Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Worst ever! I haven't been able to get in for a routine cleaning for well over a year which is ridiculous. The front desk employee is very curt and rude. They can not get me in and there is no other business that accepts my dental insurance in Green Valley. I do not like working with this business.

Aubrey did my dental cleaning and was great. Very thorough and open to me having questions or doubts. She made my experience well enough to give them more than 1 star. However, this was my second time there and only do give it a second chance. The dentist has HORRIBLE bedside manner. Rude. Ignorant. Thinks he's better than the rest. Lisa was ok. Not the greatest nor the worst. There's a sign in the lobby that is HIGHLIGHTED "fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any non-healthcare provider" yet, she made me and another patient wait outside while it was raining . After I spoke with her and asked if I needed to take anything she said no. She could of let me know right then and there. I have definitely told people to NOT come here!! Will be seeking a second opinion before giving them another penny.

I waited an hour to be seen when I had an 8 am (just opened) appointment. No one acknowledged my wait, there were multiple signs about being patient which leads me to believe it's an ongoing issue. I was also supposed to receive a call about a treatment plan to move forward but I have not received any calls after many days of waiting. They hygienist was kind but that's the only positive I have from my experience.

Been waiting to post this-but after not hearing from them in almost 2 months... I had several crowns put on by them-the first came out with floss when being clean by the hygienist. The dentist had her put it back on-with no refused to the pain it caused me. Then I had two lower teeth have crowns put on-the temporarily crowns caused no pain from heat and cold...the dentist puts on the permanent crowns and just after he places them, the assistant sprays water in and they felt it hit the nerve. I tried to explain this to the dentist and his reply is that it will go away. So I wait 5 days (including a holiday) and it's not improving -still causing pain-so I asked to come back in-he looks at it and listens to my pain story and he continues to be dismissive. He said i was atypical and now needed a root canal...I didn't need one when the temp crown was on. He asked if I wanted something more for pain-he said he would send him in a prescription...he did not! My family will not be going back here! The dentist just pawns patients off to the endodontist or oral surgeon! He messed up and didn't fix the problem!

I started using Brite Now for my dental needs last year having just moved to the area. I lost a crown on a molar at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. I called Brite Now at 10:30 AM on Thursday. They took me right away. Fortunately, they were able to simply re-cement my original crown. By noon, I was back home with the crown in place. Everyone was super nice and professional.

I've been to Bright Now! twice for cleanings and I've never felt comfortable there. First off, when you arrive they have you sign an authorization form for the day's treatment. Sounds easy enough but you'd better read it all first because although you may think you're signing for your teeth to be cleaned, you are also authorizing them to charge you for other upsells such as cancer screenings and a fluoride treatment. Trying to sneak in a few extra charges wasn't too bad but on my last trip in I was told I also needed some extra deep cleanings billed out at $2865. I've always taken good care of my teeth so that got my attention and I made an appointment at a different dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist said my teeth and bone structure would be good for anyone half my age. Further, he said Bright Now! is known for these deceptive practices and to stay away from them.

Staff personnel was very confused regarding my coverage. Argumentative when told that I had panoramic and bite wing X-ray coverage. Needed to do a 3 way conversation with my insurance company for staff member to understand!
