Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I came in for a cleaning but thought I had something stuck under a tooth. It turned out to be an abcess and the dentist took care of it right away and referred me to a root canal specialist. I appreciated him taking the time to fit me in.

Literally the rudest front desk people I've ever met, orthodontist is never there and is rude as well. Dental assistants are nice but everything else trumps them sadly. Hated it there, getting appointments on time never happened, I had to wait months to get braces tightened

Carmen at Bright Now on Blackstone in Fresno was my dental hygienist. I was impressed by her professionalism. She did an excellent work on deep cleaning my teeth. Very nice lady. Thank you so much!

Very frustrating experience! They will refuse your routine cleaning if you don't do a deep cleaning first and pay the 300 out of pocket. If you are looking for a routine cleaning that is covered by your insurance DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here. They will only tell you this after they charge your insurance for your 6 month appt and take x-rays. Then you will be stuck either waiting another 6 months, paying out of pocket for new x-rays or finding a dentist who will accept x-rays from this office( I'm still looking for one). I don't think any dentist should refuse a person a routine cleaning, covered by insurance!

Excellent care. Listening to staff I hear competent and professional conversation and behavior. My care was well explained and my discomfort was controlled. Dr. Huong both listened to my concerns and explained good alternatives and allowed my input. I have finally found my Dentist. Weeks later I'm nearly at the end of my treatment, fillings, crowns. Bright Now has provided consistently excellent, quality care. Cleanings, as scheduled, always great care, excellent ambient and education. They're stuck with me... From Reception to Exam (no cavities!) to cleaning (Yay Carmen!) and out the door, great staff! 08/22/22 Simply the best care.

Been going there for years and will keep going. They are reasonable and competent . Last visit took way too long for what was done though. I hope that isnt the new normal like the plandemic insanity. They are still pushing the plandemic idiocy and i waited 40 minutes before they even started on my crown last time. Im done i wont be going back.

Went in for a ortho consult for my daughter and was greeted by Nou and Elaine. The orthodontist (Dr. Christiansen) was very informative as well as her assistant See. My daughter also saw Dr. Haong for treatment and Tiffany assisted. She was very helpful in calming my daughters nerves. Everyone is very nice and I will definitely be returning!

the old lady with the short hair that works the front desk is rude and doesn't know billing at all. put your insurance in her face if you choose to go to this dental office
