Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Honestly , it's touch and go , if the location wasn't so convient I would switch to a different office, you arrive to appointment on time and wait over 45 mins to be seen , no indication they are running behind. Horrible service and the receptionist have bad attitudes when you ask about the wait while smacking on food . Very unprofessional.I can say the actually doctors in the back are nice. That's about it.

We switched office locations due to moving. During our visit my son's cleaning was not sufficient it was rushed. The staff were also arguing loudly about an insurance approval for a patient. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Good place staff friendly and smiling but you have to wait to see a doctor an hour. Vadim Charkovsky self inflated . Does not talk over the phone. Staff over charged insurance and lying about billing. Dr promise one price offfice bill different. Don't care about patients but money. Would not recommend this place

First time going to that facility and I am glad I chose it so far! Staff that I encountered were very friendly and very nice including the doctor !! I absolutely hate going to the dentist but glad that office was my first visit in 3 years. So so far so good !!

Unfortunately they just dont provide good care. I had a temporary/permanent crown placed in March/April of 2022. The crown was supposed to last me 5-7 years. It is now August 2022 and there is already a large cavity under the crown that my new dentist showed me which now has to be fixed and I need a new crown. I had been to bright dental about 4x since November 2021 between two deep cleanings and new crown placement and apparently they missed a cavity under a previous filling that likely had been there for 2 years. I know xrays are only taken about once a year but on top of the poor care, the staff there will fight each other in front of patients. As a physician I cant imagine arguing at work where patients are.

They don't know how to properly fill cavities. I can't floss between a few teeth because their is no longer space since they just filled it all at the top so food is getting stuck in my teeth and since i can't floss between them I have to try to pick it out and just pray it's nothing else's between them I guess. Also in general they run this place like a fast food place. They come in and jump straight into doing work with little to no discussion and when you ask questions they seem like they don't really care to answer so they give you a quick answer and bush you off. 0/5 if I could I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than maybe a cleaning although they didn't clean my teeth because I had cavities so they just jumped to doing that as if my initial appointment wasn't for a cleaning but if you don't actually need dental work they might be ok i assume

Two of my appointments had to be rescheduled due to unknown reasons for the office being closed. However you still get automated reminders that your dental appt is still scheduled. Dental Staff fight with the administrative group. Overall the providers care about patients but as an organization it is a disaster. You find out your appointment is cancelled with a note on the door.....

I had the most amazing experience at Bright Now Dental the hygienist was very helpful excellent chair manners..The Dentist was amazing very informative and had time to listen to what I had to see I received much information and good treatment plan we both agreed on.First visit is best impression.I am happy to say I found me a good dental home.. Thank you Bright Now Dental look forward to you all to making me smile again..

Steelyard location is absolute trash! Staff is rude, they don't inform you of follow up needs. Constant scheduling changes. Appointments are made but when you get there the wait period is 45 minutes or longer. Dental staff that actual do the cleanings are rough and inconsiderate. Scheduled me for tooth filling at 4 pm but by the time I got back there they had informed me that I'd have to schedule another appointment (a month out) in order for it to get filled because they were running late. Literally the worst place for a family to go. I know its hard finding a dentist but I'd definitely recommend you don't take your family here. They need new staff or to be shut down!

I was very very pleased with our visit. My son had to get his tooth pulled, which is never an easy task for anyone. The staff and the dentist Dr. Eric Wood were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his location. I live in Concord, and the office is located Maple Hts. I will gladly make the drive for our future visits. I thought this was a great location, first & second experience was wonderful, but then the 3rd experience My daughter was scheduled at 2:30 it's now 3:30 and she hasn't been seen. One way to get rid of me as a customer is to have me wait too long, and Bright now accomplished that goal. Taking my family to different Family dentistry. All smiles.

Came in to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was super scared. The receptionists were very friendly. The dentist, I can't remember his name, was very friendly and reassuring. He pulled out all four teeth in less than ten minutes. Never have had such fast service anywhere else

I'm very disappointed with this dental appointment I have two children being seen and she tells us to come 1/2 early for registration and paperwork so now it 10:00am we've been waiting for a hour and nothing...and what's another thing they have the news on...this is a children's dentist office where's Sesame Street or Daniels Tiger

Very, very helpful receptionist. Dr. Never worked on me. I was recommended for gum graft surgery due to a small receding gumline. Any other dr would have performed the surgery when it wasn't necessary. He went over everything with me and told me how to prevent the actual need for surgery, but at this point the surgery wasn't necessary. Honest doctor, very honorable and won't do unnecessary things for a cash grab. Very glad I came here.

I had an appointment today the staff there were exceptional. Everyone was pleasent and the doctor took her time with me. She was very proffesional and understood everything i was going threw with my previous dentist. She was able to even start my root canal today and kept me very comfortable. The office was so clean and and they followed all covid_19 restrictions. I will refer them to all i know.
