Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Dr.Chadad and the nurses+office staff at the Vienna office gave my son an amazingly smooth experience when he visited them this past Friday for his wisdom teeth extraction. Right on time, kind and compassionate service with reassuring and much needed and just right instructions for post-op care. Highly recommend them for your next dental need! What a joke. You call yourself a dentistry office. Shame on you. Always trying to 'charge me' for cavities- got a second opinion and low and behold, no cavities. This place will rob you, go get a second opinion!! Also showed up early for an appointment (hey I get if, I like to be early and no stress) but being seen after 30 minutes after my appointment is beyond unprofessional (don't get me started how they talk about patients loudly and personal information in the reception area).

I'm still somewhat new to this office but the few times I've gone every employee has been very kind and welcoming. My most recent appointment I arrived about 10 minutes early and was immediately checked in and taken back. The office could use a little updating, but the employees are extremely kind and respectful. I feel like I can trust the Doctor and his assistants.

I had one visit thus far with this dental office and I was extremely happy with the visit. Very friendly staff at check-in, the Dr medical assistant was very pleasant and the Dr himself was nice and very patient. However, I needed a deep cleaning and this was the jewel of my visit "Ms. Shakeela" the dental hygienist. Most people already hate the dentist and needles but when I say she took GREAT care of this mouth of mines from the numbing process, cleaning, and after care it said alot. I have 1 more visit with her and I am nervous at all because I know she got me. The facility itself is clean and organized. Has a very pleasant smell. The bathrooms were clean. Just always ask about the paperwork you are signing when it comes to billing. Had 1 small misunderstanding but it was worked out. This current staff are top notch professionals.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I just received a call from them, asking if I would like to come in for my cavities so here we go. I came to this dentist when I first moved to the area 4-5 years ago and the dental/insurance system in America was new to me. I had zero complaints before I came here. The first ever dentist I had basically made me cry in the parking lot because of my wisdom teeth and how they are ruining my teeth and moving them. Strangely I never saw her again, I think she left straight after that. Let me add here that everyone, even dentists I have seen after this place compliment me for my teeth and ask me if I have had braces, which I have not. I have one tooth that isn't 100% straight and I don't mind it, it doesn't bother me. I had a full rotational scan and my wisdom teeth were not even touching my other teeth! Anyways, they said I needed a bunch of fillings, I listened and got them done even though I had no sensitivity and now I know what a cavity is, I honestly don't think I had any cavities. They also changed two silver fillings that I had in the U.K. to crowns, again I had no complaints there but they convinced me they needed changing. They always gave me a bill before the treatment but always added more items when it came to payment... I remember always paying an additional amount for a "build up" I think it was called for the fillings. So I remember exactly what two specific teeth looked like before they had fillings. I just asked my new dentist, do I need a filling on another tooth that looked the same and he said NO and explained that I did not have any cavities. Meanwhile this dentist is trying to get me back for more unnecessary work. Oh and they also wanted me to pay $6k for gum surgery and made me feel like my teeth were about to fall out. I am 29 years old... I saw a periodontist after here who said I am fine and that they obviously are not going to fall out. THANK GOD I found another dentist to take my wisdom teeth out, Dr Gocke in Mclean saw me quickly and done a fantastic job. I'm glad I didn't give them anymore of my money. Please look elsewhere and don't go to the nearest dentist just for the convenience. Or at least get a second opinion, even a third as it seems American dentist love to make money off their "patients". Shakeela the hygienist is amazing though.

They gave me a cheaper amount before the procedure and when it was time to pay, I had to pay 3 times more than what I was given. A trashy way to do business for a dentist. Why sign a form with final cost if that's different after the procedure?

Everyone was exceptionally amazing! I was blown away at how much knowledge I took home after the appointment. Jas at the front desk is extremely kind, and Dr. Chaddad was wonderful, & kind. The staff and everyone was amazing. He explained the entire procedure to us, made me feel at ease knowing my daughter is in good hands as well as her remaining calm the entire time. I definitely recommend Dr. Chaddad.

The staff is always super friendly and professional. Shakeela Chughtai is the absolute best at what she does. She takes time to explain things and is very gentle along the way. Most importantly, I never feel like I'm being judged or shamed into taking care of my teeth. I'm so glad I switched to Bright Now dental!

Shakeela was extremely nice, she made it a pleasant experience being at the dentist. I appreciate she was straight to the point and gave meaningful suggestions which helped me improve my dental health. Also everyone at the office was friendly and respectful.

I have been coming here since 2017 (5yrs) and embarrassed that I have yet to write a review to share how wonderful my experience has been. Through a few job changes, I continue to elect insurance that allows me to keep returning. I have undergone many treatments -- from root canals to crowns to implants to whitening -- at this office. Although my primary dentist has changed over time, I'm always delighted by the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk and hygienist.(Thank You, Jaz and Shakeela) Once, I tried out another dentist office based on a friend's recommendation; yet, it became clear that I was plenty satisfied with BrightNow office near Tysons. Be ready to smile whether you had a good day or not. ;-)
