Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

There are never appointments monthly because this doctor didn't show up or they have no doctor for the month. HORRIBLE and I would not recommend to anyone!!!

I just had the worse experience. I should have take the advice from others reviews. My son has focal epilepsy. Aparently the dentist have no idea what's that. She reffered my son for a simple cleaning to a hospital is she crazy? My son thank God my son last seizure was 2 years ago but still she didnt want to give any treatment.

Been coming here for a little over a year. So far so good. They have new staff so the wait time is good. I like the girl in the front desk she's nice which is always a plus for me going to a business. I like to be welcome. The cleanings are good only takes me an hour or less for the whole process. I'm planning to get braces so I'll update my review when I get them.

Only reason why I brought it down to 4 stars was because I've been at the dentist for 3 hours on my first visit. Instructions weren't as clear and I didn't know if I had to leave or not. Sometimes I had to double check to wait. For my next visit, I hope I don't have to wait too long. Overall, everyone was nice, friendly, and they've answered my questions.

As first time patients of this office, we can objectively say this is an excellent dental practice. The staff is welcoming and capable, and Dr. Kim is gentle and efficient in her work. Despite having extensive work done, we left smiling and not grimacing at the thought of returning for maintenence. Looking forward to our next appointment.

From start to finish, everything about my experience was great! Everybody was kind, helpful, and patient with me. I didn't feel a thing during my fillings or cleaning and I am usually very sensitive at the dentist. Also, it might have been a coincidence but I loved having an all woman team I highly reccomend this location (Bell Gardens)!!

When I walked to your Location in Bell Gardens, CA, I had the most friendly experience, Every one make me feel like I was in the right place, they offer me all my options according to my needs and they gave me the confidence to return back and to start taking care of my smile. I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience here! Please, if you don't know how to treat or talk to a 5 year old child, don't accept children in your practices! This was his first visit after last seeing a dentist when he was 2. His first baby tooth is falling out, so I decided to schedule a check up at this place. The front desk was very kind and respectful. The male x-ray tech was polite as well. Once it was time to work in my sons mouth, the dentist and assistant were very unprofessional. They did not attempt, in any way, to explain what they are doing to him and why. Instead of asking him to sit higher in the chair, they pulled both his arms and dragged him up the chair. Instead of telling him they are going to give him nitrous gas through a mask, the assistant just shoved it in his face and told him to breathe. Because of this, he was obviously afraid! Instead of helping the anxiety, she kept threatening him and telling him how "bad" he was being. I was trying to speak to him to tell him what they were going to do to him and the assistant kept talking over me. The moment he got scared, the dentist left the room. It's clear she doesn't care to make the patient feel comfortable. I understand that time is $$$$. But this all happened in under 10 minutes! Well you got your money and my child and I only got a bad experience. Nothing was done, complete waste of 2 hours.
