Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. My wife had a Bridge done about 3 years ago, then recently it fell down due to poor quality of gluing/cementing it. We called them and reported the issue and scheduled an appointment for a checkup and to repair the bridge. We were under the impression that they would warrant their work and service. They re-glued the bridge and charged our insurance and us for full $ amount. We complained and requested that they take responsibility for their poor quality work and not charge us, they refused to do so. I would never go here or recommend anyone!

I needed a bad molar to be removed by an oral surgeon. After being evaluated by the dentist, I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Teh in a nearby location. Everyone in the Issaquah and Bellevue offices were friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. They are the best! It took less time to remove the tooth than I had anticipated, which was a nice surprise. Virtually painless, with no sedation. Recovery is going well next day, with antibiotics, pain relievers, and ice.

Front desk staff and dentist are professional, friendly and dedicated, so 5 stars for them. My son went in for a cleaning and 20 min past our appointment time he was called back. When finished he came out with flouride spread all over his lips, gums and chunks of it in his mouth. He had some teeth that were just starting to wiggle and those would have fallen out naturally within a week or so. But during the cleaning he said that Anna was so rough she ended up pushing out his tooth and he said there was blood pooling in his mouth. She didn't introduce herself, explain anything, give the opportunity for questions or make it a comfortable experience for him. As if kids already need more dental anxiety. Needless to say we won't be coming back here again.

Quality of dental care seems OK. Scheduling first patient appointment was easy. Scheduling follow-up appointments for care has been a nightmare. 6 months in advance, asking working parents to know when they can bring kids to an appointment mid day is impossible.

Everyone at BrightNow contributed to providing me an excellent, top-tier patient experience. I've tried many dental clinics in the Seattle area and Brighton's stands out as my best experience, hands down. My dentist and hygienist finished my entire cleaning and checkup in under an hour. My teeth look and feel great. The front desk staff are also very professional, friendly, focused on my needs and a pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions, set up my next appointment and checked me out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend the BrightNow team ito all my friends and colleagues.

Does your mouth feel like a college students Saturday day morning walk of shame? Fear not! Bright Now Dental in Issaquah will give you the special attention you need. My mouth feels like a fairy dusted glen of magic awesome. My teeth could be added to to the paint section at Home Depot's paint mix options under the title, "holy moly that's freaking white." They slather fluoride on your devolving dentures with such surgical precision that they have been proven to provide you an extra 5.8% more sexy by this treatment alone. So, if you're afraid to smile because it looks like Michael Myers did his Halloween warm-up in your mouth or you just need a really awesome dentist, Bright Now Dental in Issaquah is the place for you.

Dr Broughton is the best! He has the unique combination of making you feel very comfortable, while providing the very best dental care in every part of the treatment. The entire staff really goes the extra mile to take care of you, from the beginning of your appointment to check out. Their covid protocols are extremely thorough and make you feel safe at all times.
