Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. The staff are friendly and the clinic is very clean and tidy... BUT prices are ridiculously high.. For a deep clean it cost over $1000 and that was discounted!!

They are either understaffed or just need to improve their process. I waited for 10 minutes at the front desk, then they took me to a cube and let me wait for another 30 minutes. The specialist showed and did his work. It seems like most of them are not gentle enough. My gum hurts over a few days after those checkup. I signed the paperwork and have been waiting for 45 minutes to "get my numbing cream work." Overall, I hope to find a better place next time. Follow up with the service, they are all nice and helpful but I need something better. They kept hitting my other teeth when cleaning some of them.

I arrived about 20 minutes early and was taken right in my appointment went smooth everything was explained to me in advance and I was very well cared for I appreciate the service everybody was friendly and inviting I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who needs to get their teeth taken care of which is everybody so go to this place and have a great experience.

I was scheduled to get a somewhat extensive procedure done. In my previous appointment I had been told of the possibilities of hitting a nerve and a root canal. Before the procedure I expressed my concern to Dr. Wells and he really listened to me. We came up with an alternative plan to try for now, which is what truly what I wanted anyway. I love how he explains every step he's doing. It felt good to be listened to. I highly recommend.

This has been one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I have tried these guys for a few services and it has been disappointing every time. I don't feel like they care about their customers at all. They are more interested in talking to each other than making sure customers are being taken care of. I went in for a cleaning and they split it up into 2, 30 minute sessions. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Not only did I have to come in twice for this but the cleaning was lazy and they didnt even polish my teeth. I feel like all they care about is piling people in and getting them out as soon as possible. They have cancelled appointment or accidentally scheduled appointments at the wrong time so when i get there, take time out of my day, nothing gets done. Then its the excuse of being shorthanded. Then call me. Let me know someone isnt going to be there when I show up rather than wasting my time and money for it.

These guys are scammers and try to milk as much money out of insurance as possible. And they send bills to you and try to make you to pay instead of sending them to insurance. Stay away from them if you don't want allot of headaches and hastle...just trying to help out other people looking for good dentists

I want to thank the front girls for helping me get an appointment quick an got my teeth cleaned. Kathy for helping me find my dental insurance because Ive gaven her my medical card. Which I never knew that there was another card for dental they took the time to help me search while being busy with other patients. I would definitely be back. To see the great people there.

I hate to leave a negative review but this was pretty bad. I usually don't have anxiety when I go to the dentist but all of the staff at this office have an attitude problem. I couldn't ask simple questions about my teeth without being rudely interrupted by the dental assistant talking down to me. She didn't have the patience to hear what I had to say and couldn't care less. During the filling of my cavity the doctor didn't explain what he was doing during the procedure and the dental assistant became defensive when I asked a question while their hands were in my mouth. Also during the procedure they were talking about a previous patient having a heart attack while they were working on me??? I had a consult about teeth whitening because my teeth are a little yellow. The dental assistant disagreed and told me told me my teeth would be translucent if I whitened them in office. I've never whitened my teeth in an office before not even once and I don't use whitening strips. None of it made sense. Update: Due to the uneven filling I'm now experiencing TMJ.

Was on hold for fifteen minutes trying to get an answer to a simple question. Then when they got back on the phone I asked if they could just call me back to leave a message so I didn't have to wait on hold and the lady refused.
