Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

Bad service, I came to my appointment and it turns out that until I got here they canceled my appointment, I didn't even receive a call in advance to tell me that they weren't going to attend me. I receive my messages to confirm my appointment, I confirm it and they tell me that i don't have my appointment that they canceled it because they don't have enough staff. They should be responsible and at least notify me in advance so as not to waste my time and my work by coming to an appointment that I had scheduled for more than 2 months.

My first visit to Bright Now! Dental in Beaverton was a positive experience starting with the dental Hygenist who did an excellent thorough job. I think her name was Kramer. The Dentist did examine me and determined i have 4 new cavities that need filling. I was pleased with their professional service and will be going back next week to have this done. I am pleased they scheduled me quickly and their lication is very convenient.

I had a tooth that broke off 3 days before I was to leave for a wedding in California. I was the best man and as you know we have to give a speech. Well I was terrified of going with a broken tooth. I called Bright now and they got me in on Monday did crown set on Tuesday. I was on the plane Tuesday morning early. Thank you Bright now! I highly recommend them! They take care of you.

Procedure included the preparation for two crowns. Was kept numb throughout the two hour process. The two temporary crowns fit well. After care left a lot to be desired, when the numbing wore off, Tylenol and ibuprofen did nothing to stop the throbbing nerves in both teeth. Otherwise everything went well.

I didn't have a great experience at Bright Now! Dental and Orthodontics at the Beaverton location on Griffith Dr. I was not informed ahead of time that my check-up visit might not include a cleaning. This was not communicated to me at any point, which added to the later confusion. The xrays went okay. I waited for a little bit in the chair for the dentist to come in. She greeted me normally and asked about any pain. I told her I've been having pain in specific teeth on the lower right side. She looked at all my teeth, pointed out a tooth I did not tell her was experiencing any pain. She tapped for a minute on the teeth that have been in pain off and on, but unfortunately were not showing any pain at that moment. She then told me there's nothing she can do and wanted to refer me to an orthodontist as there might be a hairline fracture. I expressed confusion because I've had a dentist treat a hairline facture with no issue. The previous dentist spent a lot of time listening to me and figuring out what was happening. The Bright now dentist barely looked at my teeth, there was no cleaning, and hardly any communication. I expressed confusion and frustration (I did not yell) and she repeatedly told me "I don't know what to tell you." I was pretty upset and she was clearly done with the visit. I got the impression they all just wanted to go home (it was the afternoon). As I got up, I said "Well clearly you're done, so I'm going to leave." Again, I did not yell or physically intimidate her in anyway. She basically ran out of the room and did not talk to me at all once I got up. I've never had a dentist try to get me out of the office so quickly. I've never had an annual dental appointment that did not involve a cleaning and thorough check. I've also never had a dentist (or anyone for that matter) run away after I expressed confusion or frustration. I'm really disappointed considering I was not listened to and insurance typically only covers one check-up a year. I would not recommend going to this dental office.

Great staff and Dr who attended to our 7 year old grandson. He needed much work done at our local dentist but they wanted to sedate him. We definitely did not want to do that and felt like we needed a second opinion. At Bright Now they got us in within a week and seeking them out was the best choice for us. Very gentle and professional and our grandson was great in having his tooth pulled. Heartfelt thanks to the staff and Dr there and it was so worth going the extra miles Thank you

The staff is so wonderful!! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years and now my mouth is paying for it. I was very nervous and from the front desk ladies to the rest of staff there it has been so pleasant! Go to Bright Now if you need a dentist!!! Worth it

Excellent service from the receptionist to dental assistant and dentist. Got extractions and although I was nervous, it was painless, gentle and quick. Everyone was very informative, as I came here for a second opinion. With my dental discount, I found out that a procedure would only cost me 1/4 at a different dentist office! Definitely my go to dentist for the future.
