Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Many Americans have limited access to affordable dentists because they have no insurance, but the Smiles for Everyone Foundation is committed to providing free dental care to those in need.
Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I went to Ms. Sampath in Parker before she moved to this location. I regret ever going in her chair. She did horrible and unnecessary work thats caused me so many issues. When my tooth broke, she told me there was nothing she could do. Shes caused me years of mental and physical pain. When I brought up I needed them fixed no matter the cost.... she immediately turned her sweet cheek and said "If Moneys Not a Problem".... is thar why you did such a terrible job??? Don't go to this Joke.

Dr. Sam is amazing. She is SO personable, sweet and has the best bedside manner. So fun to chat and laugh with her during my appt. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was nice and numb for my dental procedure. I highly recommend her and her staff is very friendly as well. Such a great experience overall.

I used to receive what I thought was good treatment. That's changed. I don't know why. Just know that if for whatever reason they decide to turn off the charm and even the professionalism they can and will. Not only that but there are open matters I can't speak of yet. My advice, avoid this place. I'm going to a new place that is far superior. I definitely wasted a lot of time and money at this place.

The Dentist before Covid was very good But after Covid new Dentists was very bed. Very rough!, I have 3 Crown and the temporary Crown was not smooth. Make my tongue hurt. And I was having pain for a month until she put on the new Crown. After the Crown put in, continuing having pain and finally I have to take the teeth out because infarction. And I lost my teeth. Should not go to this dental place.

Dental Offices are so "Hit and Miss". This office is definitely a MISS. Their current staffing in professionalism is apparent. You can also tell there is no structure or guidelines. Best of Luck.

I have been going to this dentist office for over 10 years and had great experiences with the previous staff and dentist. However, the new dentist is rude and very unprofessional. They performed a procedure on my wife that they should not have and now her insurance won't pay for it. They also had to fix a tooth of mine and initially needed to put on a temporay crown. The dentist, Dr. Vidhyalakshmi Sampath was very heavy handed and rushed through the pain management and caused me significant pain throught the entire procedure. I went back today to get the permanent crown put on and was treated horribly without empathy. I told the dentist when I arrived that I was in pain and she didn't care, she commensed to work on my mount without numbing me up. If felt like torture. I communicated 6 times that my tooth was hurting, but she kept going and ignoring me. I finally couldn't take it anymore my pain was unbearable. I told her for the last time that I was in horrible pain and that she needed to do something about it. She told me I was rude and began to argue and be very rude to me. She finally numbed me up a bit and finished the job, however, I was still in pain from the trauma she caused. Do not go here if you have any other option...she just doesn't care!

I finally got my implants Thursday after starting this over a year and a half ago. Dr. Sam has been good through all the steps BUT....By Friday evening my mouth hurt so bad I couldn't eat or move my mouth. They are not fitting correctly and while I was sleeping one of the posts fell out. (Luckily I didn't swallow it). I haven't been able screw it back in. I'm out of town so I have to wait until Monday to call and see if I can get in. Help!! What should I do now? They have cost me a fortune. Who should I contact to get help? March 5, 2022 UPDATE: I'm still having issues with my new teeth.

Horrible people. Had a tooth removed in April 2020 (they've been going back and forth with my insurance company since then) also had insurance to cover it. They did work on my mouth, that I didn't consent to, that wasn't medically necessary according to my insurance company. Bright now insists it was medically necessary, so my insurance company needed proof that it was. For whatever reason they continue to fail to prove it was necessary, but I was under the impression that everything was covered because I haven't heard anything since June, until today. There's a letter from a debt collector for $251.80 Bright Now dental is a horrible place, would not recommend.
