Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had. Had teeth removed. No instructions given on after care or how to do dentures. They actually have no dentist on hand at their office. Can't do a follow up in the next week to do adjustments because and I quote "we don't have a dentist all week. Had I known any of this. They won't tell you they don't have a dentist i would of never went to them. Don't go here for treatment

I've been going to the TJ drive office for years and had great service. I've always had a fear of dentists ever since I was a kid. I just had a tooth pulled yesterday and I was coached and comforted constantly during the procedure. I felt like an all-star who made the touchdown! Today there is no swelling and I don't even have to use the pain meds. An excellent organization with top notch service!

I went to bright now for a new patient visit, cleaning and to schedule dental work that has needed to be done since COVID. I waited in a dirty waiting room, was seated in a dental chair that had broken equipment that they made a quick fix to but it still didn't work, and had a dental cleaning that took literally 7 or 8 minutes in total. It was a joke and nothing like any dental experience I have ever had. Then, before they would let me leave I got a full schedule of the 12 things they wanted to do to me and a "review" with the dentist that felt like a sleazy sales pitch that she really didn't care to sell. I felt like I was put into a "group" and pushed through this old washed up dental work factory. It was a disgusting experience. Since then I have gone to a dentist that has equipment from this century and had a real cleaning that took over an hour. I have always been skeptical of this storefront chain and my instincts were correct. I'd prefer to do my own dental work before having this store touch my mouth ever again.

Bright Now offices are not affiliated. Don't let the name and website and scheduling apps trick you. If you go into one office it's as if you're going into any other private dental office. So if your dentist isn't available because of vacation or a sick day you can't just go to another office where there's availability. I scheduled my filling a month out. The day of I was called and told the doctors on vacation and I would have to reschedule another month out actually it was going to be 5 weeks out. When I called to reschedule I asked if I could go to another office and that's when I found out they're not affiliated. So what's the point of going to a place where they look like their affiliated but really aren't That's why you get one star and if I could give you no star I would You've wasted my time and my money. To be treated as a new patient in your office really just makes the argument why go back to another one of your offices I'll just go to another doctor who is more available more considerate and knows how to do the job of scheduling

I was a new patient like 2 years ago for my regular cleaning and check up, which always had been free. When I got to my actually appointment, a Friday. They told me that they were going to do x-rays only, because that is the way they do it. I didn't agree because I have two children and my wife and I work opposite day and we have no family near us to help with the kids. So I decided to go to another office to finished my check. Although the Dr told me that I didn't have any cavity, which in other place found 2 small cavity and the place is very dirty with unprofessional assistant. By the way I'm an orthodontist assistant. The next week, I got to another office and they didn't have my x-rays that I requested to Bright Now by filling out a form the same day of my appointment. By law Doctors need to see patients with x-ray, and if patients refuse taking x-ray, doctors allow to not treat a patient. As I said, I have children, no family and work opposite days with my wife. So I'm not going to wait for come back, and at the same time I understanding, the office didn't want to lose the appointment either. So now, Bright now charged me $80 dollars for x-rays that they didn't sent. I haven't been able to talk to a manager and they are telling me that I just have to paid for x-rays. I'm not the first patient with this issue. It seems that Bright now policie is doing this type of act. Hopefully the manager can call me, because according to the receptionist, the manager doesn't have a set schedule and they don't know when the manager is going to show up in the office.

First let me say that Dr. Naruzi seemed knowledgeable and nice. I would see her again for my dental work if it were not for the rest of my experience... I found the facility to be uninviting and utilitarian. It consists of a long hallway with small rooms coming off of each side for seeing patients. The rooms are small, they are not private (no doors to the hallway), and they are sparsely decorated. The dental assistant seemed a little grumpy. This was my initial visit, and they did not want to do the cleaning at that time. They wanted to see me back a second time to do the cleaning. This felt like a cash grab and an inconvenience. I should add that toward the end of my visit, they DID offer to do the cleaning if I could wait 30 minutes, only because some other patient had cancelled and a spot opened up, however, I didn't get the cleaning done because of annoying issues with the office and their processing of my insurance... They told me I would need to pay 75 dollars for a "scaling", which is apparently a deep cleaning. I informed them that I was 99% sure that my insurance should cover it in full. I ended up having to call the insurance myself and give them the code for the service to find out that it should in fact be covered. So, the office was trying to charge me for something that is covered at 100% by my insurance. I questioned this, and they said that their staff member who figures out patient insurance can't run every code for service individually, and that's why I was being inaccurately charged. They said I would be refunded later, had I got the cleaning done, and paid the 75 dollars. No thanks. I will not be returning.

Worst dental office I've ever been too. My first appointment got canceled and rescheduled three weeks out. They were unorganized with the pricing and on top of that I had to wait 3 hours just to get x rays and nothing else. Way over priced for all procedures and staff is very rude and unknowledgeable. I will not be returning and I hope everyone that was considering trying this place out please don't.

I scheduled two appointments for cleaning & orthodontist both appointments were waste of my day off from work. They called saying I'd have a cleaning today but when I arrived it was an exam for cleaning.. SMH this place thumbs down paying out of pocket at that find somewhere else to go. The orthodontist complained about not having time to service my braces if I could rate no stars I would

Qualified and courteous. My only desire is that they communicate more during procedures. I went in for my first cavity filling and they never talked me through the process or even which tooth was affected. Process itself went well. I experienced no pain and with my insurance they arr extremely affordable.

This establishment is the absolute most unprofessional dental office. Please do the right thing and go somehwhere else. The staff required I pay my copay before I was even seen by the dentist which is absolutely insane! The dentist here (I forgot her name) is very unpleasant and rough. The staff has no good chair side manner and you will be treated like garbage if you go here!

I made and appointment for exam and cleaning and I got X-rays and an exam but I can't have my teeth cleaned for FOUR months. I don't know how you can call yourself a dentists office if you can't clean peoples teeth?

My girlfriend was there for a 3:30 appointment, wasn't seen until 4:30, and then got hit not once, but twice by the person taking her X-ray with the X-ray machine. She was then told to "calm down" after getting frustrated with the person who took the X-ray because she was hit by the machine. She then attempted to call to speak to a manager and was denied. I took it upon myself to call on her behalf to discuss this as she was denied. I was told they couldn't disclose anything to me as I was not within her HIPAA release. I advised them I wasn't calling about medical treatment but rather what was taken as an assault. I advised them that if they refused to discuss this further legal action will be taken, I was then rudely hung up on by the manager after she rudely stated "she wasn't assaulted and you can do what you feel you need to do. Legal action will be getting taken including a police report for assault.
