Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. I am so thankful to have found Bright Now dental clinic!!. Right from my first phone call, everyone i spoke with was so nice and very professional. Dr. Gill is thoroughly gentle and caring , while being efficient and patient--this is the whole experience one hopes for dental care. Very pleased!!! !

I booked a dental Appointment months out because that is all they had available the day of my appointment they cancelled it and rescheduled. Then the second time they made my appointment they cancelled it the day before which I waited two more month to get. I understand that you might have some staffing issues but the third time you cancelled my appointment you can forget me ever being a patient with your company. If you can't properly staff after 6 months I wouldn't trust you with my dental services What is horrible is now I'm on a wait list for a new dental office and they told Me they have received many new patients who have had similar experiences. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received without receiving any services Ps I have told everyone at my employment not to use this "flaky" dental service. They also did this with my spouse. I was called in the middle of July for my annual cleaning and the person on the phone doing the calling told me they had to CANCEL because they didn't have a dental hygienist!!! WHAT!?! What kinda dentist can keep and / or find a dental hygienist? I was okay with this dentist. They were fine to go to. The staff at the desk was a little chilly though.

Went in for a tooth extraction due to infection in the root. The surgeon took a quick look at my whole mouth xray. He explained that the tooth on the opposite side was also infected. He offered to extract that as well without another office visit. I happily agreed to it. The procedure went swimmingly and I was sent home with prescriptions and after care instructions. This office has always been helpful and provided excellent care in an efficient manner. I recommend Bright Now! Dental in Bellingham to anyone in need of quality dental services.

Worst dentist I have ever gone to. They put you in a dark exam room and shine a bright light in your eyes for your exam if you have anxiety problems do not go to this dentist.

I don't normally post a review on google but I received a "please review your experience with us" so here it is. Had 2 of my permanent crown done at this office 2 years ago by dr. Gill, it fell out last week and they told me there is no warranty anymore. Again that was a permanent crown that fell while eating regular dinner. Dr. Kim who saw me said the tooth were the crown is placed is impacted. Which in my opinion they should have check before they put a permanent crown. They do not guarantee their work, they said no warranty and that the dr who did my crowns doesn't work there anymore. The only option they have for me is to spend another $4000 for root canal and crown. Which means, the money that was spent by me and my insurance 2 years ago is gone. Please do yourself a favor, go to a legit dental clinic, like small clinic who are willing to work with your finances and will guarantee their work. Where the dentist are there for you. Was told that this place also has alot of turn overs with doctors. Because of this experience, and because I do not have $4k to spent it their office, I couldn't make a decision right away, so Dr. Kim put a "bonding glue" to seal back the crown and said to me "I don't know how long until it falls again", pretty much I am stuck with only eating something soft and liquid until I can come up with money. So please, take care of your self and find a reputable dentist. Oh I forgot, I paid $125 so Dr. Kim could glue my old crown lol and Stephanie, who answered my call said she talked to their manager and they do not do payment plan etc, so their advertisement about "they have affordable plans" it is not true.

Both my husband & I were terribly disappointed in the care here. So disappointed that we walked out of appointments & came home to switch offices with our insurance. We felt very strongly that we were talked down to and that charges were being run up needlessly. Just went to the new dentist today across town. That appointment confirmed what we suspected of Bright Now. We do not need many of the treatments Bright Now insisted on for us. Get a second opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took them 40 minutes to do a "cleaning" AND a filling. Tried billling me for all sorts of extra stuff. I was in pain the entire time I pulled the dentist hand away from my face. Hands down worst and most traumatic experience ever. I cried for an hour after I left. I will be paying out of pocket to go to my regular dentist!!

My cleaning today was a very unpleasant experience for me. I'm grateful to report that the hygienist did well at getting my teeth very clean, so in terms of the result it was a success. However, the process was rushed, at times downright painful, and there was an overall lack of caring put into the effort.

I went to Bright Now in Bellingham recently for a very painful TMJ episode, complicated by other medical issues, and Dr. Eric Kim was super helpful- a good listener, did a thorough exam and imaging, gave me great advice and I felt so much better when I left. A five star recommendation.
