Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Took my wife here for dentures and it was a horrible experience. The staff was not comforting at all and all the appointments felt rushed. After multiple appointments and getting the dentures, they didn't fit right and they suggested to just try them out for a little bit. Didn't help and ended up hurting her mouth. After getting them adjusted multiple times, they still don't fit right and hurt to the point that she feels like other medical issues are arising. She refuses to wear them now and rightly refuses to go back. She's constantly having issues with facial pain and self esteem because she doesn't have teeth. So we basically wasted our insurance coverage for the next 2 years on something that will never be worn.

I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years and the past staff was very professional and trustworthy Now the new staff is looking for the sale ! Of extra work ! Went in for a appointment for a cleaning but instead of that I was given the run around with exam and instead of cleaning all I got is gum measure and saying sorry but you need to reschedule for a cleaning I have to go to lunch and you don't want me to miss my lunch ! WHAT! Then. She said you need a deep cleaning we need to get authorization from insurance before so we will call you ! So I knew what was going on ! So I went to another dentist they did my cleaning and exam Same day ! and had the best experience. Lesson learn save yourself a headache and don't go to this dental office there not professional anymore ..

If i can give 0 i would, worst place to have your teeth taken care of. My family and i will switch to other place. Many time had out appointments cancelled and get charged extra for services we did not have. We tried to get help from the manager Susan, she was horrible and this was by far the worst experience we had. I have many friends and families that they switch their care too because of their customer care from their manager. I tried to ask for the owner info from Susan, she refused to give his contact and told us to go find another place. I feel bad for such business they good spot but they really need to choose their staff and management.

I was so mad today with this office I had appointment for my son at 11.30 to extratic tooth with the sergunt it took one and half months to sechual after that they told me it's for consltataion today,and he was on medical they know that 6 years ago. They just want to chare you money I don't recommend to anyone watch your money with those people they are not good.

I've been going here for a few years now. The wait times have improved and the staff are a lot friendlier. The last 2 times I had my dental check ups have been with a lady named Lana she is nice, patient and easy on the teeth. I will make sure I ask for her everytime.

Showed up thinking I was there for an Ortho consult as I have been shopping around for orthodontic treatment options. However, they tried to pull a fast one on me! When I arrived I was asked to fill out some paperwork and then I was taken to the Xray room. It was here that I first learned that I would not even be seeing the orthodontist and that I would need to have an exam AND return for an ortho consult. This immediately frustrated me and I expressed those frustrations to the tech helping me out. She must have said something to the doctor, because she came in looked in my mouth for 2 seconds, made some rather quick assessments, and told me I was good to go. The whole process was frustrating and I left wishing I hadn't wasted my time. I give 2 stars because the employees were very nice to me, but communication needs to be better. I will not be choosing this place for further business.

Launa Hoover is an excellent hygienist. Very gentle, explained every step to me, gave great advice for someone who has been lagging behind on her dental health (I'm terrible about flossing). Office staff are so pleasant. Just a great office overall. If you are wondering whether or not to come here. Just do. And ask for Launa.

Went in to " 2802 Jamacha Rd."office my usual 4 month clean/exam,staff was outstanding.All were very kind extremely efficient and for the Dentist who preformed my cleaning Ms Launa Hoover simply outstanding ! This will be her 2nd time cleaning my teeth very good at what she does and extra gentle,no hurt or pain whatsoever.. Thank you Bright Now,see you at my next appointment.

Worst dentist and horrible customer service! Avoid this dentist at all costs!! After telling me my deep cleaning is covered by my insurance, they proceeded to send a bill to a debt collector and had a major negative effect on my credit. They did not call to discuss anything! They also told me I needed to have surgery and remove my wisdom teeth SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST FOR THE SURGERY THAT DOESN'T DO THAT SURGERY! after jumping through hoops for months to get the surgery just to find out I did not need my wisdom teeth pulled... just another way to lie and steal your money they are a disgusting business engulfed in corporate greed. Do yourself a favor and do not use this dentist here or any of their other locations! during a world wide pandemic when people are loosing family members and loved ones to a virus this company will do whatever they can to take whatever money they can lie out of you.

I don't recommend this dental office. My experience was ok, however, my daughter had several bad experiences. They gave her a bad gingivitis cleaning with an old machine which cut her gums. Extremely painful and outdated practice. The orthodontist took pliers and ripped out her permanent lower retainer. Also, painful. He left the cement. The worst part was the billing. They misbilled Blue Cross Blue Shield repeatedly. After attempting to correct the billing errors I was told that their billing goes through a different office and the manager was not allowed to call them to correct it. BC/BS attempted to call and correct the billing, to no avail. I finally left a complaint on the parent company site, Smile Brands, and they apologized but nothing happened. Finally, after one year of nothing being done BC/BS didn't have to pay. We never had to pay for my daughter's care. Do not go to this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. EXTREMELY rude staff. Are not following what is stated on CDC website and completely are disregarding their guests. Requested for wisdom teeth back after removal and was told that they could not due to covid and that they had already thrown them out. There is absolutely nothing posted by the government that states you cannot receive your own tooth back, Ive included from the CDC website a screenshot of exactly what it says. If I'm paying for a service I expect the best service and especially at that to receive part of myself back at request. I was just on the phone and asked the very rude assistant who answered the phone to repeat herself after getting off of hold and she immediately hung up on me. Terrible people, terrible service, do not go here. I wish that I had paid a large sum of money elsewhere and not with these lowlifes.

The receptionist are very friendly and I just started seeing Launa for my cleanings and she is great! I normally hate going to the dentist but I really like the way Launa works with me. She's really friendly and walks you through every step and lets you know exactly what she is going to do before she does it. I definitely recommend her!!
