They said they would give me a discount if I wrote a nice review but honestly I had serious infected tooth and the dentist didn't want to touch it or schedule to fix it. Downright refuse to work on it honestly. I find that cowardly and lazy. I drove from San Diego to this dentist office because it's one of the few places that take ca medi-cal insurance. But they are honestly lazy here. They only want to do easy procedures that are quick and profitable. And they convinced me to write a nice review and he seems very discount. Here it is " Adriana is an excellent and compassionate assistant. The manager is also very competent and they both felt empathy for the negative experience I had at the bright now office I visited prior to coming to fountain valley bright now . They negotiated a $300 discount off the $1,500 Bill. It showed me they really do care about people. I had a bad experience with another bright now . I won't name because the location was overwhelmed and underprepared. I give them the benefit of doubt . But this place is prepared And professional. This place knows what they are doing inside and out. Dr.Duy was on top of everything. Adriana the dental assistant used the panoramic Xray the other dental office didn't even though they had one . Thank you it really gave a clear understanding of what was necessary. Dr. Duy is a very confident dentist and handled my case with complete understanding. It's obvious he's experienced and knows what he's doing . I went to three dentist that kept referring me to others and explained I needed a specialist. The first was EncinItas dental wellness. (I live in San Diego ) They declared that I would need to be put under anesthesia because my infection was a root abscess and it couldn't be done unless I was under Anesthesia. They gave me amoxicillin and I was told to Call my insurance and get referred to a endodontist. (Yea right like that's covered) and as any of you know they only cover extractions, root canals, cleanings. RARELY do endodontist and oral surgeons except medi-Cal . Dr. Guy didn't miss a beat and reassured me that he would take care of me that day. Amazing ! That never happens . Also made sure I felt ZERO pain and didn't treat me like I was stupid when I insisted on more numbing agent. I'm so thankful for this place and if you want the best experience please ask for Dr.Duy and Andriana . All the staff works well together and you could tell they enjoy where they work . I'm very pleased to recommend this place to anyone !"

Dr.Mohaveri I recommend her in Fountain Valley is the best very gentle with patients and her dental assistant great service. Receptionist they welcome you like if they new you for years very respectful always with receiving you with a smile

The dentist spent all of 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. It was a waste of my time because she did such a poor job that I will have to reschedule with another dentist. Obviously I will not be back.

The provider of this office is Dr. Pegah Mohaveri. who said to me that I have a tooth chip with a cavity which was in need of urgent attention. She gave me a pre-treatment estimate which indicated a "cavity with a 3 surface filling, ($370.00), desensitizing ($ 140.00)". My insurance would partially consider the composite filling, but no coverage for the desensitizing. Dr. Mohaveri then refused to treat this tooth when I declined the desensitizing treatment of this tooth. I then went to another dental office as a cash patient and much to my surprise I was told that I had NO CAVITY, just a 1 surface filling and the total price would be $60.00. As for desensitizing they told me that it is utilized when decay reaches the root channel, which they said in my case was not needed at all. Also, I need an extraction of a tooth and Dr. Mohaveri provided me a pre-treatment estimate extraction which included a bone replacement for an additional charge of $531.00. My insurance would cover the extraction partially but would not cover the additional bone grafting charge. I said that I did want the extraction but did not want the bone grafting procedure. Dr. Mohaveri again then refused to do the extraction without bone replacement in the amount of $531.00. This has been my experience with this dental provider, I have no plans to return.

I have never seen in my life such an unreasonable health care provider as Dr. Pegah Mohaveri. Spent in office 2 hours, 1 hour waiting until dentist see me, another hour in a dental chair without any results for my cavity and lost filling in tooth. The receptionists were nice, especially Lupe who was extremely polite, helpful, cooperative and a caring person. Sure cannot say the same regarding the general dentist Dr. Pegah Mohaveri who is working there now. She is a total opposite. I have cavity and pain which needs urgent attention, but I have to change providers now only because of her actions, she refused to treat me because she claimed I was argumentative. Well, I only expressed my desire to replace a previous front tooth filling which dislodged after 9 years, but then I agreed with her plan. First she looked at my tooth for 1 -2 minute confirming that the existing root canal was good, but that I needed a crown and she left. I said that this filing was in place for 9 years so maybe she could attempt to refill it? She said "I do not know where you did this, but we are in America and do not do that". I said that the tooth was done 9 years ago at a Costa Mesa dentistry and I have two more the same teeth which were done 4 years ago in Garden Grove and she did not like it and for this reason has refused to treat me. She said she would come back in few minutes, but instead returned 45 minutes later and explained that the channel needs to be build up and after that a crown needed, and she left again saying that a manager with bring in a plan of treatment. I agreed with the treatment plan including the crown and the receptionist was about to schedule a future appointment for me, but the manager stopped her and said that I need to go and get a second opinion. I then said that I did not need a second opinion as I agreed to the doctor's plan but she said that the doctor would not accept me without a second opinion, and my original desire and question to have a filling instead of crown she deemed as an "argument" which made her "uncomfortable". I repeated again that I agree to a crown and even apologized to her about my initial desire to have a filling instead of crown but she still refused to accept me and treat the cavity without a second opinion which as she knows very well not easy to do as I have HMO plan. I will change the dentist but will never come return to this office again while this dentist is still on staff. Unfortunately there is only one general dentist in this office. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!!

Took a little while but kuddos to the dentist. She is very experienced and this is the first time my teeth did not hurt during cleaning at the erosion lines.

I have never had such a good dental experience. Very professional and polite staff, the entire visit was super efficient. I didn't sit in a chair for hours, and I didn't feel like I was getting nickel and dimed for everything. The staff was great at going over what needed to be done and why, as well as explaining all the costs so I understood what I was paying for.

Dr. Mohaveri and her team are outstanding! I had avoided the dentist for way too long and had a ton of anxiety. Markesia, Steven and the X-ray tech (sorry I didn't get your name!) made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They didn't make me feel bad about my teeth, and truly just want to help. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you so much.

Bad Service!!! Go somewhere else! I called for a root canal appointment... Waisted my time there; for them to say "we dont do root canals here". Then they refer me to another place where the actually DO root canals. They lied. I asked them to transfer my Xrays and referral to the other office, and the person over the phone told me "will do when I get a chance" she was RUDE and she never email the other office the files. I called today March 29, 2022 and again and the person over the phone was Extremelly RUDE and hang up the phone on me because she was busy with her new patients. GOOOO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Very poor customer care service. Specially after its paid!

My first time I had a very bad toothache and they were able to fit an appointment for me the next day. I've been back several times since then and the service has been great each time. I am usually seen by Dr. Mohaveri and have spoken with the assistants on several occasions, they are all friendly and personable. Adriana is very kind and knowledgable, I also like that she always remembers to ask about my puppy.

I had such an amazing follow up and check up here at this location. I had specifically choose to move my permanent dentistry to this location due to the kind staff and the cleanliness they have in their office. Dr. Moliaveri is the best. She is very fast and empathetic to the patients fear, pain level , and time. My favorite part is the assistants she has working every step of the way. Adriana is the sweetest Assistant I've ever met. She makes me laugh when I'm in pain, Answers every question I have throughout the process, and lastly knows every step and tool needed whenever in the operating chair. Steven is also amazing , always has such a great attitude and never turns down offering a blanket and some water. He has now been the go to person for hand holding once it's time to get the gum line shots. Thankyou so much fountain valley bright Now! You've changed my life and now my smile.

New lifetime dentist! I have always been the type of person who gets nervous about the dentist but Dr. Vu and his assistant Adriana changed that when I came in for my first cleaning in years. Their friendliness and communication put my anxious nerves at ease like no other dentist I've been to so now I will be coming here for all future cleanings and procedures.

Shout out to Markisha for scheduling me so kindly. Following through with my appointment I met with Dr. Mohaveri and Assistant Adrianna together they focused on the main concerns of my dental needs. I received fillings at ease as well as a cleaning. Honestly I felt like I was getting my gums massaged. I feel happy. To finish Assistant Stevens polished me off. I couldn't be more satisfied with how pleasant, intelligent, and safisticated, these people are! I definitely recommend this place to any and everyone! I love Bright Now Dental

Dr. Moliaveri and assistant Steven and Adriana were such great help to my children. They were both nervous coming to the appointment but they made everything so much better for them. If I can give 10 stars I would. Great place to take your kids for dental experience.

What a great way to start Valentine's Day! The staff here at the dentist's office is friendly and they have a sense of humor too. Not only did Dr. Mohave and her assistant Adriana show professional skills, but they were also kind and informative. I am confident that my new crown will help me keep a healthy mouth!

I called to schedule an appointment due to a toothache and needed a checkup. I was worried that I would have to wait like 2-3 weeks to get an appointment but I got an appointment the same week which was awesome. The place is very nice, quiet and clean. The receptionist was very friendly. I checked in about 5-10min prior to my appointment and filled out all the paperwork they needed. I waited about 30min until they called me in to do an X-ray. It seems like there was only one Dr and maybe 2 assistants that day. I didn't mind the wait since they seemed pretty busy. Adriana (the assistant) took me in and instruct me to wash my hands for 20sec prior doing my X-rays. I liked that a lot because they are being cautious about Covid. Adriana is very kind, sweet and gentle while doing my X-rays. After the X-rays was done Dr. Mohaveri came and reviewed my X-rays and explained to me what needs to be done. I mentioned to her about the toothache and assumed I would need to schedule another appointment to have it taken care of. She told me she can do the procedure today since it's been bothering me which I was very surprised because it was already 1:45pm and they close at 3:00pm. Dr. Mohaveri and Adriana did a great job taking care of me while they were working on my tooth. Dr. Mohaveri was gentle and really took the time making sure I was okay, wasn't in pain, and make sure everything was going well. She didn't rushed at all. Compared to other places I've been before where they would rush to get things done to not stay past their closing time. I really appreciate Dr. Mohaveri and her staff for being so patient and stayed passed their closing time. I think I finally found a dentist office that I really like and trust. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who are currently looking a dentist!
