Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Since I moved to Richmond, CA. I have been hesitant to look for a new Dental office, the importance of my oral hygiene is high as well as the office you go. I found Bright Now dental office in El Cerrito, and give them a try. Eureka!!! I found a "Gem" office that cares about your oral hygiene, the office crew is efficient, the staff is friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else but Bright Now Dental in el Cerrito, if you are like me that had nightmare experiences with dental offices, give them a try and see the difference yourself! I hope you don't need to visit a dental office but if you do try Bright Now Dental El Cerrito!

Very poorly staffed, always have to wait extra half hour or an hour, wasting time of patient. The front desk's apologized without any sincerity, even gave me rolling eyes, not recommended and will change to another clinic.

Highly recommended. Dr.Hong Nguyen is the best dentist, she explains the problem of teeth very clearly, her dentistry skills are very good. Every assistant here is nice and a great team.

They do not open at 9am like they claim, they will not answer phones til 9:30 or whenever they feel like it. Have had them cancel my appointments day of and inform me very late minute, very unorganized and are slow to follow up. Very under staffed and will close the office often without warning because they don't have anyone to work. Not reliable at all. They will also not return any of your voicemails.

Be prepared to spend most of your time waiting. I waited 55 minutes to be seen, then another 20 in the exam room. Typical dentist inconsiderateness - your time is of no value. Then they didn't even do my cleaning because they didn't have time. The gall. Also, lots of half truths about the process - I would not trust a word they say.

You're dealing with a corporation here, not a family office, so expect the same service as you would with Comcast: long waits, price gouging and treating you like a $.

The front office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable I have only been there a few times and I have only met one doctor and she's good and friendly The only negative thing is the long wait before you get called in for you appointment. I am not sure if it has to do with them being short staff or just taking longer with their patients. I am satisfy with their services so far and will continue to go there. Hopefully they will work on cutting the waiting time short or might need to look for another place due to this. Will see how it goes with my upcoming visits.

Brightnow dental in El Cerrito has a great team. The front office is very professional and the assistants seem to be extremely knowledgeable. Dr Nguyen has good chair side manners and does great work. I would highly recommend this location.

I took my grandson to get some work done and the poor kid is terrified of needles and the dentist was so patient and kind with him and the whole appointment was fantastic. All the employees were friendly and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

Honestly wish I would have never came here. The work they did over 4 appointments was so careless and horrible im STILL dealing with repercussions from it. Its almost been 2 years.I will never go back to any bright now dental, and I tell everyone not to go as well.

Originally my appointment was @11:00am but for some reason I called to either cancel it or to have another appointment at different hour. They were good at picking up their phone after some channel and they did give me another appointment an hour later which was at 12:00pm. I got there 15min before my appointment. They took me in 5min before my appointment. Tech came and gave me mouthwash and clip me the drape and said doctor will be with me shortly. 15min latter another tech came and try to work with my tooth, I have some sensitivity so she said doctor have to come and take a look at it. 15 min later doc came and numb my gums and left. Half an hour passed by and no one came to help until I walked to the hallway and ask for help. Then tech came and told me that doctor is with other patient and I had to wait. Another 25min passed and then finally doctor came and did her things which took 10 mins and left. Long story short my appointment was at 12:00pm, wait 1hour and 25min for my actual service. They didn't even apologize, in fact they said I was late for my original appointment that's why doctor had to take another patient. I am changing my dentist. They were horrible and very inconsiderate of other. They only have one dentist so don't go unless you want to experience what I went through.

I like this dental office because you can find an hygienist, surgeon, and orthodontist in one place. The price is very competitive compare with other places. Also most of the times they keep the appointments on time. I do not like that they do not inform you periodically on the progress, unless you ask.
