Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Had appointment at 9:30 but they call me at 8:50 telling me they have open spot right then, so I get there early, and I'm still sitting there Til 10. Then overhear them saying they don't have any of my information, including my x ray from the San Marcos bright now location, reminder I had appointment for oral extraction. The receptionist told me the oral surgeon was going to fix my teeth but that I needed to "stop" my attitude because supposedly asking what happened to my previous X-ray is considered arguing, I walked out right then, I was already feeling anxious/regretful from seeing so many bad reviews regarding the oral surgeon and the place doing a dirty unclean job, I said no thanks and walked out, they were already giving off red flag before the procedure so imagine how they would treat patients after the procedure. I've also seen by reviews how people are treated when in pain/recovering.

In the beginning they tell me it will be free for a retainer, then they change it too 100$ and then they changed it to 200$ unprofessional on their part. If it was gonna be 200$ then tell me that from the beginning don't keep changing the price.

I had been in Treatment with Bright now Dental for Almost 5 years for my braces, the orthodontics is only on site once a month, my teeth did NOT get any better my Teeth are still cricket and did not fix my over bite, Multiple time I would Informed My Ortho that front tooth where to forward and he would just say will bring back and nothing Horrible service DO NOT recommend at All, I had a second Opinion at Felicita location with same company and the Ortho there Informed me I was left with my braces way to long and placing braces again will Effect my teeth on the long Run, He also stated my Results where not good, He offer to take on my services, went to the front to check out they where taking to long and ask if they could give me a call with updates its been 3 weeks and till now Have not heard a word from them. Worst Service EVER!! Never again will I go back

Don't go here for dental work, they don't know how to bill you accurate at all! Take my money and still ask for more money. Waited over six month with a temp crown in pain because they couldn't get the final crown right. They will tell one thing then change their words after. NEVER!! Again. This place used assistance that rotate daily that don't know what they're doing.

do not go to this place you're going to regret it, I don't suggest this dentist location I called them to make an appointment they told me it's free consultation after they check me they took some X-rays and they said they charged my insurance it's not free, they don't explain exactly what they're doing to your teeth or even before they start working on it a female doctor looks like don't have experience came looked at my tooth and sent me l the accountant lady to negotiate the price with me. This is only for crown root #13.

Horrible service and dentist. I came here a little over 2 years ago. Had them do a couple of crowns, a teeth cleaning and fill some cavities. I paid for all the work that was done. Then about 9 months later I get a letter in the mail saying I owe money for the work. I call and talk to the manager and supposedly she finds the mistake and clears it up. Now almost 3 years later they send me a bill for $370. I have called numerous times to have this cleared up since I went through this before with the last manager at this location. Only not to have the mgr ever call me back. On top of all that I had to have work redone by another dentist 2 years ago. Please do yourself a favor and go to someplace else.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dental office. I have had temporaries on since October and have had to go in multiple times to get them glued back on. I've spent $4000 on my dental care and still have not received a phone call or email to get my permanents. Last night one of the temporaries cracked for the 4th time and this time there is bleeding and severe pain and when I called this morning at 9 am when they opened all they could say is that there is not a doctor in the office today. I had to ask if it was possible to go to a different location because I am in a lot of pain and the receptionist said she had to ask her supervisor. She then tells me to call Felicita (didn't even offer to transfer me) which I did and they said they were completely booked but that she could see that San Marcos had openings and she would transfer me. I am on hold with San Marcos who clearly has openings but says they cannot see me because I am not one of their patients so to call the Escondido location for service! This is ridiculous spending this much time calling different locations when I have spent a large amount of money at this place and still have not been treated with any good service! But they are surely on top of having their financial department call me to collect $400 on the work that has still not been finished! My tooth is still bleeding but I guess it's my problem. I will 100% be switching dentists once my work is complete!

The absolute worst dentist office I've ever been to Went in for a crown and a partial the crown took 8 weeks 5 visits and is still the wrong color The partial has takin 3 months so far still don't have one that fits correctly The office personnel lie constantly and make excuses They also never return phone calls or call you when you appliance is not ready I have lost several hundred dollars in wages due to the office not calling me to tell me there not ready DO NOT GET YOUR DENTAL WORK DONE HERE !!

A completely worthless useless dental office! They were supposed to send me a check that they overcharged my insurance on a month goes by I still haven't seen or heard anything I called them they tell me there's nothing they could do about it that I got to call corporate but corporate doesn't have a phone number so basically I'm just getting the run around with this office.. by the way when I went in do you have a regular cleaning this office refuse to do the regular cleaning and would only do the periodontal cleaning which was going to cost well over $1,000.. I will not be going back to this dentist

I cracked my molar tooth and needed to be seen right away. They fit me in at this Escondido location even though I live in Rancho San Diego. I'm very thankful that they accommodated me in or I would had had a painful , terrible 3 day weekend. I will admit I was so scared and had sooo much anxiety about the procedure. The welcoming front desk, the very polite x-ray technician , caring dental assistant and very professional Dentist , Dr Mehta, I automatically felt at ease and well taken care of through it all. They explained everything clearly and we're very sweet to me through it all when it came to the tough part. Thank you all once again. .

I've been trying to get ahold of the manager since September 8, 2020... here it is one month and many phone calls later and I'm still waiting. I paid for a cleaning service that was NEVER received and I'm waiting on my refund! I am very upset and tired of the run around! Please just GIVE ME MY MONEY and I will no longer return to your location. Thank you!
