Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. I won't go anywhere else for my dentistry. What you want in a dentist is for them to put you at ease and keep your work as painless as possible, you want to be comfortable. Dr. Lee is a wizard! I had a filling and felt zero pain or discomfort, not even the numbing needle. First time ever I actually enjoyed being at the dentist.

I have been a federal way Bright Now patient for over 8 years and I'm always treated with respect and punctuality when I visit the clinic. I trust the clinicians and they always provide patient-centered guidance that is individualized specifically for mine and my family's needs. I feel like I am part of the family when I leave my appointment and with sparkly teeth !

You'd do better going to dental school yourself rather than waiting for them to clean your teeth. They always do part of what you are supposed to get done and tell you to come back later for the rest.

I had been seen in January and when I went I thought everything was fine but today In the mail I received a bill for $1300. The bill says it was issued 8/1 and due 8/16 but I just received it today. These franchises only care about money and don't care about their clients. Now I know it is not their fault that insurance can deny claims however no one ever called me to let me know and they never call to follow up.16 days to pay 1300 is crazy and had I known I would pay out of pocket I would have gone elsewhere. I only went here because it is thru my works insurance but my advice is to stay away.

I was trying to get two of my three children scheduled for their next appointment and asking questions as to why I wasn't allowed to have all three children come on the same day. The girls at the front went to ask a supervisor who came to the front and tried to explain. When I didn't understand and continued to ask question for clarification and the supervisor became very rude and short making a very rude comment telling me I should switch Insurance so I can go to a new dentist. She was very short and snapped at me the rest of our painful conversation. The people in the front are always so nice. We have veen coming here for a few years now and have never had a problem. I recognize this women who usually sits in an office behind the front desk. In the future she should probably just stay there if she's going to treat people with indecency.

I have been going here for over 5 years. It has been nice going to a place that knows you and have a dental plan for you. They have changes there policies a bit. Maybe finding a new dental office soon.

First of all Bright Now front desk can be very cranky! When they explan your explanation of bennifts they want you to choose the higher option. For example I needed to get a tooth pulled. They said their was 3 options. One was they recommended the bone grahp structure,with a crown and a implant and being put to sleep. Tbat cost is over $4,000. Then I said I only wanted a Bridge after my mouth healed from the pulled tooth with no bone graph. Even though my insurance will cover a handful of bridges with the cost $150. Bright Now Dental Surgen only nice 1 Bridge and no other Bridges. Of course that one Bridge is not coverd under my insurance. That's like going into a car dealership and saying yeah we take your credit card.But we only offer the Lamborghini Car with your credit card. Sorry the credit card dosent cover the cost Lamborghini. But for $200 you can buy this car with a broken window and no engine. I do have to say the Dentist&Dentist assistants are so very very nice. When they did my exams and exrays they where very good. The Dentist even recommended a Floride Mouthwas ACT that would be very good for to prevent mouth decay. . That I could buy at any drug store. That was the first time any Dentist recommended that mouthwash. So Yesterday when I got my tooth pulled. The Specialist Dentist even before pulling my tooth recommended the bone grahp structure. The bone Graph Structure was going to cost me $750. He said their was a few reasons that he was recommending the bone grahp structure. One was I have really long roots and that might create a hole in my mouth and could create a lot of future snius issue. I kindly told him I couldn't afford the bone grahp structure. He said he totally understood. He said he would be so careful in not to create any holes to prevent future snius problems. He also gave me lots of novican for the pulling of the tooth so it wouldn't hurt so bad. The pulling of the tooth only costed me $10.00. He also said the procedure went very well and I wouldn't have to worry about any future snius problems. I have two more appts to get some fillings done which my insurance will cover! Here my biggest complaint if Bright Now Denist is going to keep taking Delta Dental WA Plan then they really need to offer more services that Delta Dental WA Plan is recalling to cover. Like example not only BRIGHT Now Dental should offer only offer the Lamborghini Bridge when the insurance will pay for other Bridges that are way more cheaper. I know Bright Now Dental Owner owns a lot of offices all over WA.Just saying!!
