Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I went in recently to get some very difficult work done. They gave he a kind and non-judgmental estimate, helped me with a payment plan, and were ready to get started the next day. Dr. Kim and his assistant, Britney, were so great in their approach during the actual procedure! They explained the process to me, helped make me as comfortable as possible, and did amazing work. I can't recommend them highly enough! So thankful to have this dental team in our community.

Dr. Kim and his assistant were amazing (and super fast!) I haven't had any dental work done in years and they made it very easy and I felt comfortable from the moment I was greeted by the very friendly front office staff.

I set up an appointment for two weeks and when I arrived from my appointment they couldn't find it. Then they had a emergency for 1 1/2 hr later and all they did was X-ray. Then they didn't have surgeons scheduled and said they would call me when the got the schedule. 20 days later I still haven't heard from them. I've called and was put on hold and then disconnected. OMG don't waste your time with this dental office.

My dentist at bright now dental in Bonney lake is an amazing person hard worker and has made every correct decision for me when it comes to my teeth. And on top of that, the staff (janel) and the others do such great work I have been well taken care of. Friendly, courteous, and professional!!!!

First time using Bright Now Dental due to insurance changes. Everything went great and will be returning. The only thing I am disappointed in is that you don't do both the cleaning and check up in one appointment. I have never had to have 2 different appointments to do this.

I was so excited about finally getting my teeth taken care of, the people are friendly and encouraging. The reason for my bad review is simple, I feel that I was lied too. I am on disability, I explained this to them. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money on my teeth. I was told that getting all my teeth pulled plus my dentures would cost about $6,000.00. I had to take out two loans to be able to get my teeth done. I got all my upper teeth pulled, and most of the bottom back teeth pulled. They waited until my gums healed, then fitted me with my upper plate. I haven't been able to eat anything crunchy sense, my gums healed. The top plate fitted to tight, the Dentist kept trying to adjust it to make it fit. Nothing worked. Then I was charged $300 more for the adjustments. Adjustments and fittings are the same thing. When I paid my bill, the receptionist informed me that my next appointment for a fitting/filler would be the following week costing me another $300. I asked why I was paying more than the $6,000. The fittings were different from the original contract I was told. I said no that it's supposed to be all included with the $6,000. She said no that's only for the extractions and upper plate. I went home with my head reeling. My friend just so happened by on her way home from getting her new dentures. She looked fabulous. I asked her how many thousands of dollars did it cost her, she said $2,000. All done in one day!! One day?? $2,000..?? I never went back to Bright Now!

I had work done and the doctor was not only unprofessional and pushy but he also is very rough with my face. He didn't even let the anesthetic sit in before giving me the shots. In addition when I went up to check out the lady at the front desk was winking at the person who brought me up. Highly unprofessional. I will avoid in the future.

I've been coming to Bright Now for many years (Bonney Lake location) and always have a great dental experience whether it be a filling or a cleaning or whatever I need. Everyone I have had is really nice, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim is my favorite dentist. He is incredibly thorough with his exams and provides wonderful care. He is very upbeat and friendly too. Never changing dentists.

I was desperate, I just want to fixed my toothache. Doctor said I need root canal, talked to the front desk cost me over 4K. I really need to care for my toothache. I felt like the doctor came and rush out to check to another patients, It look like the doctor rushed and try to shove as many people through as possible instead of giving each patient the attention the customer deserved ? remember you charge me over 4K They cover my tooth with temporary plastic cover. Less then 2 hours it broke but I was lazy to go through it again, so much for 4K. And to doctor Kim-Bright Now Dental in Bonney Lake WA, do not yell to your customer, don't you know that is very stressful to sit in that chair and have to paid over 4,000 dollars.
