Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

On Sunday, February 16th, three doctors from Bright Now! Dental provided underserved communities surrounding Mesa, AZ with the chance to receive free dental care! Dr. Abdullah Ahmad, Dr. Harlean Ahuja, and Dr. Leen Qutachi gathered with over 25 support staff to host a Day of Giving with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

On Sunday, February 23rd, volunteers from Newport Dental partnered with the Smiles for Everyone Foundation to make a difference in their community. Four dentists and over 20 support staff came together to provide free cleanings, fillings, extractions and more at the Fullerton Day of Giving.

On November 2nd, five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving at Bright Now! Dental in Herndon, VA, sponsored by DDS Lab. DDS Lab is a full-service national dental lab that has been a proud partner of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation for many years. Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I was charged $1307 for a (Lower Flex base partial) and the receipt provided to me stated my insurance had a balance of $87.00; However, when I checked my Delta Dental account it showed the dentist accepted a fee of $896.00. My insurance paid $448.00 and my share was $448.00 when I brought this to office attention the dentist became irate pointing her finger in my face and raising her voice. The dentist Evlyne Hersel stated (I don't want to see you anymore, refund her money). When I spoke to the Manager and gave her my card information for reimbursement she told me it takes 5 days this was on 10/17/22 I have not received the reimbursement yet.The job wasn't completed and I didn't get my money back. I filed a grievance, and I'm submitting a complaint to the Dental Board plus seeking legal advice from a consumers right's attorney. I feel like I got robbed

My first visit was absolutely amazing. The receptionist with the brunette hair was amazing with my fears. Idalys (lol my dental expert) was absolutely nurturing. She took her time with me. My new dentist.

I have extreme anxiety and the last dentist office I went to made me traumatized to even think about seeing a dentist again until yesterday when I checked BrightNow out, they were very understanding that I needed my boyfriend with me to ensure I was comfortable and nit terrified out of my mind. They were so gentle with me and treated me with the utmost patience, kindness, and respect. 100% recommend.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. There was times for wit when I was uncomfortable. Dr. Mohseni was the specialist on duty and he made me feel comfortable- along with the assistants Andy and Eddie. I had a great experience from the front of the house to the back of the house! Oh I forgot to mention, I got a root canal which was not as painful as I thought it was going to be and I believe this is the best place to go-- even if you are a coward.

If you're looking to have wisdom teeth extracted here, please don't agree to have bone grafting done. It is absolutely unnecessary. I had to pay $1000 out out pocket because they failed to tell me what they were for. They will tell you about this at the last minute. This will be my first and last time here.

FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I went in for a cleaning and the dentist did a poor job, before my appointment all my teeth on my left side of my mouth were perfectly straight it wasn't until during the cleaning process my dentist pulled my back tooth so hard that it went in along with my gums. I figured it was my tooth being sore after the cleaning, but it wasn't until I got home and realize that my back tooth was pulled all the way in, including the fact that it even feels uncomfortable to close my mouth now. The dentist didn't even bother to tell me what she has done. And not only that but she gave me the nastiest attitude during the appointment, putting words into my mouth after I explained something to her, and yelling at me after I misheard what she was trying to say. She seriously needs to either find a better career or not work at all. Do better.

The finance lady told me I needed to come up with $6,000 out of pocket before they would work on me. When I asked if they could at least do the cleaning and the fillings and anything else my insurance covers, she told me nothing was covered by my insurance so when do you think you will have the funds available? They were very rude about it and did not even go through my insurance. I still have not received anything in the mail from my insurance pertaining to my visit so that tells me nothing was even submitted. The dentist, not sure who it was that I saw, but she was extremely pleasant in fact everyone who worked on me were friendly and pleasant. I'd give the dentist themselves probably a 4 star +, however, I am seeking a new dentist currently due to the the finance person and the front people. I went in knowing I needed fillings done and a cleaning. My old dentist closed due to Covid so I got transferred to brightnow. I called my insurance to find out what is covered and basically EVERYTHING on their list of charges is covered even the crowns all they have to do is send in an authorization request. So for that reason alone they lost my business. I have now gone a year with cavities that have yet to be filled because I believed the lady that nothing was covered and I could not afford the outrageous amount to have any work done. So anyone that goes to that facility call your insurance company before you take their word and give them your money. That is the only thing they want is your money. I couldn't even make a follow up visit until I had $6,000. It's a shame because I really liked the dentist. Now I have to wait even longer until I find a new dentist. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

Please don't ignore the bad reviews this establishment has received. They truly do not prioritize you or your dental needs. Should you come here, do not agree to receive any additional treatment they try to force on you. It's obvious all they try their best to do is scam people out of their money.

The staff is always nice, however the dentist there is rude. Also, their wait times are extremely harsh, would definitely not recommend. I gave them two stars because of the hard working ladies in the reception area.( Location 132nd/hawthorne blvd)

Doctor is very nice. But when I came in the first time a technician was talking to me... In the middle of a sentence interrupted by another technician and walked away. All of a sudden the whole office was empty. Another associate came over to tell me everybody went to lunch. I was there for cleaning and they left me hanging. I was then told I could come back after lunch and they would squeeze me back in to do my cleaning. Unfortunately when the technician was cleaning my teeth she slipped and hit my gums which may be sore for several days

Always understaffed. Had to wait with my 7 year old daughter in the lobby for a little over an hour. They were going to make us wait longer inside, but I told them that I would not wait for another hour for my daughter to be seen. They wanted to reschedule me and I said yes, but that the next time that I brought my daughter, they would have to see her right away and not make her wait another hour. After that I told them that they saw my daughter right away and I didn't have to reschedule, but I know that they made other clients wait. It's not the doctor's fault. The doctor is really nice and good and he job and that is the reason why I keep going, cause if it wasn't for her I would have stopped long time ago.
