Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

At first it started out annoying because I couldn't find the suit #,(its in the cut) then the assistant was a bit, rushy, However once the smoke cleared everyone turned out professional, understanding, and attentive, explained everything well, I would definitely recommend this office and its clean! yes that alone gets a 4

First appointment with this branch I came in 5 mins late. They made me understand that being late is unacceptable and they made me reschedule. Well yesterday, THEY were 20 mins late. Of course after that delay and a bunch of X-rays and people coming in and out of the room they DID NOT have time to do my cleaning (purpose of appointment) and I had to come back 2:20 pm for the cleaning. Still they made me wait another 10 mins. *Your time is as valuable as mine* Keep that in mind. I lost all day from work. Same thing in the Oct 2021 visit that the dentist saw me but didn't even asked me to open my mouth and referred me to a root canal specialist. I had to see another dentist that told me the only thing I needed was a mouth guard and that she could have noticed if she had looked at my mouth. Clients wait so much for an appointment. At least check on them. Luckily yesterday's doctor was a different one and was much better.

Dr. Mazin and his team are all very skilled at their work, compassionate and professional. He has been working with me for about 4 months now and I am loving the dental care I'm receiving. I truly have started smiling fully now ^_^. Some front desk team members may seem impatient at first but I think with time you realize they are just trying to get their job done.

Hey, do you just LOVE being rescheduled at the last minute?!? Then this is YOUR dental practice. Plan on being rescheduled about half the time, often with as little as 1 hour notice. Good luck!!!!

The experience was very positive. Dr. Mazin & Barbara made me feel comfortable and explained what was being done. Throughout the procedure, both periodically checked on me to ensure I was okay.

Terrible terrible experience. Had to get fillings done and instead of completing the entire quadrant they had me come in multiple times for the same quadrant, I asked why didn't they just do it last time while it was already numb and she didn't have an answer. One visit they seemed confused of what was already done and what wasn't. Another visit they mixed me up with another patient luckily I caught it. And when I was having pain during a filling the dr just said "it's almost done". They also tried to charge me my deductible twice, I had to show proof from my insurance statements that it was already paid. Bottom line this is THE WORST care I have ever experienced.

Called to make a six month appointment after my March cleaning and they don't have anything until January. My appointment should be for mid-August or September to stay on track. They told me they don't make six month appointments six months in advance. You have to remember to call two months later. Very disappointed in this policy and not having any available appointments for their existing patients. I will most likely not be returning.

(TJ location) They were the only dentist within an hours drive that could see me that day for an emergency broken tooth. (Next appt in my area were At Least 2wks out!) They were very friendly and got me an appt the next day to see the Doc to pull the broken teeth. Very pleased, will use the TJ location again. The buckystown location was a different experience.
