake Stevens office for 15+ years and have had several canceled appointments at the last minute. Very unprofessional environment and constant turn over of staff. Dentist are definitely not looking out for their customers, only their vacations. I would not recommend them to anyone. This corporate dental office is just that, looking from afar.

Front desk is rude, give me a different price estimate every time I speak to them about procedures. They always have an attitude, and act like they couldn't care less that I'm there. The girls at the front desk could use some customer service training. Or, maybe treat them better as employees so they don't act like they hate their life while trying to assist customers. Something isn't right about this office, all employees clearly have a hatred for the company itself. Something needs to change

I'm more than one occasion I was a brushed off at my appointment. Most recently I arrived on time for my appointment and was seated and told that I would be brought back shortly. In about 2 minutes the receptionist told me we're going to have to reschedule. I asked why she said I was 20 minutes late. I said this is not the case and that my text message reminder along with my original appointment showed the time in which I arrived appropriately. I was also startled by the fact that if if they had a concern why was it not brought to me when I entered the establishment and was checked in. The receptionist then brush this off and said that she would be able to schedule me about 6 months out or put me in a cancellation list. I said this is very inconvenient and might affect my insurance as well as was an issue as I had already scheduled child care and taking the time to attend this current appointment. I have since returned to my previous dentist who could see me within a month. This happened on another occasion during the winter when it was snowing I called before leaving for my appointment because the roads were bad but I attended anyway because I had already scheduled child care and was committed to the appointment as long as they were still having it. I was assured over the phone that my appointment was still on schedule and so I left my house and drove to the location in the snow. When I arrived they told me that my dentist said just left for an emergency. I asked why I was not called as I had called just about 10 minutes prior to confirm the appointment. Again I was brushed off and given what felt like a very half-hearted apology.

If I could rate this place lower I would. This clinic is terribly unorganized and unprofessional. It took making 3 appointments to get my daughter's braces off. The excuse was "the system must have glitched" eventhough we had confirmations of the original appointments made. They did nothing to fix the mistake just had an "oh well" attitude. They did nothing to try and fit her in so my kid had to wear her braces a couple extra months. This would not have been such a huge problem but she had a different surgery scheduled and we didnt want the added care and risk her braces would cause to be a worry. The district manager is a liar and quite rude I had to contact her after having issues with the new Clinic Manager on a separate issue in which I will update the details.

I've been going to Bright Now Dental in Lake Stevens since the opened. I have had positive experiences every visit. When my daughters had their wisdom teeth out (at the same time!) everyone was great. I was on vacation, I broke my tooth. I waited until I returned in order to see Dr. Kwon.
