Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The staff at Bright Now go above and beyond when it comes to dental care! The amount of communication and care they put into their work has made for the best experience I've ever had with a dental office, and I will continue to come back to this place! While Dr. Elliot was out, Amanda made sure to keep in contact with me about office updates, and it made me feel genuinely cared for. They got me on their schedule as soon as he was back, and I was able to receive same-day care. Every time I've visited this office, they have been nothing but caring and professional. I recommend this place to everyone!

My insurance is Aetna and I see many dentists associated with D&O but when I called they said me that the only one accepting Aetna is out of office for 2 months

Dr Elliott and the BrightNow team, these people are absolutely amazing. I had to have all my bottom teeth removed and dentures put in place. Dr Elliott made a plan and the teeth were removed and a plate put in place, because of Dr Elliott this was an easy and basically painless transition. They take their time to make sure that everything goes according to Dr Elliott's plan. I just cried and cried when I first saw my new smile. Dr Elliott made me beautiful and confident again. All my friends go to Dr Elliott. Everyone I know loves this place. You are sincerely cared for. If your teeth are not healthy can cause you so many other kinds of health problems like mine were. You don't need to be afraid of dental work here I promise you, you will be comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Best dentist and team EVER!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff but unhappy with service received. Got a filling done, wasn't right so went again to flyer it fixed, it's still not right. Also they told me a service was covered by insurance that turned out not to be so got stuck with a large bill. There's plenty of dentist in Fort Collins. I would not recommend this one.

I've had great experiences with the Bright Now! Dental office on South College. I didn't see Dr. Elliott this time, but his dental hygienist, Christine, is terrific (and I'm 67, so I've seen many dental hygienists!). The rest of that staff is also friendly and helpful, and I get great advice when it comes to utilizing my insurance. Thanks to all of you!

This dentist offers competent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming environment overall. Going to the dentist can suck, and is an anxious experience for me. These folks made it much more tolerable. 10/10 recommend.

I am not one to enjoy the dentist visits every 6 months but the staff here made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Both the dentist and hygienist were knowledgeable and I learned more about my teeth and mouth in my first visit here than I have in the past 5 years of visits! Highly recommend.

I have been to a few different dental offices in town. The first place I went to told me I had 16 cavities and needed periodontal cleaning for $5k. I'm 95% positive they worked on commission and were trying to take money from my health insurance. The second place I went to tried to sell me on organic toothpaste and didn't spend much time explaining the details of my dental situation. Skip to a year or so later when I meet a random stranger who was sooo kind and honest; she was the dental hygienist. I booked my first appointment with Bright Now Dental in Fort Collins solely because of her kindness. My first appointment at Bright Now included x-rays and a cleaning. They were able to fit me in for a filling the same day! I have never had a dentist office be able to schedule me for all of my needs in the same day! Dr. Elliot is an honest, down to Earth dentist who is obviously in it for the passion and not for the money. He also explained in detail the process of what he was doing and why. I actually LEARNED during my appointment! The whole staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, punctual, and honest throughout the entire dental experience. I recently went back to have to 2 crowns "installed" and I was surprised at how quickly, painlessly, and enjoyable (if that is even a word to be used for dental work) the experience was. The receptionists took the time to break down my payment options. They also have some fun music playing that made my toes tap and distracted me from the sounds of the consequences of too much soda. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disorganized. Forgot to order my prepaid partial. Then had to reorder it. Tell me my insurance "kicked back" $1000. Asked for accountability as to what WAS covered and by which insurance. Dates don't match up...had 3 surgeries back to back then both my husband came down with covid. Al.ost lost my husband and I am disabled so they agreed to wait until we were better. BUT turned me over to collections! Rarely saw the actual dentist! Not happy!! I am NOT smiling!!

I have been very happy with the dental services that I've received at bright now dental. They are the whole package! The reception staff and office manager are efficient, organized, and very conscientious in their work. Everyone I've come across , the dental technicians the hygienist and of course the dentist , are clearly highly skilled , friendly and knowledgeable and very concerned about my comfort level and my understanding of what needed to be done, and how it was going to be done. All my questions were met with respect and individual consideration. Originally I went to Bright now because they took my insurance. Now if insurance was not an issue I would still go back to them. I feel like I'm in good hands on at bright now dental.

As a red-head, I've found my dental career a tough one. Different dentists, endodontists, orthodontists, you name it. I came here with a failed implant, root canals, cavities...and a profound fear of needles. Now, what's the best laundry detergent you ask? Well that's a tough response, because it varies depending on value, etc You won't get that answer about this office however. They don't vary like that. They have treated me like I'm their ONLY customer from day one. They've treated me like a friend who's in pain and needs help, and they want as much as possible to provide that help. You won't find a better dentist or crew anywhere. (Amanda, Heather, Diana, Dr Elliot, Mona). They rock my tumble dry low socks.

The Fort Collins office used to feel way more organized. Once the management changed and feels like there is always tension within the office and everything is unorganized. Communication isn't clear and my treatment plan always changes. I go in for a filling and it seems like I'm always leaving with a change in treatment that I wasn't expecting. I miss the manager that used to be there. She ran a tight organized ship and I always knew what my treatment was going to be. She always had a friendly smile and was very personable, she remembered everything about me. Her and her team had a great relationship and you never felt a hostile environment. Hopefully everyone on this team can get it together.
