Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I do not appreciate how the staff treats people when they forget a mask coming in. I could understand if we were in pre-Covid days or pandemic, but seriously? You want me wear a mask when you're going to eventually have me take it off and the hygienist is going to be all up in my mouth anyways. On top of that, if you're going to lie and say "you ran out of masks", at least be a good liar. How does a dentist office "run out of masks?". If that's the case, I'm genuinely concerned. This is the only business that isn't willing to give out a mask if one forgets one. Usually other businesses are kind enough to give one out or leave them up front. Then as I'm walking out I'm being told, "don't forget your mask next time". Like please get real.

I appreciate the courtesy that Aldo is always giving me every time I go into bright now dental in Herndon Aldo is always greeting me so friendly and with a huge a smile that I can see through his mask I can't say that I have the best luck at this location every time but when I have a problem I know I can count on him to help me revolve it thank you for being the best!

I had a wonderful experience at Bright Now! Dental! The staff was very informative and helpful. I hadn't been there in a year since COVID-19. My appointment was scheduled immediately and they made sure that I felt safe in a welcoming environment. The dental hygienist was wonderful and took excellent care of me! Thank you!

Today we had a worst experience. I would never ever visit again. Today we visited for my son annual check up.one nurse came and told our name we went inside with him..But that nurse asked us to stay out.And even she didn't tell us that they are going to take xray for him..we waited outside 15 minutes. After some time that nurse came and said we need your help..I went inside and saw my son with full of tears crying and saying this xray process hurts..for that nurse said even 6 years kids are taking this xray but you are crying..Really I don't like comparing here..As a nurse Really she should not behave like that to kids..my son is just 10 years ..All kids can't be same..each kids are different..so please treat properly..we are paying money and not coming simply and wasting your time. Worst place and worst experience.

Always the best. I got into some road construction and traffic and was going to be about 20 (I live 4 hours away) for my appointment. Called office and they said no problem. Really appreciated that. Have been going to Bright Now Dental and its predecessor for rmore than 25 years and their hygentists and dentists (Dr. Reddy) are like family.

Our experience with the billing office has been horrible. In order for our daughter to get Invisalign braces, we had to pay the patient portion ($3500) up front, even before treatment began, which we did. However, a year later, we began receiving bills in the mail for her orthodontic treatment. I have called the office multiple times, and the front desk person assures me that the office manager will call me back about the issue each time, but I have not received a return call in 4 months. I am still receiving bills, and I suspect the office is billing our insurance company for the treatment, even though my daughter's treatment is actually finished. I am lodging a complaint about this office to BBB. This is not our first encounter with the billing office, so I would not recommend anyone to use this office.

I appreciate the courtesy and quality dental treatment provided by Bright Now Dental in Herndon. The hygienist and dentist are great! They always check how much my insurance will cover before any procedure and let me know in advance.

I suspect this place of recommending unnecessary work, being pushy and generally being careless. My evidence was across multiple visits. I had multiple filling recommended when the only tooth that was hurting me was one that lost a filling from here 3 years ago. After the work and 4 visits to adjust them my bite was deeper than before, meaning too much material was removed. It also makes it more difficult to smile. The doctor put me down for a follow-up 6 months after I left. I meant to cancel but I didnt. This visit I was recommended a gingivitis cleaning, which is the upcharge for people with gingivitis. My gums were not inflamed, a photo showed .2 mm of plague at its worst, its recommended by ada for this cleaning after 4mm. So I did not elect to do that. During the normal cleaning I was stabed in my gums a few times away from the gum line, but I was particularly irritable after it happened when the doctor looked away distracted. Frankly I can not recommended avoiding this location enough.

Bright Dental Herndon is wonderful. Super front desk customer service, especially from Aldo, and Lavonya is an exceptional hygienist - super friendly, efficient, and effective. Will be coming here for a long time.

They used to be ok but now they are getting really greedy with so many outrageous new charges and aggressive selling of their expensive add-ons. Cleaning quality also deteriorated. They now spend minimal time on the cleaning. I am not coming back. I will be looking for a new dentist.
