Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

DO NOT Bother. Went in for x-rays and all that jazz. Scheduled a cleaning for a follow up. Received a confirmation for the cleaning on Monday. Showed up for my cleaning on Friday and was told I wasn't on the schedule. Their hygienist left. The follow up to that statement was, "We're looking for a hygienist." I'm guessing that means they quit. No call, no sorry can we reschedule. Just showed up and was told they would be happy to transfer my files to another dentist if I still wanted a cleaning. Won't be returning. Castle Rock has the worst dentist practices in the state of Colorado.

Worst dental office and experience I have ever had. Every time I had an appointment scheduled for myself and my son, the office would reschedule at least 3 times, either due to the hygienist having personal issues (migraine, not feeling well, kids, etc) or Dr. Chris refusing to do the cleanings because he hates doing them (which is what I was told by the front desk lady). Now I am an understanding person and if this had only happened once or twice then I wouldn't say anything, especially with how crazy things are these days. This happened every time I had an appointment, even before COVID.

I am upset that they gave my kid fluoride without consulting with me. Every dentist/hygienist I've been to had always asked before giving my children fluoride. Why not this place!

Lauren at the front desk was gone & the other ladies were disorganized, couldn't find my chart when I arrived. Next they proceeded to tell my insurance was sub par! Dentist seemed in a rush after they called & tried to move up my appt. w/ a 10 min. Notice. Last they didn't want to schedule the filing I need & my next 6 mo. Check up. I won't be going back!

Ladies at front desk are amazing! They're very helpful and respectful. But the ortho services are a joke! Do not recommend. Won't be returning once braces are off. Ever since getting moved to this location, my braces seem to get prolonged longer and longer. Braces aren't cheap to begin with. For example, it seems like there's a new ortho doctor each time which means having to wait 1-2 months to be seen again in between adjustments or doctor can't come in for whatever reason and having to wait another month or two. My last adjustment was 2 months ago and before that it was 3 months prior also! Just wish ortho would be more consistent.

Very unprofessional and dishonest people. From the office personnel to the "Dental Professionals" they are not honest and upfront about the cost of treatment and work being done. Stay away from this place and all of the crooks that work there!!! I went in and gave the office manager my insurance info and she told me they would call and find out what the exact coverage was. She gave me a list of the covered items and the total amount I would be responsible to pay (my out of pocket expenses which were about $500+). I agreed and had all of the work done that I was promised would only cost a certain amount. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $600 and was told that this is work that the insurance doesn't cover. I went in and spoke to the office manager again and she said that unfortunately there are times that the insurance doesn't cover some procedures (even though she supposedly called and asked what was covered!) THEN, one of the procedures that was done (a deep cleaning) was not done correctly!!! I went in for another cleaning a few months later at another dentist office (I was not gonna go back to get work done with an office that cannot be honest and upfront about the cost of the work they offer), the new dentist and the dental hygienist had to take multiple X-rays and told me they couldn't believe how bad my rear left side had been left. They told me it looked like I had years of plaque buildup and that it was impossible that I had gotten a deep cleaning a few months prior. I had to pay the new dentist to get a deep cleaning done even though I had just paid "Bright Now Dental" for this service a few months back. I went back to "Bright Now Dental" to give them a chance to make this better and was told that I would get a call back in a few days. They never called me back and even sent the bills to collections.

Everyone was so upbeat, pleasant, and friendly. Doc was thorough and answered my questions. The assistant, Katelyn, was positive, professional, and made getting x-rays super comfortable. The front staff, Lauren, was very efficient and charming. It was a really good experience (who ever says that about going to the dentist?!!).

This dental office is great! I need a lot of dental work done, and so far, everything that's been done, has been wonderful! Dr. Bockrath is a great dentist, and Katelyn is a great dental assistant! My experience at this dental office has been wonderful, every time!

Great customer service from the moment you are scheduling your appointment over the phone to the moment you are in for your appointment. The receptionist there is very professional, nice, just awesome. In addition the dentist Chris is very gentle with your teeth. I would recommend Bright Now Dental at Castle Rock. They rock!!!
